I ordered a play suit off of this company a few months ago for an event. I payed express shipping and was told that it would arrive within 2 weeks (I live in Australia). The last day that it would possibly come was the day of the event. The item arrived a week after it was supposed to and i had to find a new outfit. Zaful apologized for the inconvenience and gave me 200 Z-points.The quality of the play suit is okay but looks better in the photos than real life. It was mostly true to size although would recommend going up a size to be safe.

I ordered a few items from Zaful.com a little bit ago. I ordered two t-shirts, a midi skirt, and two one-piece bathing suits, and everything was on great sale! I ordered up in size for the tshirts since I like mine a little looser so I can tie a knot at the bottom if I'd like to. They came and were soooo cute and comfy, they are my new favorites. The one is a little thin but just wear a light bra under it and it is fine; the material is SO soft. The skirt was one size and perfect. I love to pair it with strappy sandals. The bathing suits I sized up on, so I got a medium, since some reviews said they ran a little small. Unfortunately they are both still too small on me, but I am in the process of losing weight so I am hopeful that I'll be able to wear them next summer. I was impressed with everything and will definitely shop from Zaful more often.

I have ordered from Zaful about 3 times over the past 2-3 years. They are fairly cheap for most items, but some items are overpriced for the quality of the product. Customer service is also very quick to respond which is good. Often the items do not look as good as it did on the website. Sometimes the clothes come with threads hanging from the stitches. The sizes are also hard to navigate and clothes run small. Another thing is, shipping always takes long (about 1 month) and Zaful always splits the order into multiple components and ships them at different times (which can be very annoying).

Zaful is a great website! It's nicely laid out and has super nice trendy things for some super good prices. I ordered two bikinis and a shirt. I love the bikini's, they have an amazing selection of them and are all really good quality for the price you pay. Everything I have ordered looks exactly like the photo which is amazing. The top I ordered was very short but I have a rather large chest so it makes sense. I suggest looking at reviews to guide you in sizing and what not. Though standard shipping can take around a month so if you want something from there for a specific time I suggest ordering it at least a month in advance. Personally, I don't mind waiting. I would suggest also paying with a card that already has a third party security or they ask you to send a photo of your card which seems dodgy though they have a reason, but I would use an already secure card to avoid it. When I asked about my order as well they answered rather quickly and were helpful. I would totally recommend the bikini's, I haven't tried enough of the actual clothes to say anything about that but the bikinis are amazing. I can't wait to order more bikinis and try more of their clothes in the future :)

I first noticed Zaful ads popping up on my Facebook and i loved everything I was seeing. I looked up reviews for the site and was reluctant to buy from them after I saw so many bad ones. However, I decided to give Zaful a try and I am so happy that I did. I ordered a swimsuit, lingerie set, sunglasses, and a ring. It took about two weeks for my order to arrive with regular shipping and no insurance. I received my order in 3 different packages and they were all packaged safe. I was very pleased with the great quality of everything with it being such a cheap price! If you measure yourself and read the size chart your order should fit because their size chart was 100% accurate for me and everything was exactly as pictured online. VERY HAPPY. Also, customer service was super helpful, always responding in 24 hours and always able to resolve my question/concern. I have noting but good things to say about Zaful and highly recommend that you shop with them for really good deals on super cute fashion. I know I'll be buying from Zaful.com again in the near future! I am not being paid to write this review.

Zaful is my favorite online site when looking for trendy/affordable pieces! I have ordered on multiple occasions, and everything I have receive so far has been exactly what I was expecting. I placed my order on Nov 17th, and it was shipped out less than three days later. Im very impressed with the quality of all the pieces I received. In my experience, Zaful is way better than so many of the other online stores, that now I always look through their app first when searching for that item seen on instagram!

I was not pleased with our order. Both men's sweatshirts we received were too small. We tried to understand the sizing chart ahead of time but it was very complicated and did not appear accurate. I tried to send a question about this and received an auto reply back. Also, I placed this order 11/27/17 and we got part of the order within a couple of weeks but the majority of it didn't come until way after Christmas. I was not able to reach anyone by phone. I sent another email about it being late and received an auto reply that it was still within the time frame allowed for deliveries. I really thought we'd lost our money and had written it off as lost until we finally received the delivery in January. Today I received an email from them to review my experience, so I tried by following the link they sent. Even this is complicated and will not let me submit it. Every time I try it says, "question is does not belong you", which makes no sense in the English language. I finally tried the "close and review" button at the bottom of the link and it sent me to a review page, but it won't accept my rating. It keeps popping up as "failed to score". Not pleased.

The items on Zaful are incredible and the items I have bought from them have become some of my favorite items. That said, it is an online store so when things don't go well, it's difficult if not impossible to return items. The customer service is good and they try to ensure you are satisfied but it has always been difficult to have to pay to ship it back to them if it isn't good, but they are good about giving "points" for this. It does take a lot of time to ship so you must order about a month in advance to ensure you get it on time!

I ordered 3 bathing suits for $53 $USD (which is a great piece for 3 bathing suits!). It took about a little over a month to receive half of my my order. One came completely separate 2 months after I ordered. However, I only truly like 1/3 of the bathing suits I ordered (which is fine since it is so cheap). I bought two of the same bathing suites in different colours which was a cotton fabric material. The strap broke off as soon as I tried it on since it was not sown on well... but I got it fixed. I wouldn't purchase another bathing suite with a fabric cotton material. Also, the white lining from the inside stuck out. These suits were not well made...

The third bathing suit was the normal bathing suit material. It isnt as cheaply made as the two other ones and no lining sticks out.

If you order from this site... make sure it's not something you need right away... it will take a month or more to actually receive it. Also, make sure you check what kind of material it is.

I also watched some YouTubers try on some of the bathing suits to see what size I would be.

I think I'll try ordering more bathing suits from there in the future.

My experience was bittersweet for the most part. I fell in love with the bikinis that I had ordered and waited about a month for them to come. When they arrived, I was super excited as it was mid summer and I couldn't wait to use them. Unfortunately, only about half of them fit. Either the top fit or the bottoms fit and not one suit fit perfect. This was my mistake as I had sized up but apparently should have sized up again. This has not ruined my future with Zaful as I believe the swimsuits were great quality for the price and I will definitely be trying an order again!
