This online shop offers the trendiest things out in the market at such an affordable price. The products are all well made and the pictures are true to the product you order. The customer service is extremely helpful and prompt. I have never had a problem with the shipping or quality of the items ordered. I love this shop!

Zaful has been my favorite website to order affordable, high quality bikinis from for over 3 years now! The products are always true to picture, which is something I feel a lot of people worry about when it comes to online shopping, and are surprisingly great quality for the price!
As for shipping, it can take a bit longer than other website and sometimes the products ship in separate packages, however they always send tracking numbers and will let you know if the products are being shipped separately. You are never mislead.
Overall I would highly recommend Zaful, especially if you are looking for an affordable alternative to trendy items!

My order got messed up and ended up getting sent back to zaful (issues with Canada post) so therefore zaful said they would refund me. I contacted them 4 times to ask about when I would receive the refund and they have yet to answer. It's been over 4 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will get ripped off, they will never contact you about any issues with your order, also their shipping takes FOREVER so you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Zaful is great, both in quality and in customer service. I have ordered several clothes from their website, each of them came fast and they were all like in the descriptions and on the pictures. They don't have size issues, and out of stock is very rare. Women's clothes has a large variety to choose from, each piece is unique and fashionable; however, men's clothes still has to improve I think. They are just not that fashionable, but there are exceptions of course, for example their men's hoodies and jumpers are really good.
When I ordered, the clothes arrived on time, each in their separate bag and we didn't have size issues; but you should always check the size chart, as men's M is a little shorter than I thought.
With their discounts and coupons, you can buy fashionable clothes for a very, very fair price; and they always have coupons.
Overall, I recommend buying from Zaful, you won't regret it!

If you are looking for cute summer clothing and bikinis, Zaful is perfect for you! I've always struggled to find my perfect bikini store and finally I found one :) I ordered two bikinis on Zaful and both turned out really cute, comfortable and true to size. Zaful products are affordable but made out of good quality materials. The shipping doesn't take that long. I live in Europe and it took about two and a half weeks to get my order. If you have any problem you can easily contact Zaful support team and get a very quick and helpful response. I recommend Zaful and I'm definitely going to buy more pretty products on their website! :)

Honestly, everyone needs to try Zaful! I swear by it! I have ordered 6 bathing suits from this website and I have found that each of them have had wonderful quality! They only take 1 - 3 weeks to ship but most of mine have come within 2 weeks. BUT CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE PRICE. Most of these suits are only 12$! AND THEY COME WITH A TOP AND A BOTTOM! My only complaint would be that it is hard to find full coverage bottoms but it's possible and for the price u can just go out and buy new ones. Overall I'm never shopping anywhere else to buy swimwear. I am excited to try there other products!

I saw positive reviews and wanted to believe. They charged my credit card for the non-discount amount & then claimed that they did apply the discount and only gave me partial refund.

The clothing quality was either nice (2-3) items but overall poor (scratchy, bad sewing, terrible sizing) as they source from all over china.

SHIPPING- Over 6 weeks and after many customer service complaints, charging my credit card was on time though...

RETURN was terrible and complicated, I had to go drive to a local Post Office only to be told that the shipping label they provided me was not enough $$$ for the return cost. ALSO ZAFUL DOES NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. They subtract the dollar amount from your refund. So I ended up paying for both USPS and "ZAFUL" shipping.

I saw an ad on facebook for this gorgeous dress and went through to the site to purchase it. It was not on sale, it had no indication that the stock was running out (i think maybe the medium had sold out?) so I went ahead and purchased this item (with a few other things). About 1 month later, i receive an email saying the item i ordered was out of stock, and they would need to wait until they received more before they could send it out to me. How long? They weren't sure.
I understood, sometimes suppliers and stockists etc can let them down, but they hadn't indicated which item. So i asked, they said it was just the dress but wouldn't send the other items out until the dress was ready? I was frustrated by this point. I asked for a full refund to get it over and done with as it wasn't worth the hassle. I received another 'advice' reply suggesting what I should do and if i could just wait until they got the item back in stock. I replied AGAIN saying no, I just wanted my refund. To which they processed it and said to wait 7-14 working days.

1 month later I still have seen no sign of the refund.
I messaged the live chat crew to see if they could help, they just said to check the card account as it should have been paid. I repeated, that I have not received a single refund for this goddamn dress that i ordered 2 months ago. They said they'd get back to me via email.

I get it, sometimes things go wrong. But in this case, the customer service have done very little to ensure my needs are met in this instance and seems like they couldn't care less if I wanted to buy with them again. So frustrated and disappointed.

I love Zaful! Their suits are amazing and good quality. The best part is the price! They have affordable prices which is very helpful. I have been ordering their suits for many years now and every time Im more surprised by the quality and how well made the suits are. Overall zaful is literally a life saver. If it wasnt for them I would maybe have a pair or two suits max since theyre so expensive everywhere else.
