Needed alternator asap. Scheduled an appt, got a discount for prepaying. Mechanic didn't show up. Call center speaks poor English and told me to wait. I called again later and 2nd person also spoke poor English and wanted me to reschedule. I already paid and now I'm still stranded. Something that sounded so convenient is now feeling like a big scam to me.
I signed up and realized I wanted to cancel. To cancel, I had to pay $150.00 and unfortunately, and the cost of service was $195.00. You have to pay to cancel and if you want to reschedule, it costs $25.00.
Had two mechanics that had to "reschedule," twice? This is totally unprofessional! This is unacceptable. After reading additional reviews how are these people still in business.
I had a appointment with a mechanic they said was in my area but then cancelled literally the last minute because he is out of my area. Then why were you chosen. They offer no real apology just urged me to shop with them again. No way with that extremely unprofessional attitude
DON'T use this company. I scheduled an oil change, they came and said they couldn't it and canceled it. I scheduled a second time, no one came to the site and the mechanic canceled without even talking to me and is trying to charge me for cancellation fee. They are totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE

Was to come to our business and look at a truck for us here, it was parked in front of our door at the shop, they texted me going to be an hour late, then later sometime texted me they were here but never got out of there service van to come into our office, nor did they pick up there phone they texted me from, or reply to my texts back that I was also here at that time, now fighting to get a 150 they are charging me for a canceled appointment, I never canceled it, they failed to come into the business or pick up their phone while here for a reply on texts,
Never use them as both field and customer service are a joke, got the run around there also to remove the billing for no show,
They will start with a high quote and when you don't take it. They keep lowering the quote many times to $200 dollars less. Then when you find a price you like and pay for it. It comes back billed as one of the earlier higher quotes and upon cancelling it, they take out a portion. In other words collecting fraudulent money from seekers.
Diagnose my problem for check engine light, told me I need a mass air flow sensor, changed it with a dealer part as suggested, and still have the same issue with check engine light with the same diagnostic code. Told me I would have to pay for another diagnostic. Company is a rip off! I suggest no one ever use this company.
My first apointment was canceled few minutes before schedule. The reschedule was a no call, no show. Unbelivable! This is no business. Don't touch them withba ten foot pole. Extremely unreliable!
First the good; approximately six years ago I booked an appointment, got good service, and paid a fair price.
Fast forward to today and my experience matches most of the negative reviews you will read if you dig in a little. I made an appointment and it was not kept. I was quoted a price for the repairs and then nearly double that was charged to my credit card. What they had done is not report or seek authorization to bill parts for the repair.
I found a way to request a refund and to their credit a full and complete refund was made.
I don't know why/how they are still in business. They quickly and happily make appointments for mechanics and then are unable to get anyone to show up as promised. They charge for parts without authorization or disclosure.
This is a great business idea but I highly recommend you try another company.
Had an 8am appointment. Company did not buy parts in time for appointment and did not let me know until approximately 15 minutes prior to appointment. I asked for a phone call to rectify the situation immediately and they didn't get back to me until three hours later. If they can't buy parts in time for an appointment, I certainly wouldn't trust them to fix my brakes. If there was a "zero star" rating, I would have happily applied that to this experience.
Mechanic made a recommendation to replace struts. Did so, took 2 hrs longer than estimate. Car immediately starts pulling. THEY SENT 4 different technicians before they could diagnose it correctly (that he totally messed up the repair). They did the repair. On the way home, car starts pulling and blows out a tire. Have to get a new set of tires, and they won't cover it with their warranty (or cover the 3 alignments I've had to pay for in this process). A month later, wheel starts clicking, take it in, strut is totally broken. Their repair was bunk. Have to get another strut. Control arm also impacted, need to replace that. They won't cover any of this. $6k later and 3 months later, I'm just glad to not be in this companies orbit. Awful, awful customer service, and totally inept mechanics.
Mechanics availability is not accurately updated on the site, which cause the mechanic to be unavailable. Then when I did reschedule he told me he is double booked. So I proceeded to call customer support since the site wasn't letting me choose a different mechanic since I wouldn't want to work with the one that kept texting me he wasn't available (Brett I'm CLT, NC -27 years of experience). The customer support told me they could book me for tomorrow and then within less than 5 mins they told me there was nothing else available until the weekend. Don't waste your time with this company or these mechanics.
Your mechanic allowed Jean to complete to complete the oil change on my vehicle which caused my vehicle to overheat. Which I had to take it to A professional shop that generally works on vehicle that mentioned the last person who worked on my vehicle caused my car to have A oil leak. These people kept having mangers say they would give me my money back if A inspection sheet was sent it which clearly stated they caused an issue which no accountability was taken from your mechanic. AVOID BY ALL COST & DON'T USE AS THEY WILL CAUSE ISSUES! Reporting to BBB as well.
Mechanic never came, no communication, got rebooked after I complained….mechanic also did not come. What a loser company. Do not book with them!

If i could give zero starts i would! I used this company last year with no problems. This time it was cancelations after cancellations. None of the customer service reps knew what was going on. Did know where the mechanics were. Saying i had a balance due when i paid the full balance. I don't know what happen from last year to this year but i will never go back
They gave me a quote for my car and it was reasonable so I booked the appointment. 2 hours later they called back saying they needed to charge me $200 more than what was quoted and they wouldn't give me my money back then they added an additional $75 to my card I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction to get my money back. This place is 100% a scam they took my money and di nothing.
Mechanic serviced my car. 30 minutes later I drive off and my car engine is destroyed according to Jiffeylube and caliber collision. I will never hire these f'ups ever again.
They messed up my car and they won't honor their warranty. They hang up on you...THeir mechanics are unreliable, and bad workmenship.
Do not use your mechanic period they make appointments and do not show up. And when you call to cancel the service - they charge you for their bad customer service.
Answer: Don't do it. They have scam written all over them. Was told different prices from different people within days of eachother
