I own about 15 bathing suits from Zaful and I LOVE them. I prefer them over my American Eagle, Walmart, and Target brand bathing suits. They are very flattering. I would also like to say that I ordered from Zaful May 2017 and just a month ago (February 2018) and boy have they improved not only in sizing, but with customer service. The first time I ordered it took 3 weeks for the bathing suits to arrive. I did not have any issues with this because I knew they were coming from China, but I can see how it would be an issue for some people. This time around, they came so quickly! Also, READ THE SIZE GUIDE AND REVIEWS. Some bathing suits run small, some large, but if you follow the size guide, you can't mess up. Another thing to note is if. Like me, you get a TON of items when you shop at Zaful, they will arrive in separate shipments. For instance, I ordered 8 most recently and they came in 3 shipments. Again, not an issue for me. The quality is SO GOOOOOOOD and the prices are unbeatable. To begin with I was quite skeptical about the prices and did some research about import taxes and ZAFUL in general. I wanted to give it a go and ordered 1 bikini at a time. I'm totally in love with this store now and already ordered 5 bikini's and 1 romper, all have great fits and very good quality for that price! Colors and items are very true to online pictures. Also customer service has been really good to communicate with for me. Important if you have a question, open a ticket and they get back to you as soon as possible. In my case within a few hours! Super satisfied with this webshop and customer service.

Hello! I bought various accessories for summer and also clothing items from Zaful. The clothes are of good quality. Prices are very cheap. The accessories are of excellent quality, super cute and I love summer earrings. The sweaters I bought are well dressed and thanks to the size guide I did not miss the size. I also bought a very pretty and very comfortable jacket. The size is perfect. The shipping times in Italy are very fast, in less than two weeks I received the package directly to my home without paying additional costs. The package arrived flawless and even the products were absolutely as I expected them.

I love buying bikinis from Zaful! They come exactly as shown in the photos and for the price, the quality of the material is good. At first I was nervous to order from their site because of how cheap everything was and I was afraid it might be a scam but I've received all of my orders exactly as they are shown on the site. The only negative comment I have is that shipping takes forever! It took almost 3 weeks for each of my orders to deliver. Other than shipping, I was happy with everything else.

All the bikinis that I I ordered were exactly what I was hoping for and the website description is very accurate. The packaging is very nice as well. Also, the quality of the bathing suits impressed me a lot. For the prices to be so affordable, it's great especially since the quality is fantastic. Honestly, Zaful exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be buying more bathing suits from them soon! Along with their material of the bathing suits being great, Zaful has wonderful customer service. I got a bathing suit, but it was no longer available, so they refunded me with no problems. The shipping was quick (it took about a week). I definitely recommend shopping at Zaful.

First off, I ordered from Zaful on 2/7/2018. When ordering their website states 6-8 business days for delivery, which seemed fine. I ordered seasonal clothes. It was on 2/27 when I then put in a Paypal claim for not receiving my items. They responded by saying Fedex wasn't always up to time with their tracking. I pointed out that that was false and I could visibly see online that neither their Fedex or local post had received my package, 20 days later! They responded again saying that it was holiday from 2/14-2/20... but they had 15 days outside of that span to ship my package! Now as I review, others are saying they were told "February 1-12 is spring festival in New Year celebrations, that may caused some delay." So which is it. Finally they shipped on 3/2 and im still awaiting my clothing. I asked for a refund before they even brought my package to the post office, and if the clothes come in not as described i will be escalating the issue.

On July 21st 2017 I placed an order at Zaful, number U**************.
All the items I ordered were exactly what I was hoping for, the website description is super accurate. The packaging is very nice and well thought. Also, the quality of the fabrics impressed me a lot: I wore the bikinis all summer and the colours are exactly the same as the first day. Exceeded my expectations, a great quality for an amazing price.
Im also very happy with Zafuls costumers care service. One of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock and the refund was processed without any delays, which unfortunately is something that even in some well known websites tends to be time consuming.
Will certainly order again!

I got 13 items, two of them I didn't get but i got my money back and they were nice about it!
The things I got were god quality and I love them, just make sure to read the reviews before buying because some of the stuff isn't that great so I only got high rated items.
The shipping time to Sweden was very long, about 2 month but for that price I'm not that mad about it.

I love this site! They are great for those items when you want to try and trend but you don't want to spend a fortune. I've ordered from this site several times and always read the other buyers reviews on each item. I've not had a problem with size - all the items have the measurements written with the size guide. I've only had one problem which was resolved really quickly and their customer service has been better than some Australian based stores!

I have ordered multiple times from zaful.com before and I will continue to just because of the amazingly low prices. Quality is great in comparison to price. Would recommend ordering far in advance if you need clothing items for specific date, or pay the little extra for fast shipping as orders can sometimes take a while to arrive. Other than that can't say enough good things about this website!

Zaful has been great! They're bathing suits are at a great price and quality is usually there, this will be my first time ordering clothes and I am excited to see them come in. They have reward points that can be used at checkout that discount the total order price which is one of my favorites. They do take a few weeks as shipping is over seas but with any questions or concerns they reply within 2 days. Also, they are great at compensating and customer service is awesome. I ordered a lot of bikinis from here, first thing that went wrong they didn't all arrive and didn't notify me why but still charged me for them all.
Second thing - the bikinis were terrible! Half of them fit, some were too small and some too big (they were meant to all be the same size). Some didn't have the hygiene stickers in and all of them were bad quality.
THEN, I tried to return them. This is where the real problems happened.
Firstly it took me forever to get them to respond to me with any details on how to return them. It was a long process.
I have now returned the items and they are REFUSING TO REFUND ME. They are telling me that I need a tracking number and they won't confirm whether or not my Items have arrived with them unless I send the a tracking number. I didn't want to pay extra at Royal Mail so therefore didn't get a tracking number because I wasn't told I had to.

Seen as it took 5 emails back and forth for them to tell me how to return the items you would expect them to mention the fact that it is apparently mandatory to have a tracking number if you wish to get a refund. They are basically ROBBING ME of my money and not giving me a valid reason as to why.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

I ordered 5 bathings suits, four came in in a timely manner but one was out of stock so it was one week behind the others. One bathing suit was too small, i purchased a large but im usually a medium and it was too small. I contacted zaful asking to exchange it and they were very helpful and quick to reply. Also the prices were very fair, usually bikinis are like 40$ each but theres were 20$ or else, very affordable. Out of all the bathing suits i got i did like and wear 4/5!
