I am always very sceptic with online webhops from abroad, but Zaful never dissapointed me so far. I ordered there twice now, the first time a bikini (what came in with a bit of a slow shipping) but it was great quality and I loved the product. Now the second time the shipping was faster- only 2 weeks and the quality is yet again amazing for it's price. I love the products: A summerdress and a top. I would recommend this site but beware to look good if the quality is what you expect it to be on the pictures and other people reviews. So far I always found the right products but there are some less nice things.
Im honestly so surprised at how amazing all of my clothing items came out to be from Zaful. For such low, affordable prices everything was in pretty great quality. There was a very slight sizing problem with one item so I would suggest to read the comments/reviews because there was one dress that happened to be too short for my liking. Other than that, everything else fit well, they were comfortable and not itchy, and also looked exactly like the pictures. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I was introduced to Zaful by my sister and I've literally become obsessed with the site, I try to resist purchasing sometimes but the deals they offer are irresistible even though their prices have increased more than usual they are always quick to answer all questions!
Have to break down from start till I got the product so... Browsing your site(thru app), was ok. Having categories and clear pictures. Reading the details of the product was also informative, however, the customer comments are cut short and I don't know how to read the whole feedback. This helps customers to identify if the product is good(not saying its not) specially with our different body types and the clothe's style when worn. Adding it to cart is easy and details are shown, so, that's good. Moving to payment, I, personally was hesitant to give additional personal info about CC payment. Due to personal security matters. Yes, it is necessary for theft issues but for honest buyers it's kind of suspicious as well. So, hope you guys have a different process for that. Like it took forever and the products condition and package was secured. The product, I could say specially the swimsuit is beyond expectation. The "terno" that I bought though is kinda thin but I like how it looks. The fitting though of the shorts that I bought was a little small. I followed the sizing, we have different body types, so. All in all it was good. I'll be ordering again I guess.
I had initially gone to the zaful website looking for a cheap bathing suit, and was blown away by the variety for the cost. After reading reviews I was sold that the quality would also be well worth ordering online and not being able to try the product on, plus I was very comforted by the amount of photos from reviewers so you can get a feel for what things look like on a real person. The item shipped relatively fast for worldwide shipping with no extra fees (AMAZING), and once it got to me I was able to feel the quality of the products. I have ordered multiple times since then and never been disappointed with my experience. Very happy to have found this site.

THE SUIT: Only one suit arrived and while the idea was really cute in concept, but I don't know if they ever tried it on a real person. I have a pretty short torso for my height (5'4"), and the one-piece suit was too long in the torso for me... the color was pretty close to the photos on the website but the material was super cheap and I think if I ever went in the pool my nips would definitely show through. (And it wasn't even a white suit.)
**Beware** THE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The post office lost the 2nd package with my other 2 suits. They provided Zaful an official letter on USPS letterhead explaining this, but 1st Zaful employee to respond to my letter just told me it wasn't anything they would deal with since the tracking number was marked as delivered. Case closed.
Again, I responded asking her to even read what I was writing and to open the USPS attachment... this time, Zaful told me they don't deal with lost packages and anyway it says "delivered" online so that's what their company will go by.
Such a disappointment.
I love my Zaful swimmers, they are great quality for such a good price! I had a good experience with the shipping and customer service.
I am not impressed with Zaful at all, they supposedly delivered my daughters jacket on the 15 May and claim no one was home despite me having a full time maid. Now they say I have missed my delivery so need to contact local post office or shipping agent but I am unable to get information out of them regarding which post office or shipping agent, they love to issue me with ticket numbers but I cannot get a response on who to contact for the jacket, terrible service!

Zaful products are amazing for the price! I love zaful for swimsuits and matching sets but they both seem to run a bit small so i recommend going up a size! I couldnt find my order number (my mistake im sure) and they were so helpful! Some items i ordered went out of stock so they sent me an email with the option to get my money back or just wait for the product i ordered without me even having to complain about it first, love zaful!
When I first heard about Zaful, I was kind of worried and asking myself if this would be like all of the online shopping pages that offer something beautiful but then you get a product totally different from what you expected. I decided to try it out and it went pretty well, what I bought was the same as the pictures and I've never had a bad experience with this site. Also, every order I've made has been succesful and I can't complain about any product. They keep it real and the prices are really good and affordable, totally recommended.

Negative reviews id seen in the past had made me hesitant to try Zaful for a while, but when I finally did, I loved it. I've had no problems with the products or service. Definitely recommend.
I bought a thermometer in this store. During the promotion, the price was very attractive. Delivery 3 weeks. I liked the shop.
I would like to start off by stating that this is my honest objective on the company called Zaful.com. Furthermore, I am not being forced to make any of these comments. I love shopping from Zaful for a multitude of reasons! First and foremost, their items are trendy, adorable, and not to mention affordable. They have a system where customers can earn Z points through a system called the Z wallet. The points are used towards purchasing items which is amazing. In addition, I have never had an issue with reaching the customer service team. They have a great staff on hand that are very kind, efficient, and helpful. I've placed two orders so far with Zaful and am looking forward towards purchasing further products from this company.
I have one great experience with Zaful. I have ordered two pairs of bikinis, both size M (I am size S but after checking measurement details, I have decided for M) and I dotn regret it! Material, size and colors ar exactly the same as on the picture. Also shipping was fast, it took 2 weeks to Slovakia.
Cosutumer service is good too, they always respond back. I'm very satisfied and Im going to order something else again - wondering abou dresses: :)
I have a major issue going on with an order I placed with Zaful on April 24th. I still have not received my package. It stated 7-10 business day shipping. And now I am going on my honeymoon without the bikinis I ordered a month ago):
Last Monday I spoke with a representative who filed an "investigation" on the package in an attempt to locate it and told me Id get a confirmation email. I never got an email or heard anything since.
So today, I called again to file another claim, however, the customer service representative demanded that I call FedEx to track the package. I explained this is the responsibility of Zaful, not I, to locate this package and this should have been done last week when I initially filed for an investigation! The representative then hung up on me.
I tried calling again, no answer.
I am a business owner myself and if this were to happen with one of my customers, I would immediately be calling FedEx (like, last week) wondering what was going on with the package. But this was not the case. Not ONE representative offered to call in for me. They are completely unreasonable and would rather "file paperwork" instead of picking up the phone and taking action. I ended up calling FedEx myself & FedEx informed me that it was lost. A 2 minute conversation Zaful could not even go the extra mile to make!
I am requesting both a refund and to have the package reshipped, but I am doubtful this will happen.
Be cautious when ordering from them - order two months in advance!

Im absilutely appalled by this business. I waited close to 4 months for my order and when I contacted them they said it has just dispatched and to wait a little while longer. After multiple more months I contacted them again asking for a refund only to speak to a robot and get no helpful replies. When they finally got back to me and said they would give a refund I only got two thirds of the money back! And it was a fair amount of money. Dont use them they are terrible.
