I was a bit skeptical of ordering from a foreign website for such a low price, but I was delighted when I got the products. They are great quality and I have never felt so confident in swimwear. The only downside was the length of shipping, which took about a month, but it was well worth the wait. Additionally, the customer service is amazing. When I needed new sizes, the responses were quick and I was sent new swimsuits for free. So happy I found this website!

I have had an excellent shopping experience in Zaful, I definitely recommend that online store, since everything I ordered arrived in the established time, they have an excellent presentation because everything arrives very well packaged, it seems to me a very professional page, besides everything I order comes from a very good quality and they are too kind when it comes to solving doubts, they have very original clothing styles, I love Zaful very much!

I ordered 2 swimsuits, 1 two piece outfit, 1 necklace, and 1 pair of sunglasses. I paid an extra 2 dollars for shipping insurance. Totaled at 50.58. Everything was going well, it shipped out quickly along with a FedEx tracking number. I tracked the package daily, seeing where it went. All of sudden it's stuck in Memphis, TN with a clearance delay. Confused on what the term means, I call FedEx and they say its stuck in customs and all they need is 2 forms filled out. They emailed me the 2 forms meant for the manufacturer to fill out. I send the forms to Zaful's support team. They send back a totally different form. Not helpful. Next day, I get a message from Zaful saying my package has been destroyed and I can get a 20% refund. What? That's 10 dollars and I've literally never even touched my package. I'm currently still disputing this but I've had to go out my way to contact FedEx and Zaful as they should be communicating to each other, not through me.

I am very pleased with Zaful's quality, prices, and customer service. Take a look at their website and you will see at first glance you can see they have a lot to choose from. From accessories to bathing suits to athletic wear. And I think I their prices are killer! The quality of the clothes were definitely great as well. Any issues? Zaful will make the solution easy for you. They are quick to respond (no more than 24 hours) and really do the best they can to help your needs. I wish the shipping was quicker, however I understand why it is 10-15 business days. I definitely recommend Zaful to all online shoppers!

I have ordered from Zaful more than enough times to write an honest review on my overall experience. I was satisfied with the majority of my purchases (bikinis, dresses, 1 pair of sunglasses). The prices are definitely cheaper than a lot of big name stores and brands and the quality of everything I have received are pretty good for the cost. Sizing tends to vary a lot so be sure to read a lot of reviews before you make your purchase.

I have ordered from zaful on 3 occasions and I have been satisfied 2/3 times. The only thing I can caution people about is sizing! Very hit or miss. I am usually a size small (in Canada) but I tend to order a M in everything unless the previous reviews on the product say otherwise. The QUALITY of the products have been awesome and worth the price (if you can get the size right). Shipping takes awhile but I'm always pleased when my order comes and it has fit great the last 2 orders I did. I definitely recommend :) The one time I contacted customer service they were really nice and helpful. I love zaful :)
