I have ordered twice from this store and both times the products were delivered quite fast. The prices they offer are quite cheep so you may guess that the materials they use are also not the best quality. The designs are nice and fashion changes quite fast so in my experience the clothes can last for one season or two the most. After they are washed several times the start looking a bit baggy.
Zaful is a great website! I ordered three items a few weeks ago for the first time and was very impressed. The clothes looked like the pictures and were true to size. The only thing I noticed was that one of the sweaters was a bit shorter in person than it appeared online, it also had a bit of a weird scent but this was fixed upon washing it. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely be ordering again.

Zaful Customer service just ends up screwing me over EVERY TIME! I have ordered twice of zaful and Yes: they have some cute products. I have been so patient with them because every order there is a mistake made or a problem with shipping or payment. For example in my most recent order i "TRIED" to place, it was a huge spring sale so i had about 200$ worth of items which is a lot of money. I clicked place order, and waited a couple of days to pay. They sent me a paypal Invoice for me to pay, when i don't even have a paypal account! I just paid through the invoice with my credit card and then now they are trying to tell me i never paid for my order... I even waited days for it to process. I was honestly back and forth with customer support and they were NO HELP. They just simply did not understand for some stupid reason. I sent them screenshots of the email receipt, invoice and transaction number, I even sent them my bank info and screenshots of my credit card transactions. It made absolutely no sense for them to tell me that I did not pay. So guess what they did to resolve the situation? They just decided to cancel my order and take 1650 points which is worth A LOT of savings. I deleted the app and will let everyone know not to order from zaful because of my experience. Every order will have a mistake. I don't even care how harsh this review is, 200$ is a lot of money that i truly need and i know im not getting it back. So done.

Shipping time was a littlebit long compared to other online stores, but Zaful is a much more small entreprise, so it is understandable. I bought it the men section and was satisfied with the product I received as the quality was good! Worth the wait! Definitely would buy again.

I had a really great experience! My bathing suit and dress looked exactly as pictured and are a great quality! They were exactly what I was looking for and were so inexpensive. There are tons of other great, fashionable options at low prices. Shipping was a little slow, but that's only because I'm quite impatient and ordered during the busy holidays! Thanks for everything!

This clothing is cheaply made. I have been trying to return an item for over a month and have been unable to get return instructions or speak to a customer service representative. I bought a blazer and the material literally dissolved and the buttons all broke off just from getting it laundered.

I was a bit skeptical at first. The prices are so affordable I thought the quality would be very low but that was not the case. I ordered three pieces of clothing with a pair of gold earrings, and I was very pleasantly surprised. They quality is great -- way higher than I expected and way higher than what it's worth. Overall really nice store. Products are as shown in the pictures with great materials and great quality. My order took a bit over a month to arrive, however, it was Christmas time so its understandable. It came really well packaged without any delivery issues. Was very happy with my order from Zaful. Communication is always very speedy and efficient and prices are always great! My experience shopping with Zaful was a great one! They have a very large selection of clothing so with some time spent browsing, everyone will be able to find a piece that suits their taste. As well, their prices are very reasonable and affordable, especially with the amount of promotions and sales that they offer. However, I recommend reading the reviews on the piece you're interested in to better calculate the sizing as well as the quality. Shipping times also may take longer than some may expect, but I think it's reasonable with the prices they provide--just order well in advance and be patient!

I have ordered a Hoodie and a Jacket in December. It was going to be a gift for my niece. I was worried they werent going to arrive before Christmas. Eventually they were shipped separately, but about a week before Christmas. I was super happy there was something I could put under the tree. I was satisfied with the products, they were a good value. My niece loved them too. I would recommend this online store anytime.

First shopping experience at zaful, everything OK. I was afraid, if it will be good quality and if it fits me after all. The items I chose came soon, all as in the picture, very satisfied. Jeans shorts fits me well, the size chart is very helpful and correct. It´s incredible fashion store with low prices, you will be surprised with the quality of materials and stitching, same as in the expensive shops that we know. Check the swimsuit for sure, very trendy and chic pieces for this upcoming summer.
