I love Zaful - every time I have ordered from them I have been very impressed. At first i was a bit hesitant to place an order (I'm not usually one to get things online), but it was so worth it. Everything I've purchased has been of excellent quality, and everything on the site is at such an affordable price. From my experience, Zaful's customer service team is amazing and they are so quick and efficient to respond to any queries you may have.

I have purchased from Zaful over the past couple of years and I have never been disappointed. The clothing has always come in great quality material and $#*! at a reasonable speed. Most of the time I do not have to send anything back, but when I do it is taken care of swiftly and the store credit is attached to my account in a speedy amount of time. Anytime I have had to deal with customer service they respond in a timely fashion And have always resolved my issues. This is a great website to shop from and I would recommend them to any One.

I'm not sure why some reviews below are not so good. They're customer service is amazing! They answer quickly and are very helpful. A swimsuit I ordered was too small and they immediately sent me a larger size! One helpful hint people might not know is that you have to login to your online account to view any emails or messages from them, as they do not go directly to your email. Overall great customer service and cute clothes!

My experience with Zaful was very nice. Despite the fact I came across an issue with shipping which resulted in my package taking several weeks to come, each purchase I have made has been very worth it. I have enjoyed each item I have gotten and not been disappointed with the quality or fit. All I have to say is that you should look at other peoples reviews beforehand and look at sizing to ensure you get the right size for you. Doing that, I have really liked everything I have gotten from Zaful!

I recently ordered 5 bathing suits from Zaful! I read tons of reviews on their website and saw pictures of the swimsuits I was ordering through others who had ordered before me so I felt confident. Either way if the quality wasn't amazing I wouldn't be too upset or shocked because the prices are SO CHEAP! I got 5 bathings suits for under $50. When the swimsuits came in I was blown away at how amazing the quality was and how exact they were to their photos! I can honestly say they look much more expensive than what I paid for them and I will definitely be ordering more!

First of all they have a great variety of products. From clothes and jewelry to home appliances and decor. Secondly the products are with great quality. Third the prices are reasonable. Ordering is easy and who wouldn't want birthday coupon? They brightened up my birthday. The delivery is within a reasonable timeline and I'm very satisfied with my experience from all my orders. I've already recommended it to all of my friends and recommend it to everyone; men and women.

My first orders from Zaful was 2 bikinis. I was pleasantly surprised by the cheap price, and because of this I was weary to order at first, but it turned out to be great quality and a very fast shipping time. I did have a small issue with loose threads in one of the bikinis, and contacted Zaful about it. They responded immediately and offered to refund me the full purchase price, including shipping. They definitely care about the customer's experience. I would definitely recommend Zaful to anyone looking to by a quality product for a reasonable price. It was my first time ordering from zaful and I was skeptical at first because of all of the horrible reviews that I had read online. I saw some positive ones and decided to give it a try since the prices are so low. I ordered two swimsuits and a belt. The belt was pretty standard and good condition and it was only at a fraction of the price that it would have been anywhere else. The two swimsuits were very cute and my only complaint is that they would flip inside out to show the inner white lining of the suit, but that small detail is easily overlooked. For the price, I believe that these suits are good quality. I will definitely be ordering more from this website again.

Everything I ordered from Zaful was really great quality and I can tell it will last a long time. For the price of the swimwear I am extremely happy with my purchases. On the site you can read many other reviews about each item as well as view customer photos so you can see how the clothes really look on someone your size, this really helps to know what clothes will work for you. I will definitely be shopping on Zaful again very soon. Great customer service too with fast responses. Shipping took 2-3 weeks

My Zaful experience was satisfying! The first order I made was a sweater, watch and a swimsuit for my friend. From the moment it was shipped I could track it, so it was very convinient. I received it within 3 weeks and was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the sweater (it's very warm even for Siberian winter!). My friend was very happy to get a swimsuit that fitted her perfectly. Though the quality of watch-strap wasn't the best, still it was worth its money.
Absolutely going to make other orders in the future! Thanks for an amazing shop!
