Purchased a pair of Tantra sneakers from them. They were sized wrong, their error. When I told them I did not expect to be charged for return shipping, they essentially told me "tough s**t, you'll have to pay it anyway." Buyers beware, I'll never purchase from them again!
I've purchased a Prada bag on this site. It has arrived without dust bag, proper packaging (just thrown into the shipping box, as is), and authenticity card. When I contacted the customer service department with my complaints, and asked for the authenticity card to be sent after me, they told me they can't do anything. So, now I have a bag of questionable identity that I payed $1050 for. I will never return to this site again.

Total lack of flexibility to review their return policy in light of an obviously faulty garment. No access to anybody to actually discuss the issue. Instead you get bombarded with pre-cooked standard messages. Have spent quite a bit of money on YOOX but will never order again.
So here is a company who misshipped a Mother's Day gift. No problem mistakes happen right? You respond to your customer, you make sure that you get the package located and sent to the right address and maybe say we are sorry about all the hustle. But no not YOOX owned by bunch of private equities firms who think that they can have 1 customer service guy Hugo! Answer millions of orders put through in a day. This company is out of control and frankly shouldn't operate in the states if they cannot run like a us company that has something called customer service and yes in the weekends. This is absurd. I love to know how to file a consumer rights report on an issue as such when they simply refuse to answer phones, fix a problem or respond to customer problems.
Spent close to 3k on clothing with Yoox in the past month and they sent out a dress with a ripped strap. Asked for a discount so I could have it professionally repaired. They offered less than $20 on a dress that sells for close to $400.
I'm pretty sure I can find somewhere else to shop online that values their customers more than this.
I have ordered few things from this site and always there will be an issue. A ripped jacket or wrong size. It in the long run few items that was ok To keep. Of course you can return with a fee of shipping. Didnt really got mad until they sold me a used item and wouldnt even help me. Send bunch of email as they ask and the reply is we cant help with your issue. The customer service is really bad and totally not helpful. Never complain for their previous mistakes but here i draw the line. Yes good prices when on sale but its not worth the drouble you get in. BE AWARE of what you can expect coming your way from this site.

DO NOT BUY from Yoox.com if you are expecting 1st rate quality of designer items at a discounted price. Yoox.com is selling damaged and 2nd rate quality merchandise. Don't be fooled that you are getting a bargain for something good. All you will be getting is cheap quality and damaged crap from "store returns of damaged merchandise and shopworn leftovers"! Don't expect any customer service either.
Bought 3 pairs of Balmain Ankle boots, all fake! One pair didnt even have any stamps on a shoes only size! I could get better quality grom local China town market!
My goods failed to arrive over 3 weeks ago and for which no signature was secured. I was told it would require an investigation taking up to 8 days despite UPS calling me quickly, recognising the error and saying they were surprised I hadn't been refunded already. Every email gets variations of an ongoing 'investigation' by a different department. I can only assume they think I will eventually go away and they can keep my money.
I have purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes and 5 garments from this site. First time skeptically so and with reason after purchasing after seeing all their negative reviews. I also have had the need to return most of the shoes for an exchange or refund because of euro size conversion, which even buying in store can be an issue between brands. I followed their return instructions and have done so without any problem on their end. The $6 return fee does make me grumble a bit but I figure if my shipping fee was free that it's still saving me gas and time. While I pretty much assume at the prices that I am not buying from Nordstrom and assuming some greater stipulations of purchase, I promise if I do have a not so great experience with them I will update. Also, don't know about the counterfeit accusations. I have serial numbers on some of the items I have bought and they all are legit. I also have inside knowledge of high end fashion manufacturing in my career to know that even the non-brand-name goods are of superior quality material and construction. I wish everyone else had these same experiences I have had with Yoox. It's sad to see they have reports they didn't.
Yoox customer service lies to their customers. I registered and returned one of the three gowns I bought on time. But Yoox sent back the gown back to me. I called yoox and talked to the customer service representative. He asked me to send the dress back and reassured me that there was no problem to return it. He said that he made a note for the dress to be accepted for the return. - that was a total lie! I didn't even have to wait long enough for their usual regular shipment time. The dress has been sent back to me for the second time!. We, as yoox customers, helped to make yoox a rich company! Do not shop at yoox- it sells mostly wrong sizes, samples and rejects. Returns are very complicated! They don't deserve our money.
The most inept, clueless really, RUDE! Customer service reps of any and every merchant I have contacted... And, I gave them a second and third chance... horrible!
I bought 2 pairs of jeans from YOOX on line in a size that I usually wear. When they arrived both were way too small.
When trying to return them I was told that one of the jeans was a final sale and that they will not honor my return! I never buy items that are on final sale - and this was no exception. Nowhere on their website and in my confirmation email was the final sale mentioned or that I could not receive a refund for returned merchandise.
I feel cheated!

I bought Balmain boots from this company and I believe that they are fake. First of all the box looked damaged with paint coming off. Shoes were just stacked with some paper and the insole off one shoe came off completely before me even trying them in ( after I removed a paper inside the boot). It was ugly glue marks on that insole and a pen mark. I have high doubts that It's authentic Balmain. Don't want to bother returning them but next time I won't believe that they sell authentic items.
I found YOOX about 4 years ago when I was looking for a new pair of Armani jeans for affordable price. I got my pair in about a week and was absolutely satisfied with my first purchase. I have also discovered there a good selection of boots. Now YOOX is my favorite place to buy Italian jeans and cool boots.
I expect to pay a small charge for a refund, when I discover an online purchase isn't suitable or doesn't fit. Usually there is a postage cost. I was very disappointed to discover that I was out of pocket for AUD $69.96 for returning one pair of shoes plus $42.16 for returning the other! That's a lot of money to pay to receive nothing at the end of the transaction! I don't recommend Yoox for this reason and warn you to be careful about exchange rates and bank charges on top of their $15 return fee. Remember it's USD not AUD! I've just done the sums and I'm horrified. Never again.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Yoox.com while visiting family at overseas during my husband's deployment, trusting my order would be filled correctly and never worried about return policy. I just came back to the US and saw that one of the shoes are the incorrect size shoe according to US sizing. Immediately contacted to customer service. They don't accept returns or doesn't even apologize for their mistake. So unhappy and disappointed with my shopping experience. I'll take my business to somewhere else. They don't own their mistakes or accept returns. First and last shopping experience. I should have listened the bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did and shop from this company. Very bad customer service.
I bought a dress and tried it on and looked fine and put it in my closet for Spring. Then when I took it out- being UNWORN with all the tags on- and my husband saw a big ink stain- they refused to even exchange it! This is not a good company. Look elsewhere.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
