Better than average...

I really appreciate YOOX and I have received some really great deals. However, there have been many times when I received items that failed to match the description. Sometimes, customer service was more helpful than other times when they failed to waive the return shipping fee. Last year, there was a situation in which I did not receive my order and they took entirely too long to resolve the issue... It was at least 2, maybe 3 months and I had to constantly follow-up with them and UPS. That situation has me reluctant to buy from them again... even when there have been apparel that I really wanted.

I ordered a pair of pants and was sent a completely different pair. Customer service asked that I send a picture. The pants I ordered as viewed on their website were cropped and cuffed. The ones sent to me were 3 inches longer than floorlength! Customer service response to me was "you have to roll them". PS: I own a Similar pair from the exact same manufacturer and they were cuffed when I purchased them. So Yoox expects their customers to go out and have a newly purchased item hemmed on the customers own dime!

I am buying from YOOX since 2009. It started as a great company. However my last experience with customer service left me shocked and appalled. I bought a silk top which was too large for me. I checked website and found that the smaller size was available, moreover, the price went down + there was 25% more off promotion applied in the cart. And I should have bought it and just simply return the first one. Yet, while going through return process I was literally tricked into exchange naively thinking the difference in price will show up. Nope! It didn't. Neither I could reverse the exchange. My communication with customer care was a nightmare. I was asked to provide proof that the top was on reduced price (luckily I had that), then I was indirectly accused in literally lying. Then I was granted credit for half of what I expected, and finally, even this credit never materialized. I don't know what happened with YOOX, but definitely I will never be comfortable with buying there again.

Disapointment

Negatively surprised when I saw the price difference on Yoox when shopping from Latvia(EU country in Baltic states)compared when shopping from Germany. Prices for the same items are much higher for Baltic states customers

I ordered a pair of shoes. I paid a large amount of local taxes and duties because it is shipped to Canada - 35% tax. Other stores charge only 20% tax. I had to pay for shipping $40 USD. Other stores offer free shipping if an order is over $300 USD. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit me - too tight. I had to return the item. YOOX charges $5 USD for return shipping. Then I found out today that YOOX did not refund the local taxes and duties. They only refunded the price of the pair of shoes. It is the customer's responsibilities to deal with Canada Customs to get the taxes and duties refunded. This is so ridiculous because I have never heard that a store charges for taxes and duties but then refuses to refund the tax and duties.
I do NOT recommend buying from this store if you ship to a Canadian address. It's a rip off site to shop from.

Happy Customer

I was skeptical at first after reading all the negative comments. But I went ahead to place an order in January. The item arrived within a week to California via UPS. I have since made three other purchases and all arrived within a week. It is true that we need to do some research to understand the different brand sizes, Italian/France/US clothing sizes etc. You can't beat the price and quality that the store offers.

Very slow delivery

Why charging 29€ for the delivery if it takes ages to receive the order! My order was placed the 04/08 and we are the 10/08 and I still didn't receive it! Change method or deliver the stuff within 48 hours maximum because that's just scam!

I'm still a loyal customer they have great merchandise at great prices I see peoples bad reviews I've been a customer since 2013 and my experience has been awesome everything I order has been authentic and great quality just ordered a few dolce and Gabbana bags and they're awesome, This is a great site for shoppers that like great deals at great prices, never had any major problems with this site I highly recommend it

Awesome website I keep seeing so many bad reviews but try for yourself look at this beauty I just purchased among a lot of others and all my orders have been 100% to my expectations absolutely no problems Judge for yourself, this is like my second or third review for YOOX, how you going to tell me this items that I have purchased at fakes or damage, Nop, this are all authentic and new, so please don't miss out on a great buy just because all the bad reviews you see. Gucci, Burberry and Dolce & gabbana wowwwwww. Happy satisfied customer.

Horrible experience

I tried to return a pair of john Galliano shoes, and I barely wore them, fresh out the box and I sent them pictures. They said they looked worn and I barely wore the show and the lady over the phone had a rude attitude. She said "if they dont fit why did you where them". I rather shop other places that offer better customer service. Please stay away from this site

I was initially worried about ordering from YOOX because of the MANY bad reviews, but I really wanted a pair of shoes that i couldn't find anywhere else. I ordered the Skechers Premium Heritage D'lites 3.0 - Joy Summer. After ordering i called customer service to make sure my order had went thru and they were nice and helpful. When I received an email saying my order had shipped I hit the Track Order button and on the UPS website it said order not found. I called customer service and told them the problem they said it can take up to 24hrs to show up in the system. I checked the next day on UPS and I was able to track my order. I live in the United States in Virginia. I ordered the shoes on Friday, July 17,2020 and received them Wednesday, July 22,2020. I didn't pay for expedited shipping, just regular shipping. I have bought things here in the United States that haven't arrived as quick as that. When my shoes arrived they were in perfect condition. Even the box they put my shoebox in to ship it to me was great. It was like one of those thick type boxes that companies ship to people so they can return their game console, (like Xbox or playstation), to be repaired. I had a great experience with customer service, shipping, and with the product I ordered. I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to people.

This website is a scam. I ordered a green bikini in a size 42(large) and i got sent the green bikini in a size that looks even smaller than an extra small. When I asked for a return and refund, they said it was final sale. The. I asked for a exchange, they just said no.

I have purchased a few pairs of Diesel brand jeans from these guys. They are legit. Prices are incredible. Authentic product. I believe they charge for returns but that's what happens when prices are stupid low, so understandable. Great company. Great product. Great prices.

Great company

I have been shopping with yoox since 2014. They have great return and especially a real exchange policy which other online stores don't have. They have the best deals but some of the pictures amd descriptions of clothing need to improve. Overall no problems with returning two different ordeeeers in the same box for only a 6.95 fee and I have been able to return a final sale product a couple of times which is unheard of in other stores.

Hated doing business with them. Never again. Make sure before you buy something, because if you have to return it they'll keep a considerable amount of money from the total purchase amount. I paid $128.63 for an item and got refunded for just 110.66. That's ridiculous!
It seems like they don't give the... because the site's review rate is just 2 stars and they continue to piss off customers. "Great" customer service.:-(
