Overall I did not have a great experience with Zaful.

Firstly the items took very long to arrive and also the Zaful team did not pay customs correctly so that was another $40 equivalent gone.

Upon arriving I found that some of items fit rather oddly and not sit well. That in part has to do with ones figure of course but sometimes they were really weird. For example the dresses were baggy and too large but also too short... just a little over t-shirt length. However other items were lovely and just as I had imagined them to be. Overall I would just warn to carefully check the sizes and measurements.

Trying to return the items was difficult. The website would't allow me to submit 'tickets'. And I had to take photos of the items in order to send them back. I would recommend to Zaful to change the way they do returns. For example ASOS and Zalando were much easier to return.

However I would like to add the customer service has been extremely friendly and helpful in trying to deal with my problems.

In the end I Zaful gave me a full refund and I didn't even have to return the items. Another little word of warning... had I not been allowed to not return the items I would have had to send them back to China which would have been very expensive as far as shipping is concerned.

Overall I would recommend to first try it out with a smaller purchase such as a t-shirt or a dress before ordering several things.

These clothes are really great! They are super affordable and I really like them a lot. The material is good considering how cheap the clothes are. My personal favorite is the bathing suits. They are super cheap, and the material is kinda cheap but they are fine. Beware they run a little small usually. In all, I think the clothes are good for the price. Don't expect expensive quality. Customer service is INCREDIBLE! But shipping is crazy slow.

I loved everything I ordered off the website! If you want trendy and affordable clothing this is the best place to look. You just have to be mindful and look at the size charts and other people's reviews. All items I ordered looked exactly like the photos! The bathing suits are the best quality! Zaful's customer service messaging system is very good and they get back in touch with you within 24 hours.

Crooks: They one sent one item and one tracking number. But the e-mail said we had multiple shipments coming, sorry for the inconvenience. I ordered 6 things and only received 1 for $74.00. I emailed Customer service and told them what was going on. They asked that I send a copy of my shipment box. And no reply so I called back. Then I was told that I need to talk to Fed ex because I need to do a claim with them. I will never buy anything from Zaful.com again because they only have people that do not speak English assisting you and its very hard to understand to translate what youre trying to accomplish. Or they are playing so dumb! Over them!

I like this store very much and I often shop for it. The website is nice and transparent, you can easily find what you are looking for. The photos accurately represent the products, so I know what to expect when the package arrives. Clothes are of good quality, neatly sewn - some of them have been used for a very long time, and still look like new. I can recommend to anyone who likes interesting clothes!

I have ordered twice from Zaful and was satisfied with both purchases. I usually am a little iffy trying out clothing websites as many are known to be scams but luckily, Zaful is not. My orders went through beautifully and arrived in a timely manner. The quality greatly exceeded my expectations because of how low the prices were. I particularly was in awe with one of their bathing suits as it looked exactly like the pictures on the website with padding included! That is always a bonus and a win. I will definitely continue to be ordering from Zaful and recommend those who are iffy, much like I was, to not be and enjoy from Zaful's wide variety of clothing and accessories.

Purchase very often on the Zaful site and the products are really of excellent quality. I really find it very well, the buying process is simple and fast. Respect delivery times and support the customer in the sale. My orders arrive quickly, they are well packaged and of high quality. I've never had problems, there are many sections and items to choose from, even the sales section is crazy, low pieces and super convenience. It's the perfect site for healthy online shoppoing, I love it!

I placed an order on May 6th, which I thought was far enough in advance because I need it by July 3rd. The tracking information hasn't updated since May 17th and Zaful Customer Service has been no help. My local post office told me it was the sender's responsibility to open the investigation, but Zaful is telling me to simply wait until July 8th, which is when they will either resend the package or refund me. Since I need this order by July 3rd, this is of no help to me!

I did order two times in Zaful website, the items I received were great with stretchy material but not see-through.
Overall I really love this website.

I've tried many clothing sites, I'm from central Europe. So far I like Zaful the most - mostly because of the nice fashion style and reward system, like points for daily check-in and for submitting reviews, which give you sale for your next orders. There are also lotteries, which give you even more sales. Combined with the great clothes (I shop dresses mostly), it's a very good deal and the shipping is fast also.
