First time customer

I researched YOOX before ordering and was hesitant at first. I kept going back to the website "just to look". A pair of Diadora Men's sneakers kept calling my name. I couldn't find the sneakers anywhere else so I decided to give YOOX a shot. At first I had $200 worth of merchandise in the cart and then I decided on just ordering the Diadora's ($63). I figured it was worth a try. I received my package from UPS and it was boxed beautifully. I opened the box and my sneakers were great and they fit perfectly. I will order from YOOX again. My advice is to order one item that's not going to hurt your pocket and try them out.

Purchased a Celine White Classic Shirt (supposedly for Men as listed on YOOX) from them which turned out to be a Ladies Celine White Classic Shirt

Before I made the purchase, I enquired with the Customer Service for its specific product code to avoid any confusion as there are 2 different cuts for this Celine Shirt i. E. "Skinny" or "Classic". The listing on YOOX does not state which of the 2 different cuts this shirt is in.

Their reply was that "it does not indicated on the product details" - which leaves me partially clueless. The reply also added that "In the event that you purchase the item and it does not meet your expectation, you may process return". So it is clear that they are not going to provide me with the product code (which I requested for in the first place to avoid the possible confusion above).

This is very unhelpful. I made the enquiry in the first place because of the listing which lacks of essential details and to avoid the hassle of me arranging for the return should the product turn out to be not what I wanted (and it is all due to YOOX's very sloppy listing in the first place).

To my horror, when i received the product, it was not even a Men's Shirt.

This could have been avoided if (1) the listing was accurate (and had greater details) and (2) the customer service was more helpful.

Now I have to go through all the hassle in returning the product to them all thanks to their sloppy listing and unhelpful customer service. And they will probably take days for their refunds.

Very unpleasant experience.

Prices vary up to 40% within EU countries. Shipment varies from zero to € 25 within the EU. Of course, the software is set up in such a way that it is almost impossible to access the site outside the "home" country. It is not clear to me how such a practice is made possible by the EU regulator. Total scam!

I bought two items from YOOX and returned before Christmas. I have still not received any information about what is happening with my case - I just repeat the process of speaking to the customer service team, they make an excuse based on UPS/YOOX communications post-Brexit, and tell me someone will get in touch/process a refund. This has been going on for almost FOUR MONTHS. I am beyond frustrated, and confused as to how two companies operating at this scale are unable to find a solution.

Huge disappointment

I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them, but I'm afraid I won't be shopping there anymore because of my last experience. I bought two same items, because the price dropped down, and returned first one. But YOOX refunded me for wrong order, second(with lower price). They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile! I wrote to Customer service, their responses were some generic copy-paste answers, and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me, with the correct amount, but days have passed and nothing happened. I wrote them again, but they have ignored several of my e-mails. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Hard to imagine they don't mind losing their loyal customers. After I left review on Trustpilot, customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item. I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem? They didn't respond, but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference). I decided to return both of those same items I bought, but I can't because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves, so when I try to open it, it says I can't return any more item(and I haven't returned any). I wrote to Customer care again, and they asked me for photos of item and code. Although I didn't see point of that, I sent them. After that no response again for days, and ignoring my e-mails. I can't believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.

Yoox has been the online response to my shopaholic urge for years - beautiful items & reasonable prices. Thousand of euros spent but I do not complain coz it made me, at least, stop wasting time in malls. Have nothing but praise for Yoox Europe. Once I moved to Asia- ouch, another story! The 2 stars are for Yoox Asia, not Yoox Europe. To start with: haven't been refunded yet for a dress returned 4 weeks ago. Not a single acknowledgement email, although I can see online the proof of the return at their warehouse.
Second, they arbitrary charge you 26 usd on any shipping, under the pretext of "fast delivery", which is anything but fast.
Third - the local taxes are high where I live, 30 % plus. Yoox never refunds you for that loss on returned items. In addition, they hold 15usd on each return.
I mean, what else has to happen before one gives up on Yoox?
Who knows, I may be grateful to them later for the change in lifestyle and for biding farewell to consumerism ;)

Don't waste your time and money with this company. I NEVER write reviews or complains BUT HONESTLY THEY ARE THE WORST. I ordered a few times from ( third time and final) them and you would think that they would Meet me half way when they didn't send the whole order I payed for. No. They won't send the missing item of the Moschino pajamas set Although it was their mistake.

Don't be fooled by the 'return policy'. Buying a gift for someone from YOOX means they cant change it! Exchanges are offered only for size - so realistically, if they hate the item, they still have to keep it, or tell you they hated it, and have the money returned on your card... Too embarassing for words...

Its like a joke I made 4 orderes with different payment methods, all of them were declined, I sent them email after i placed order second time they confirmed they will ship and everything is ok, then on next day they again cancelled the order. I tried twice more with other payment methods and the same happened. I sent 5emails and always got the same automated email.

At least they can be smart and their customer center can count number of message from one person and have them reviewed

They want to play as exclusive shop but is just... i will never buy again and never recommend this to anyone

Just use fartfetch or anything else

They sell trash!

I ordered a pair of boots and a dress. After trying the boots, one pair literally ripped apart. I have shared the photos. The dress after one wash is not usable. The items are so old that they should be discarded... but they found a way to see trash online. Customer service was irresponsive and useless. Don't waste your money.

The boots I ordered from Yoox are clearly fake. First off, they were listed as the complete wrong size by Yoox - two sizes too small. They retail for $350 and are a well known brand, yet they are covered in blemishes, wrinkles, and the rubber sole has huge bubbles and pock marks. They have strings where tags would be attached, but no tags. I wanted to resell them but would not be comfortable selling something that looks so bad. Customer service was not good either, I will never buy from them again and am telling everyone this is a scam! They even have the nerve to charge me for the return.

Very incompetent customer service staff... they don't even know YOOX offerings - they offer (as an apology! Go figure!) free return while they offer free returns for all of their standard orders! Plus this genius reply came after 4 days delay from their promised delivery date... they didn't even care to reply prior to that. #ShameonYOOX is a logical hashtag to add here

Disaster!

Je suis une cliente chez YOOX depuis un moment déjà et la je peux dire que c'est devenu un désastre!
J'ai commande un sac Jimmy Choo à 400€ qui est arrivé endommagé (plein des rayures! Et j'ai toutes les photos!) et sans la boîte d'origine ni certificat d'authenticité (sauf que toutes les articles de cette marque ont toujours ça!). J'ai appelé service client tout de suite, ils m'ont dit de renvoyer l'article et également au même temps de les envoyer des photos et qu'ils vont me répondre le hour-meme pour voir si le geste commercial sir le prochain achat sera possible. J'ai fais le nécéssaire et au bout de deux jours ou t'es - toujours pas d'émail de leur part! J'ai appelé - j ‘ai passé 15 minute à expliquer la situation, on m'a dit la même chose - envoyez un e-mail avec des photos et on va vous répondre j'le jour même! Trois jours plus tard - aucun nouvelle! Je rappelle ENCORE UNE FOIS - la même chose 15min pour expliquer la situation et on me dit - « Ne vous enquêtez pas on va vous offrir le retour et remboursement même que vous avez dépassé le délai ». VOUS FOUTEZ DE LA GEUILE DE TOUT LE MONDE! Il y a les retour gratuites jusqua 100jours après la livraison et moi j'ai renvoyé l'article deux jours après la livraison! QUELLE GÉNÉROSITÉ! Ou ils sont juste stupides?!? J'ai rappelé ENCORE UNE FOIS (la çà y est j'étais déjà énervée) - encore 15min de perte de temps d'expliquer la situation et le mec m'a promis qu'il enregistre toutes les détails et qu'il envoie un e-mail directement à leur site à Berlin qui vont revenir vers moi dans le délai de 3-5 jours. Il m'a dit qu'ils pourrons faire un bon de -20% ou plus pour le prochain achat comme un geste commercial. Une semaine plus tard - RIEN! Je rappelé ENCORE UNE FOIS - comme d'habitude la perte de temps pour expliquer et la femme me dit que soit disant aucune note a été laissé par son collègue et qu'il n'a pas informé le département supérieur à Berlin! De plus elle m'a dit qu'elle peux exceptionnellement offrir la livraison express pour le prochain achat et que c'est le maximum qu'ils puissent faire! C'EST VRAIMENT UNE FOUTAGE DE GEUILE! J'ai dit d'écouter les appels précédents (car ils sont tous enregistrés) et voir ce que son collègue a promis! Elle m'a dit que c'est une erreur et que ce n'est pas possible. Alors ils pensent qu'il faut pas faire des gestes commerciaux pour les clients réguliers quand c'était leur faute et leur erreur! Ils promettent de revenir vers clients et il ne font pas JAMAIS! Je n'ai toujours pas eu l'émail ni l'appel de leur département supérieur même après mes multiples e-mails. Moi je vais sérieusement préparer le dossier et les attaquer légalement! C'est sont des MENTEURS!

I've ordered from YOOX about 5 times now. I can't say that the experience has ever been "easy."
The worst is this most recent order I placed where THEY FORGOT TO ATTACH DOCUMENTS TO MY PARCEL thereby getting the parcel blocked at Customs refusing to be released.

Their contact numbers, whether toll free or not, ARE NOT WORKING. Their Contact Form on their website SHUTS DOWN AND DOESN'T SEND YOUR MESSAGE. I had to call Net-a-Porter just to find an alternative email address to be in touch with YOOX. I hope they respond as it appears far too many clients are experiencing problems with their orders.

Meanwhile my card has already been charged and I don't see a shadow of my parcel anywhere.

Other awful experiences:
My previous packages never arrive exactly on the day they're supposed to, as advised by the emails I receive. Having an item picked up for return is just as complicated. Once, the UPS man had a breakdown of his truck and couldn't come for the scheduled pick-up. Very odd. These shipping issues only happen with YOOX in my years of online shopping.

I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS RETAILER EVER AGAIN. Also, I may just make a YouTube review of my experiences with this company so I can share a word of caution to other consumers!

I Purchased 3 items and and requested 1 item to be canceled and it was not possible so either I had received all the items and refund one that i dont want or they cancel everything and block the amount. Which is doesnt make sense as it was a few days after obviously the money is already in their account. So i kept getting messages that the items are out for shipping and when i tracked the shipping it was already in Dubai. Funny enough i after a day or so i received and email from Youssef that the amount has been blocked from their end i will receive it back in to the account. Wheni contacted the bank the bank is telling me that the amount is deducted by the merchant YOOX so i should liaise with them for refund i'm so tired of this back and forth already obviously the bank wouldn't lie. YOOX on the other hand after reading all these bad reviews and as a 1st customer i dont trust them. I JUST WANT MY MONEY! I will never purchase from them ever again. I am so frustrated. Can they just resolve this without back and forth emails. I've been requesting for a call from them regarding this as i cant get through telephonically. This is RIDICULOUS!

Another things is they sent me an email saying they happy my issue was resolved who resolved this ISSUE? I CANT LOGIN INTO MY ACCOUNT apparently i don't have an account with them anymore even my email is not registered with their website anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE FROMTHEM! Bring back my money!

Easy and sad story.
My wife decided to buy, for my birthday, a pair of shoes (Pantofolad'oro).
After 5 times that I used them, they got broken and Yoox did not believe it.
We sent back the shoes paying the shipping, they recredit us the cost of the shoes; then we order something else to be delivered in a specific and different address. They did not care about the new address, shipped to the wrong one, and lost track of the box. Long story short, they did not admit the mistake and we lost over 200$.
And I have the feeling they did it on purpose to scam us with their fake customer service.

I never had a bad experience. The things I bought were of good materiaal (shoes, bags clothes). I choose bags and shoes made in Italy of France made from. Good leather and clothes the exact sizes in. Measures from the country (Italië sizes are 2 times bigger f. E.)
I highly recommend Yoox, I love this website
