This review is placed here especially for the managers at Yoox. It is about time you did your Internet company some useful service to eliminate all the negative reviews placed on the Internet.
1. Please start by listening to your customers and reply to their emails.
2. Fix the problems on your web site so that customers can connect to Customer Service through the links there (all three I tried produced error messages)
3. Also why not clearly show your email addresses on your web site.

I have two of your email addresses:
I). *******@email.yoox.com (sent to me by you).
Ii). *******@yoox.com (from Pay Pal)

I placed an order on 3rd December 2019 and then read all the negative reviews with some concern. I immediately tried to track the order number on your site without success. I opened a case on Pay Pal to communicate with you and also sent emails to both those addresses shown above. During the next three days your company did not reply to any of the five emails or three message sent via Pay Pal. On the 6th December 2019 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. It arrived today 10th December 2019. This is IN FACT very good service considering it is the Christmas period and the item was shipped from Hong Kong to Australia.

I bought shoes for 200 euro. I was afraid I would never get them because of the $#*! reviews, but Jesus Christ. I got my shoes 3 days after I ordered them and they were in perfect condition, and everything was correct. Don't worry about the other reviews they're full of $#*!.

Before my eyes they raised the prices of what I and in my dream box waiting for the time (4 hour sale) to buy it. It is no longer 45% off but only 10% They do this constantly.
This practice is illegal in the US.

I have placed three orders in total amount of 450 USD and they cancelled my both orders. I called them twice and they just purely lying to me that they couldnt verify my credit card while they already withdraw the money from my account. Terrible people and customer service. I need to figure out now to get my money back in total of 900 USD. Totally scam company.

Fabulous company

It seems there is confusion w YOOX and another company. I have ordered shoes twice from YOOX.com. The first was 6 weeks ago - two pair for a total of $648. With standard shipping the well packaged box arrived within 3 weeks. Both were too large. I retained the box and placed the (free) return UPS shipping label. I dropped it at the local UPS store. One week later I received a full refund through my Paypal account. Last week I ordered two more pair with express shipping. They arrived yesterday and both fit perfectly. YOOX offers discounted prices of a huge variety of shoes... TopShop to highest end. Their phone reps are professional and friendly. This is now my absolute trusted go-to site. I feel really badly for them that apparently some sketchy company has nearly copied their name.

Fabulous clothes

Fabulous clothes be careful watching prices they can change before your eyes they take items out of your cart then in a week they reappear at a different price
The worst thing to me is the clothes coming terribly wrinkled that's a turn off
They did give me a 50 dollar credit to have some of them ironed
Don't understand New beautiful clothing wrinkled badly
I put up with it because of the cut prices
I also think there clothes are the real thing
They have been good with delivery and returns which I don't have many of and I spend thousands
Watch out can be addicting

I used the service in America, ordered a Saint Laurent skirt and Etro pants. I ordered them on September 12th. Only trousers came in the box. All the stones flew towards the carrier - UPS, but the box was intact and there was no reason to put everything on the carrier. So, the "wonderful" customer service still refers to the carrier, although the carrier gave its comments regarding the delivery, but YOOX still has not taken care of returning funds or sending the unsent goods. Now November is coming...
So know: you may not receive an order (not cheap) and it doesn't matter how long and how much you already ordered there. I spent there about 20 thousand dollars and that's such an attitude.

EVERYTIME I PLACE AN ORDER I GET REPLY STATING THAT ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED WITHOUT GIVING YOU ANY REASONS.
YOOX.COM AND A-NET PORTER IS A SCAM COMPANY BASED IN UK AND UNITED STATES.
PLEASE REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP THE ITEM.
I PAID 269.00 EUROS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE AND THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IN DENMARK, EUROPE.

It was fine for several years, and they didn't seem to mind me returning a lot of items - which certainly makes sense, considering that the items I kept are worth several thousands of $, probably close to 10 grand.

However, my last 3 orders were cancelled without any explanation. Attempts to get one, either on the phone or via email, did not result in anything - they say they'll get back to you, but never actually do.

Here's the actual full text of the terse email notifying me that the order was cancelled:

You can occasionally get a really good deal there for something that's not available anywhere else, but be ready for complete lack of responsiveness. As for myself, I'm done with them.

Waited 10 days for delivery.
Received blue Armani jeans - size 34
Obviously didn't have the right item so sent the closest they had (which wasn't that close at all) in the hope I wouldn't notice or would just keep the item anyway. In the process of returning item now. Not gonna hold my breath for a refund within the advertised timescale. Chancers

Stay away from Yoox

I bought a pair of Giuseppe Zannotti heels they were too big I returned them three days after. I received a email from Yoox stating they have received and processed my return
It's been almost a month I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service several times and was told the same thing over and over. They don't know when I will receive my refund I have to wait.
I tried contacting them to find out my number had been blocked. I used my partner phone to contact them after being the phone for over 20mins trying get a answer as to when my refund will be issued I was told that the matter had been escalated but they don't know when I will receive my refund. I have now contacted trading standard. Stay away from Yoox...

Wrong size came

I ordered Valentino boots and sent me wrong size. I returned the item right away and sent so many messages to the customer services however 24 hours reply is bullxxxx. You will hear nothing. How stupid simple works to find the size! Sent me Size 36 instead of the size 38. Someone must need to wear the glasses. Furthermore there is no customer services call number? Unbelievable... I got So upset and already contacted my credit card company. Told them I got cheated and need to get the return whole amount of money back progress. I most probably think there will be no more my size is available also they will only try to refund without handling fee and tax. Stupid company itself made the mistake but I have to run after all those hassles. Gosh I am just good customer, who never returned any items before. Don't disappointing me please yoox... I love Yoox

I felt that I needed to write a comment after having read all the lies that vilify the name of Yoox. I am a happy customer all my orders came smoothly. Regarding some comments about fame products this is bull$#*! as Yoox works directly with the brands. It is listed company on the stock exchange they have no interest in distributing fakes if they did many brands would stop collaborating with Yoox. Finally Yoox is for real fashionistas who understand the brands maybe those who were disappointed had mass market expectations...

My parcel didn't arrive and UPS advised me that it had been lost. I contacted Yoox and was promised that an investigation would take five working days to resolve. I received no communication from them whatsoever. After many phone calls was promised a deadline of Friday 26th July. I contacted them and was advised that now I have to wait until August 5th! Absolutely and utterly disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all. They have the worst customer service ever. Until now I haven't received any email or call from them.

The main thing you should know about it, it`s a lottery, if you brave enough test your luck, and maybe you`ll get what you want.

Robbers

I ordered heels for 120, but they sent me flats.
I am shocked, i wrote them several time they even don't want to answer me. At last when they answered they even didn't say sorry it's our mistake, they only wrote me that i must pay money send back, they can't change. They are standard robbers.
