Im actually really surprised that Zaful has that amazing quality of products, I ordered 4 swimwear And I have to say quality of material and also the sewing, My expectation (because of the price) was very low, but Zaful exceeded the expectations. Ive got a swimwear for more than $200 and I cant find the difference. I hope I will get some nice and trendy swimwear for some pictures and then I will change for something better, but I dont have to, this ones are really great. Cant wait to wear them on my upcoming vacation!

Zaful is my go to online store for all of my clothing, jewelry, accessories, and more! I order all my bikinis and swimsuits from Zaful because they are so high quality but also affordable! They are always putting new clothing on the website so you always get the latest trends, and there are always discounts and sales going on so you get a good deal. This is my real objective experience and I am not being paid to write this review.

Ordered Dec 6... just received Feb 3. Shockingly poor quality. Still missing items. The items looked SO different from the pictures that it was difficult to even identify them. The box in which the items arrived has clearly been to hell and back. Every attempt to cancel the order was ignored. Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. Deeply saddened by the amount of money they scammed me out of. And once you receive the items, there are no full refunds. I can't decide if Zaful is incompetent or brilliantly evil.

I haven't even received my order yet, but so far this is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I Placed my order 3 weeks ago and one piece of my order did not ship. So I asked THEM why, and they tell me it's on back order for 2 months but I could exchange. I choose a cheaper item and the next day they bill me for it.
I have chatted with them multiple times and the customer service team has argued with me telling me repeatedly I am wrong and that what shows on their site isn't always guaranteed to be correct.

I am beyond disgusted with how they treated me, if I could rate them -10 I would.
Regardless of how cheap and cute their clothes are, which I haven't even received yet.

Needless to say I WILL NEVER order from them again.

I simply love all of the items that I got from zaful! They are great quality and so beautiful. I bought several swimsuits, a dress, necklaces, sunglasses, and a hat, all of which I wear regularly and love the feel and quality of. The things that the sell are great quality for the price and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to stay fashionable on a budget!

Zaful offers a wide selection of clothing that beats Forever 21 and Target styles and prices. The sizes have been true. I believed them to run small until I ordered a large and it was too big (I wear a small). Unfortunately, the item was out of stock after that so I gave it to my sister, who loves the dress. All of my items arrived on time and in great condition. I had zero issues with my order from Zaful and will shop there again.

I love shopping online, I'm the kind of person who prefers scrolling and to find just the right product, and I found Zaful a really great website to shop clothing and accesories, they have an extense variety of styles, I order some cute chokers, bathing suits and a top, everything came in good condition and in the estimated wait time.

By far my favourite place to buy bikinis! Such good quality for super cheap. They have reviews on every item which is very helpful. Especially when trying to figure out if the item is "true to size" or not. I love the idea of Z-points and all the continuos sales. The shipping however can take up to 2 months. But other than that, the website layout and everything is great!

There is a lot of misconception on online shopping stores and how they can be deceiving and scammy. I, myself experienced that first hand with various local and international online stores. And at first, I was very hesitant to place an order on Zaful too. But when at last got down to it, I was in awe.
I took the plunge and placed orders for nearly 20 items. From rings to dresses to shoes to bags and socks and shorts... etc. And I honestly have never been more impressed. The items all reached in due time and were all FAULTLESS. The sizing charts and sizes written on the website are true to size, whilst the quality of the material was so soft and high-end.
I've seen so many bad reviews on this site when it has been the only store that has restored my faith in online shopping.
I placed 3 orders that were shipped out in 4 times. Each time the packages took nearly 20 days ( I shipped them to turkey) to arrive but they actually took 5-7 days to be dispatched from the warehouse and reach my country. It is worth mentioning that after that they are NOT Zaful's responsibility. I contacted the customer support as usual as I thought they got lost but they directed me to the shipping couriers website and my tracking ID (these were actually displayed on the My Orders page). I tracked my parcel until it reached to my address and then did the same with the others.
Also, one of the items I booked got sold out and I contacted Customer Care. They asked me to replace the item with another of my choice. I did and they shipped out immediately. I got it a couple of weeks later and its gorgeous.
I read many bad reviews about Zaful but my experience with them was amazing.

Honestly, I don't have many issues with this website! I've only purchased swim suits from them though so I can't say much on the rest of their clothing. I purchased from the plus section. I knew I had to size up when purchasing just by looking at the size chart but the bottoms fit perfectly. As for the tops, I can't say the same. None of them ever fit properly so if you're busty, be prepared to be falling out here and there. Otherwise, I live in Canada and received my order within 2 weeks (about 10 days to be exact).
