I have purchased a few things from this website at different occasions and I havent been disappointed anytime. The quality is surprisingly good considering the price is so affordable. And the pictures of the items are accurate to what the item actually looks like when you receive it. My packages have always arrived within the expected delivery date and you are able to track your package the whole way! Will buy from this website again in the near future
I'm from France and my two most recent orders were made in september and november.
The products I ordered always looked like the pictures on the website, they fitted just like excpected. I've already ordered crop tops, chokers, summer sets, bathing suits and other swimwear clothes. And I was never desappointed so far.
The shipping delay is reasonable.
I plan to make other orders in the future.
I ordered 6 times from Zaful and 2 of my orders are already delivered and I can say that it's worth when it comes to quality/price. The website gives you plenty of choces on different items, it also gives you the possibility to get a refund when you cancel your order following their conditions, it experienced it twice and got my refunds in couple of days, also the customer service is always available to help you with anything you need. It's truly my favorite online shopping website
I love Zaful. They have great prices, great sales, and their Z-point system is fun and saves me money! The shipping isnt THE fastest, but usually Im not in dire need of the Zaful item right away. The sizes of swimsuits can sometimes run a little small, so its nice when people have commented on the item and have said so. Overall great!
When you order from them and pay extra for express shipping, they send you only part of your order with the express and then send out seperately the other part 9 days after ordering via regular mail. When you then contact them conserning the issue, they only answer by sending you your tracking number for the second part that never arrived and when you confront them again about how your order was placed 9 days ago and you paid for express shipping, they proceed to delete the complaint so you cant access it anymore. It's the worst service ever! Do not buy from them.
I've been waiting 3 weeks on my order. Can not find any tracking order numbers that work. If it doesn't come tomorrow, will be cancelling my order

I ordered a top and 2 necklaces and I was very satisfied with my purchase. The quality was very nice and the price was very inexpensive. My items looked just like how it was pictured on the website. This website is not a scam and I would recommend it to anyone. Although my order did take a while to come, I received a tracking number and could use it to track where my order was, which was very good. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I will continue to shop with Zaful.
Zaful wanted the return receipt of my shipping when I returned my items. I followed their instructions for returns. I could not find the receipt but had returned all items. It took 6 months but they finally refunded my money. Thank you Zaful!

I am very pleased with the items I purchased from Zaful a few months ago. I ordered a few swimsuits and a piece of jewelry, which came exactly like the photos and were very well made. The pieces fit very well and true to size, although sometimes the sizing can be a little iffy. The ship time was about 2 weeks, so nothing too great but nothing overly long. I would for sure order from zaful again, and recommend their site for affordable clothing and accessories.
They have pretty great clothes and for a very affordable price. Although the material was not always the best, I have been surprised by the quality of some of the items Ive got for such an affordable price. What I like the most about this website is that the customer service is great! They resolved any issue I had faster than I expected and were always very considered.
The website is easy and accessible. Always the best styles and the best prices hands down! Bathing suits are often well described and accurate upon receiving them! I ordered 3 swimsuits and I was completely satisfied with the purchase. I was very happy with the quality and fit of the bikinis. It matched exactly to the picture. Initially, I was skeptical about ordering off Zaful but I was very happy with my order and would happily recommend Zaful.
I purchased two dresses from Zaful ( the "Embroidered Tiered Midi Dress" and the "Bell Sleeve Tribal Pattern Print Dress") and i was completely pleased with the orders. They arrived within the time expected and i was surprised that the dresses looked like the ones in the pictures. Therefore i'll continue to shop in Zaful, especialy because i like the variety of choices (for all styles) and especially the accesible prices.

On October 17,2017, I ordered three items from zaful for the first time. Two pairs of underwear and a Spaghetti Straps Velvet Dress. I was reluctant regarding the quality and the shipment. After receiving my order I was highly satisfied.
The order was dispatched into two seperate parcels. The first one arrived very quickly, two weeks after the order date and I was really impressed given the fact that I had chosen standard delivery method. The second parcel arrived later, due to external factors. I sent an email to the zaful customer support in order to be informed about the estimated delivery date and I would like to underline that the service was excellent and I got an immediate response to my query. The items were exactly as shown on the website photos and the fit was great as well. I will definetely order from zaful again! The value for money and the great quality are the main reasons why!
I ordered from Zaful many times and never regret it! My latest orders was a makeup brushes, facial cleanser brush, concealer. Every itam just as in the pictures! I loved them all. The make up brushes shape mermaid tales, so girly! 15 pieces was in a package and all true to picture. I order from Zaful, whenever I just can!
I ordered several bikinis and a dress. Bikinis are just as they look in the pictures but run a little small in terms of sizing. Very happy with the quality of bikinis especially at such an affordable price. One bikini was being shipped separately and was lost in the post, but when i contacted customer service they were very quick to respond and resend the bikini which should hopefully arrive soon. Overall have no complaints and very happy
Zaful is a great site to buy cute, stylish bikinis. I received my bikinis less than a month after i ordered them and they looked just like the pictures. I also had a problem on the site and i used the 24/7 messages and they were so helpful. I will diffeitly be ordering from zaful in the future!
I absolutely love shopping from Zaful! They have the best bathing suits for the cheapest price. They have so many different things to choose from at all great prices. I am planning a trip for this summer and have already ordered three different bathing suits that are just so flattering on my body.
