Don't use this company. They will ruin your car and then not fix it. Headache. They have to take wheels off to fix things because they don't have a lift and then they don't put them on right. Mine came off on the freeway. They are NOT helping me fix it either. I have had my insurance talk to them. They still call and badger in the process of reporting faulty service. Worst service I've ever come in contact with. I could have lost my family that day on the freeway. Horrible service, mechanic didn't know what he was doing.
I had an appointment. I received a text at 3am to remind me of my 10am appointment. They didn't show, didn't call, didn't text. They called me the next day to inform me my mechanic had to cancel, 30 hours after my appointment time. They actually want to reschedule.
Came with wrong parts, never inspected car just rushed through and replaced part I did not need. Then they don't stand by warranty, want to charge for inspection if part, mind you wrong part is not defective. Someone calls and mumbled something on my voicemail. Never again, untrustworthy.
The appointment was scheduled yesterday for 9:00 am. The mechanic never showed and never called saying he's canceling. At 3:05 pm I get a message from the company as if I canceled. The first price I received for 300 Chrysler fuel pump fix was 594.00 once I entered my Vin the price jumped up to 874.00. At some point when I and the company learned that the driver would remain AWOL I asked for another mechanic. They said the AWOL guy was the only one that could make the fix. And the. 2 hours later told me that they could not provide a mechanism. Will Chotner also a mobile Mechanic flying solo fix the fuel pump issue in 20 minutes flat and charged me 600.00. I lost money and a days work messing with Your Mechanic. I'm 56 extremely busy no time to Waiste. Your Mechanic really pissed me off they do all the notifications saying they're coming guy never came never called.Call Wil *******743 Pittsburgh Allegheny County Quick Fast Dependable and reasonable.
This company is horrible. I paid $150 for an initial diagnostic which they did right away. Then when it comes to the actual repair they couldn't get anyone out for 2 weeks. That appointment got cancelled due to a mechanic emergency. I rescheduled for another week out, that mechanic had to reschedule due to an emergency. Horrible customer service, stay away! They wouldn't reimburse me a dime of the initial diagnostic. But if you have to reschedule within 48 hours they charge you $75. But when they have to reschedule TWICE they don't give you anything. Don't waste your time, take your car to a real mechanic.
Booked a service and (due to foreign customer service rep) explained the specific part required in meticulous fashion. The mechanic showed up with the wrong part! Said he'd be back, but cust. Service texted to say he wouldn't till the next day...AND...the part would cost DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I scheduled an appointment because my car windows would not go down. Mike came out for the appointment on time on 5/30/23. I let Mike know that I thought it was a fuse. He checked and said I needed a window switch and would have to schedule another appointment. So 165.00 to be told I need a window switch. Then I was quoted 133.00 for the switch and labor. I accepted and booked the appointment for 2 days later for 6/2/23 at 1:45.Soonest I could get. Then I was contacted by your mechanic customer service and told my quote was now 169.00. I said how is this possible. They said because the part cost more than they thought it would. I said nope. You sent a price. I accepted it. I'm not paying more. Thats not the right way to conduct business. So they adjusted my quote to 134.00. I agreed. The day of the appointment the mechanic canceled at 1:10.30 mins before the appointment. I was very upset by this. I contacted customer service and they offered me nothing. And said I'd have to wait for days for the next available appointment. I asked for a manager. None were available but they could call me back. I received a voice-mail that stated the earliest appointment was Tuesday 6/6/23. During this time I was able to have someone else look at my car. It was fixed in 10 minutes because of a blown fuse. No switch needed. I was going to be charged for service and parts I did not need and still have windows that don't work. This is beyond awful. They got my 165.00 for poor service and zero work. Con artist at its finest. Zero stars
Had them come out mechanic refused to work on my car because it had been in a fender bender and my bumper was off still trying to charge me 150.00 dollars because he canceled and the entire job was 155.00 total complete rip off stay away from this place
Dont let them near your homes! Really sketchy.I waited 4 hrs for a criminal.took hour to set appt.Had to go get own part!
I initially sought there service because I needed a spark plug rethreaded. I set up a appointment and on talking to the mechanic I found out that they don't perform that service which is fine. When I went to cancel the appointment they wouldn't let me unless I paid a 75 dollar fee. I essentially got robbed out of 75$ because of their inadequate appointment policy. Bad faith and I wouldn't recommend them
Don't ever get your car worked on *******@YourMechanic. Tech had me thinking I needed a new motor. Took my car to KIA was told he installed bad spark plugs and placed them wrong. They called and told me they can't reimburse me my money per their terms on conditions what a joke. I paid you for a job and your tech screwed up. Take accountability and give me my money back. Job wasn't done correctly the first time I even provided your guys with a report advising your tech dropped the ball

Called because I had an oil leak. Came out and diagnosed an oil leak. I asked what could he do to fix it, and told me, " We only diagnose. We don't fix the problem." I paid $166 for them to tell me what I already knew.

They charged me a cancelation fee, when the mechanic was unable to do the job and change the cost. I was unable to do a reschedule so they charge me a cancelation fee. Don't use them. They just out to get your money for poor service.
Never use YourMechanic anymore. I was so disappointed with how the customer associate ignored their responsibility and missed the appointment times. The first appointment, the guy did not show up and I called the company, they rescheduled another time. However, the guy did not show up in the next appointment, I have to call them 2 times. In the first call, they told me he will arrive in 4-5 min. However, 30 min past, no one showed up. I called them again, they told me the tech is picking up the parts, and then will come. This is ridiculous. They give me appointment time and it should not count the time of picking up parts. And they told me the tech will call me soon. Guess what, I never received any call.
Mechanic cancelled on me and said he would make sure I was not penalized for it. I was charged $50 for my cancelling that very next day. I emailed the company twice and they never responded. This place is a mess.
I hired Your Mechanic to help me replace (install) a serpentine belt. I already had the belt I just needed help installing it. They said it would be $208, before I paid they offered a "lock in rate" lower if I would go ahead and pay ($188.00) so I did. After the service was provided/completed the mechanic ( who was very good) told me since I already had the belt he would tell the office to reimburse me the $50 for the belt. Later that afternoon I received an email saying they wouldn't reimburse the $50 but they would "hold the money" for future use. That is completely unacceptable, and basically robbery. The mechanic was good but their customer service is awful. Do not use this company.

Price quoted was about the same as local shops and half of what one shop wanted.
The mechanic arrived in time, replaced the timing chain and water pump in just over an hour. He pointed out a leak in valve cover gasket, suggested front breaks sometime soon and quoted a tune up. I was very pleased with the entire process and will request Robert (mechanic) when I do the other items.

I called this service (March 31st). I was quoted a fee of $150 for diagnostics. A couple of days later, a mechanic comes out. He took about twenty minutes to complete his fifty point inspection. According to him, I needed a starter, a battery, and spark plugs. He was about to leave, I asked him, how much? He said go online and left. There were two estimates for the starter, plugs, and battery $700 plus. For $3000 + that included rotating the tires, change the oil, exchange gaskets. This included the starter, battery, and plugs. I opted to get the car started. Someone was scheduled to show the next day. I was told the part wasn't available. I had to wait. Rescheduled, two days later a mechanic installed the parts. My car wouldn't start. I called the office and was told, I had to pay and additional $150. It was explained, if the problem was the newly installed equipment no charge. However, if it was something new, I would be charged. Then, it was the mechanic had personal issues my appointment was pushed back. I refused to accept any further delays, I had my car towed to a repair shop. No thanks, to Your Mechanic. This is another one of those "ULCER" of a business that festers on the community. Where are all of these so called consumer protection agencies?
Called to get help with check engine light.Promised to send Jason on 27th of April 2023 at 11.00am.-11.45am.,A lady called me on 26th to say Jason couldn't finish his work on previous day and he will be late and show up 1pm.Then Jason called to tell he do not know what time he could come.I asked him that I need an exact time.He said I don't know.I am tying to help you.If you cannot wait cancel" Later the woman called from.customer service to tell me Jason cannot come and she cancelled the appointment.They charge up front $134.00.I asked how about my money.She said they wll credit to my card witthin 7-10 days.I am leaving th country on May 3rd.Now I have to leave my broken car just parked outside on the street until I come back after 8 months in next February.Please do not deal with this place.Call a professional shop instead.They are horrible.I sould not iven even one star.There is no rating below one star.
Thieves! They do not charge until after services as the website states, they charge immediately and do NOT REFUND. They will credit so you have to use them again! They couldn't provide the full service we needed only part so we canceled immediately. We called to ask why we were not refunded and the person states they do not refund they credit towards our next service. This website is complete crap please avoid at all costs.
Answer: Don't do it. They have scam written all over them. Was told different prices from different people within days of eachother
