I seriously LOVE every item I received! I ordered 3 tops and 1 dress; they all came individually wrapped and exactly as pictured. I paid attention to the other reviews and sizing instructions, instead of just ordering my usual sizes, which was a great decision overall! The quality exceeded my expectations. Zaful is my go-to for online shopping for summer dresses and crop-tops. I will definitely be ordering from Zaful again!

My friend Marisha shared with me a Zaful link during the Halloween sale. She said: "Go, check out the online shop, they have free delivery now". And so I did.
I appreciate the whole idea of Z-points, Holiday sales and coupons. The clothes are nice, bright-coloured, comfy and soft.
I am absolute sweater-lover, so Zaful - is the place I want to shop a new items over and over again!

I like delivery service, Items I ordered had a neutral smell and I also like the package bags I keep them in case of traveling somewhere and keep clothes in there.

I have never shopped online before. And Zaful.com helped me to love online shopping.

I have made a few orders from Zaful recently and couldnt be happier with the products Ive received. The articles of clothing came within the expected time, were true to size and colouring for the most part, and were of a great quality for such an affordable price. The website itself is easy to navigate and has a huge range of items to choose from. Whilst sceptical at first of such low prices, Zaful has proven themselves a worthy competitor to not only online brands but stores too.

The products of the order made were sent separately, all within the expected delivery times. The first after 20 days, the second after 30 days and the third after about 35, so I'm a bit long but I think this is due to the fact that they had to ship to Italy. They were all perfectly sealed and packed. I bought 5 bikinis and both the quality of the fabric and the stitching seem to me excellent compared to the price they have. As for the sizes I had problems with only one of them, but I think it was my mistake because I have not looked at the references of the measures on the site. For the rest I love these costumes because they are very original and well made.

If you're looking for cute, cheap and good quality, you found the right place. I currently own 3 swimsuits from Zaful and can say nothing but great things about all of them. The most expensive suit I purchased was $19.99. Yes, that's right. For the ENTIRE suit, top and bottoms. To me, that's mind-blowing because you can't even buy a top or bottom for that price at most places. What about quality? Honestly, a lot better than expected. Because it was cheap, I expected pretty low quality material. But that wasn't the case! The fabric and material is sturdy and have held up so well. They don't look cheap at all and I get loads of compliments from everyone. Sizing runs small so always make sure to order a size up. If you're looking to look cute on a budget (like myself), then you just found what you were looking for.

I ordered off of Zaful on January 27th for my upcoming trip February 28th, and I paid for express shipping ($12.99) in hopes it would all get here before then. First of all, only 3 of my items have even shipped yet, and the other 2 are due to ship either Jan 31st or Feb 6. They charged me an extra $30 to get my order through customs and that was not stated anywhere on the website. Very annoyed I was not told this before ordering and if I would have known all my items were not going to ship at once, I would not have ordered from this site.

Zaful has quickly become one of my favorite websites. So far, everything I have purchased from them has been great quality and fit.
With everything that say's 'one size', I feel like you have to be skeptical, but even still the quality of the clothes I have received is higher than some of the clothing I own from AE and other stores at the mall. Not to mention their point system is actually pretty good.
I just received the last of my most recent order from them-which if you're expecting something to come in in a standard week you need to be patient with this website-trust me it is so worth it! My sunglasses were well packaged, the bathing suit fit perfectly (although it sounds like with all of their swim wear you need to size up from your regular size), and the sweater was true to color, soft, and again durable. You can't beat their prices or quality. An order that would have cost me over $100 USD but cost my around $30 USD-you cant beat that, and it is well worth the wait.
Ive gotten numerous compliments on the things Ive purchased from Zaful and have been telling everyone about how worth it is is to try it- my MOM even wants me to get her stuff the next time I order. Im obviously very happy with my experience, and have yet to have a bad one.

I love the Zaful platform because, unlike other sites, the quality of its products is very high. I was surprised at an economic price for excellent garments. I have already made purchases in other websites and had decided to stop doing this type of shopping for bad experiences, but in Zaful everything was different. I also want to mention the attention and support given by the company responding briefly to the concerns I had as a client.

I basically got scammed 100$. I usually wear size medium but was recommended to order a size larger which I did and even then, the shirts wouldn't even fit my 12 year old brother. I sent a detailed message to customer support asking how to proceed to exchange the items or get reimbursed and they completely ignored it. The response they gave me had nothing to do with my question. I ended up shipping everything back and they later explained they couldn't exchange the items of pay me back after the items were already shipped. After multiple emails they finally tell me they would reimburse 20$ out of the 100$ I originally purchased from them. I still haven't received the 20$. AVOID Zaful, they will scam you.

Zaful is a great company. Their projections are always original and unique. I love the quality of their clothes and the heart they put in their work. They always approach the client professionally, parcels always arrive well packaged and at the right time. Therefore, I would like to share my experiences with others. I love Zaful for the fact that their clothes are always sophisticated and unique and they have exactly what other shops lack. I think that everyone will find something there, and stay with them for longer.

I ordered and then read reviews on how terrible their customer service and product is then the same day I wanted to cancelled and got ignored. A few days later... ofcourse they said they couldnt cancel. The bathing suit I received were fairly cheap and had no hygiene covers which Ive never seen before not sure if they're used or the company is just not hygienic but you are better off purchasing from a store! Also you get hit with a $40 duty on top of whatever you purchased. Now they are fully ignoring my concerns and their stuff is garbage :)
