I bought 2 pairs of designer shoes and unfortunately returned both pairs. The first pair was returned Bc the shoes had a strong chemical smell and some of the leather appeared to be a shiny plastic. This led me to believe the shoes were a fake. Additional, it had a weird fit.
The 2nd pair were returned Bc the 8.5 fit more like a 6.5. It was way to small and I've bought this designer brand in the past. The weird fit makes me feel like the 2nd pair was a fake. Additionally, the 2nd pair came in a regular non-designer cheap shoe box.
The shoes on yoox are overpriced and the items are fake! If you experience similar situations please post on Facebook and other social media sires to inform others.
I purchased a Lemuria dress from the Lemuria website and then I purchased one from YOOX because it seemed like a great deal. The article of clothing was clearly a fake. The other items I received were defective. Please do not purchase anything from this company. I am sending this overpriced junk back in the morning. If I have any problems with them, then I am going to dispute the purchase through Paypal. Warning do not purchase from this site.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. When received I noticed it was the wrong size. I immediately called customer service and told them what the problem was. They said I had to return the shoes I had and reorder them again. I explained that the shoes were marked 38/7 not 38/8. I asked if I should order a 9. She said no no don't worry. Sure enough after jumping through all those hoops they sent the same size again... 38/7. Don't use this site they are so disconnected from their warehouse they really do not know what they are doing.
I've purchased unlimited number of clothing from yoox, and always go back to purchase perfect flat sandals for summer, which are all of superb quality! I am very happy with this site for their designer selection & every day sales. There was one time whee I had to return leather pumps cause they were defective & had scratches on both. I returned without problems! I love the variety they have unlike American site, it's unique, affordable and the site always has great sales! Thank u!
Couple of weeks ago I ordered two casual shirts. I was totally wrong item and other one has wrong size tag. I returned both shirts same day I received it. One of the shirts I ordered was still available on their web site and I asked them to send me that but they refused to price match stating it has different price code and we can can exchange for the same price. People in customer service does not understand the issues they are running their business totally wrong. I hope there is class X suit against them.
I placed my order with YOOX before reading the online reviews. When I saw the online forum, I was immediately stressed as I had spent quite a lot of money ordering Moschino dresses from YOOX at amazing discounts.
However, rest assured, the tracking system was fantastic and my order arrived in an amazingly short period over the Christmas break. I love, love, love my dresses, and they are exactly as advertised. Amazing designer dresses at a fraction of the cost. I admit I know the brand sizing well and so they all fit me like a glove. Great bargains and I would order again in a heartbeat - or when I can save up some more money!
It's my second order from Yoox where I having problems with boots. First one zip gone after feve months so I didn't contact customer service andubz that could help me to avoid ordering any further items from them. Next one boots ordered from Yoox they split after 5 days of delivery. Customer service helpless with my problem. Send pictures with shoes they can't spoted problem. Never again i will do shopping on they Web side.
I was so nervous after placing my order that I almost tried to cancel it due to the reviews I read afterwards. Order John Varvatos leather jacket. Not one complaint. Everything is PERFECT. Shipping, product, everything!
I was really nervous to order from YOOX after reading all the reviews. I received my first two orders and I want to share my experience. The first order was a pair of women 7 for all mankind jeans with gold sequin and rhinestones on back pockets. Retail would have been $250 and I got them with tax included $69. The website pictures were horrible and I was nervous I wouldn't like the jeans and they were the only pair left. They arrived neatly wrapped in tissue and had all tags attached in were in perfect new condition. Second order came today. I bought two Armani Jeans Sequin front sweaters in burgandy and black. They were size 48 US size women's large. They retailed $240 and I got them for $150 total after tax. All tags were attached and they came boxed neatly in tissue new and perfect condition. I'm waiting on a Burberry Prorsum coat I ordered last Monday to still ship. It was the only one size 46 US women's size 12. It retailed $2000 ish and I got it $659 after tax. I'm praying it fits and comes in the same condition as my other items. So far I am very pleased with YOOX and would order from them again.
I recently purchased two pairs of "Made in Italy" ankle boots from Yoox. I was comfortable purchasing from the company based on the information on their website and Yoox being situated in Italy. The website assured that products were authentic. The product description said the boots were leather and leather lined. I looked up the companies the boots were to have been made by and saw that they sell to upscale stores. I figured I was getting last year's or last season's stock at a good price.
What I received was garbage. Not worth even the discounted sale price. Junk boots made of plastic, they smell like cheap plastic, look horrible, are a weird and ugly fit. AND after I received them I did some digging and found them on a Chinese wholesale site. Shameful. I called customer service and told them they were selling counterfeit goods.
Reading online reviews customer service seems to be lacking. Apparently many people receive a fraction of what they are owed when they return goods with many not being reimbursed at all. I'm not impressed. I would not have bought these boots had I known they contained any plastic or synthetic materials as I'm allergic.
Yoox is selling counterfeit goods and misleading people with their messaging and product descriptions. Shameful!
I received this email that read 'It's Been A While... Let Us Make It Up To You! Extra 10% off Everything including Sale. May be combined with other offers. Use the Yooxcode: MISS YOU10'I tried ordering a pair of shoes which Yoox claimed was their last pair available, upon checking out, the system kept throwing out my code. I got on the phone and called customer service for help. I was told nothing can be done without me sending a copy of the email I received. I forwarded the said email right away to Yoox. After an hour and a half of waiting for a response, I called Yoox again to be told they did not get mail and I should send it again which I did. I asked the representative if she can stay on the line while I forwarded the mail to her and was told she cannot correct the situation since it has to go through their IT department and that takes time. I asked to speak to a supervisor who has more power than she does and was connected with someone who was as lame as she was. Bottom line is no one at Yoox could rectify this simple situation, so for this incident I have no choice but to share this with fellow Yoox shoppers. Beware of their Bogus Offers!
$55USD shoes + $31USDpants ended up costing me $295CAD after returning other items that don't fit. They also charge you DUTIES AND TAXES on SHIPPING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm a man, and in an order of men's clothing, they sent me panties instead of a sweater. To get my credit I have to send the panties back.
And if I want the sweater I have to order it again.
Clearly the people who run this company know very little about customer service nor retailing. And their accounting software and interface to the site itself sucks.
When you return an item yoox should pay back shipping costs as well, yoox is legally obliged to do so. Let's make a class act out of this!
I'm really surprised by the huge amount of negative feedback on here with most complaints being about quality of the garments or refunds. I can categorically state that in the seven years I've been shopping with them, I've never had reason to complain. In fact, for a couple of years I had a bit of an addiction and after looking through the receipts I've kept, was shocked to discover I'd spent over £10K in that period. Luckily the threat of redundancy brought me to my senses but I still look on the site and still buy but less frequently.
If I had a complaint at all, it is that there is TOO much choice, even if you narrow down your search criteria, you can still end up with 76 pages of size L mens' 5 pocet casual trousers.
I agree that some premium brands items can appear to be a bit lower quality than expected but over the last few years I've seen and noticed that premium brand clothing in high street stores, also appear to be better or worse quality than other items at various price points.
I've bought a D&G shirt from YOOX for £160 that didn't feel as good a quality as £30 heavily discounted similar item from another brand, or even the same brand.
The main thing with YOOX is the choice and I know that where I live, that no one will be wearing the same thing as me. I've bought a lot of stuff from YOOX which I've not seen in my nearest big UK city and that's what pleases me with YOOX.
I've had one or two items over the years which are the wrong size and I now know that my shirts can be anything from size M to XL but that's the same in the high street also. I had a pair of premium brand shoes that fell apart after two or three wears but was reimbursed within reasonable time and the parcel comes with a pre printed return slip so it's just a case of popping down to your nearest UPS outlet to drop it off after filling in the online return form which is probably the best way to go. I suspect if the people on here who tried to contact YOOX by phone had instead, just filled in the relevant issue online and sent the item back using the same box it arrived in, they would probably have had a better shopping experience.
My wardrobe is jam packed and 90% of it is from YOOX
I ordered an Emporio Armani blazer which had struck me as totally unique (gray mesh semi-synthetic). The item was exactly as ordered, fits well, and is extremely cool. There is NOTHING in Canadian stores like it. Got it on sale, and the service was very fast and efficient. It is a great piece, and adds a lot to my wardrobe. It becomes whatever color you wear under it, which is way cool. I like to pair it with a dark violet or neutral shirt and faux leather or a knitted tie - looks great and makes me feel like a million bucks.
As a cancer patient, dignity is a very big thing to me, and this item fits the bill 100%. My girlfriend (who is blind), cannot stop running her hands over it. It was a very good experience, but unfortunately (fortunately?) women are drawn to it, mostly for the texture and unique design. I've had several complete strangers (9 women so far) come up and want to feel it; good for a few laughs, although my girlfriend is not so impressed. Not bad though, for an average-looking 57 year-old guy.
I highly recommend YOOX for unique or high end wear. Lots of choice, don't be shy, have a bit of fun. YOOX is a mandatory stop 'n shop for the gentleman looking for a bit of flair in his look.

I read reviews and was hesitant to shop, until I saw the shoes I COULDN'T resist.
Hoping for the best, I did place my order on 09/04/2016 (over the weekend) and after fast feedback in regards of my purchase, I received the box on 09/12/2016.
The shoes were PERFECT as advertised.
Overall, my shopping experience with YOOX was GREAT!
I feel more confident now to come back and buy something else.

I ordered and pair of shoes that I had my eyes on for about a month from this site. And before even receiving my shoes, the price dropped $60, so I asked for a price adjustment and they said No. So I told them just to cancel the order, before it was sent, so they told me to wait to see if they could work something out as far as the price adjustment goes. After a few days after I get the item. They tell me it's still nothing they can do, and now make it more stressful for me, as far as processing a return. I have never heard of a company that wouldn't do a price adjustment on an item, that was bought with then 7 days of an purchase, let alone before they themselves didn't even ship the item yet... Bad business practice for retail.
I've shopped Yoox for years to get my designer goods outside of the January/July sale seasons. Is there customer service great? No. Is the $6.95 restocking fee unreasonable? Probably, and I HATE using it. But, they offer high end pieces for good prices. The trick is to know how the designers you like fit you, and the original price point so you can make a good comparison. Honestly, they don't do the best job at determining their original 1/2 off price. I just purchased a pair of Givenchy jeans at their ~50% for $350, except that those jeans would have started actually at $1.2k. On the reverse end, I saw a Raf Simons t-shirt listed at almost double retail. So, know your stuff. As far as sizing, am I concerned that a 33 might be a little tight (I wear a 34 from them, but only a 33 was available) and I'll have to absorb the $6.95 restocking? Yeah... but it's worth the gamble. And taking the train to Barneys will be almost $6 round trip anyhow... and I can only shop there during sale...
I bought to 2 dsquared shirts from yoox and thats TOTALY FAKE, i have dsquared shirts from original store but it is not the same quality like from yoox.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
