My delivery comprised 7 parcels. Yodel said it was 6. When i used chat line to find out where missing parcel was was told it was late from central Depot so missed the van leaving local Depot that day. Couldn't track as status was 'delivered'. Several more 'chats', was told it was lost, told to speak to supplier (Sat 23/12!), argued with and told it was delivered perhaps in garden or with neighbour. Eventually parcel 'found', delivery rescheduled for a date I couldnt be at property. Son took day off work to be there. No delivery, parcel too heavy! Completely useless, neither I nor supplier cn speak to a human who knows what's going on at the Depot in Selby!
I am utterly appaled by the service of Yodel. How can a company fake deliveries and classify them as missed delivery when they never showed up. Even when I requested they ring my mobile if they encountered diffuliculty accessing my building. It's just frustrating you have no input in what couriers a supplier might use to dispatch your purchase, but Yodel is the very worst of them all.
No accountability. Put phone down. Do not really listen. Will never use. Avoid. Deliver to wrong address.
Such a $#*! company, it must close. They say they have tried to deliver the parcel not true they just want you to go to depot. AVOID

I ordered a product and did not receive anything.
Then I ordered the same product again, because the first one disappeared and no one knows where.
I took time off from work to stay at home to receive the package.
I followed the tracking and there were about 4 minutes left for the package to reach me.
But it wasn't like that, he kept moving away from me.
At the moment I started to follow the car and see where it was going.
He stopped at a place near the forest, between Burnley and Accrington and moved some packages from the van into the smaller car.
I waited the next day, thinking it would come.
But it wasn't like that, Trachingul was shown to me delivered to my home.
Good people, please don't trust the Yodel company to deliver any packages.
Better deliver with EVRY, DPD, ROIAL MALE or with another company.
Drivers steal packages, be careful with which company you deliver.

My parcel has not been delivered to my address. I tracked my parcel(terrible delivery company). I got a picture of where driver left it,its certainly not my flat. 2 reasons one he delivered it to a ground floor apartment (I'm on a first floor flat). And the apartment he delivered to is a different style of building
Terrible company, terrible service, lost hours of my life trying to sort this out. Will now avoid for the future because they've been so poor. So difficult to contact anyone through their system. And when you do they tell you they've knocked on your door even though you've worked from home all day. See image for proof of my parcel that never arrived.
Honestly every time I get a order confirmation and it say yodel because I know its not going to come in time, its going to get lost, going to be attempted to be delivered but no it just never show yodel is Honestly so questionable it sad not reliable.
The first time the driver didn't even bother to exit the van, and the next day they broke my items. Customer support will treat you like $#*!, and with 0 interest.
Absolutely Useless service. I bought an item from an online shop, and was emailed to say Yodel will deliver. I logged into their app to register and divert the parcel as I won't be home...I diverted it to THEIR OWN local pickup/drop off point. 3 days later still nothing there. When I phone you just chat to a robot and no help at all. And live Chat just told me the driver tried to deliver but cannot gain access to their own local pickup/drop off point that is on Yodels website. They don't phone you or update you to let you know, they not giving me the option to change address either even thought they at fault...its their own drop off point that is not working or the driver simply cannot find it. Blady useless! Now I've paid for an expensive parcel that I havnt received. Don't trust them!
2 days delivery from delivery became 12 days. 4 Attempted Deliveries, then, at last I had confirmation of a delivery so took the whole day off only to be let down.lost £120 in a days wages waiting for this shower of $#*!...now 8:00pm and apparently still out for delivery. Use another company.
They have been delivering the parcel for 6 days now and they cannot deliver it... After 4 days, when the status of the parcel did not change, I wrote to the Yodel staff how long it would take for them to deliver my parcel and I was assured that it would definitely be delivered the next day. The next day I was assured that the parcel had left and the courier was on its way to the recipient and to give them a moment because this shipment was their priority. On the 6th day, it turned out that the parcel was still in the warehouse, the staff who assured me that the parcel was on the courier's lap did not have access to the location of the parcel and they did not know where it was. And priorities are set 48 hours in advance, so the assurance that the parcel is priority is also a lie, and the delay is caused by the courier, trying to pick up the parcel from their own point, arriving after closing hours. I checked it on tracking and it's correct, the courier tried to pick up the parcel at 7 p.m. in a store open until 4 p.m. but it's still a day of loss out of the 6 they need and I don't know if it will take longer because the package is still in their warehouse. I totally advise against using their services because they do it very poorly and lie to avoid the problem.
Don't use this company, they only care about the money, don't care about your parcel.
I am very disappointed and shocked with the service that has been provided by the YODEL. I was expecting a parcel from virgin media, however I had to go out therefore nobody was at home, so the driver instead of taking the parcel back, he left it outside of my house in a heavy rain, I didn't get home till late. When I got home, saw the parcel in front of door, water went inside the parcel as it has been outside for 5hours.The parcel contained the Internet router inside, which has been damaged and not working anymore due to the driver stupidity.

My parcel lives in the middleton depot now as yodel cant deliver or return or update the tracking i eould say its been stolen,that drpot in middleton is full of shop lifters 8th parcrel stolen in the past 5 months,when a parcel gets to middleton depot and fosent leave it been stolen by staff,asvthe tracking is left dormant purposley i would not use these monkeys ever again,GET MY PACKAGE SENT BACK,CORRUPT AND REPORTED TO THE CORRECT AUTHORITYS
Yet again we had no choice in delivery company and got stuck with Yodel. This time it was books sent out by the open University for a course that they have lost. Clamour they have been delivered only not to our house. We have security cameras and a ring doorbell so can prove it they haven't been delivered here. Our neighbours have also checked their security footage and no delivery was made on our small 10 house street. They have investigated and the driver insists he got it to the right address but they themselves confirmed the drivers GPS doesn't place him even close to our home address. Yet still they say the driver is right and the books were delivered to the right place. Have even checked the delivery address with both Yodel and open University and they were no errors. This service is beyond a ridiculous and as a result has actually affected someone's education as they now don't have the required books and the course began today. No help offered and online chat gets cut off by the customers service reps. No response to emails and not answering phones. Just a recorded message to go through online chats. So what do we do now?
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Yodel, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. Regrettably, they delivered my parcel to an incorrect address, resulting in its loss. Shockingly, when I contacted them regarding the issue, they adamantly claimed that they had fulfilled their responsibilities and refused to provide a refund for the lost parcel. Moreover, when I expressed my desire to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor was currently unavailable. I strongly advise against utilizing Yodel's services, as it is evident that they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. During my interaction with their representative, I was astounded to hear that delivering parcels to incorrect addresses is considered normal for them, and they absolve themselves of any responsibility for such occurrences. Engaging with this company will only lead to financial loss and frustration
BOYCOTTING THIS COMPANY. I have banned any deliveries to my address from this company cancelled an order today because I realised these jokers were delivering…. All because they have a thieving courier and when you call them about it they don't want to know and put the phone down on you! Remember yodel Hill Crest View BD13! Stolen not 1 but 2 of my neighbours mobile phones. The first one just disappeared then the second (you'd have though very wouldn't send it with yodel again but they DID!) he came straight to a neighbours house with a tampered package with an empty phone box…. Why didn't you try to delivery the the delivery address on the box instead of going straight to a neighbour? And why did you come bk to take another photo dear? Because the first one you could see the sellotape at the back. So it looked like the neighbour did it …. I wonder. Leave parcels thrown in front garden in bad weather don't even try and conceal the parcel. Taking advantage of my vulnerable neighbours I have advised her last night to report you and your dodgy courier to the police…. And that's what she's done.I'll happily take a lie detector to prove I didn't take my neighbours parcel would your courier do the same? Your not going to hear the last of this Yodel you really aren't …….
This is my second experience of Yodel parcel 'service'. On the first occasion my consignment never arrived, although it was recorded on the Yodel website as delivered. Fortunately, on that occasion, the supplier gave me a full refund without quibble.
This time I knew what to expect. The Yodel tracker works well - hence my award of 2 stars. When the driver was 3 stops away I positioned myself at the lane end in time to see him ignore the street sign and fly past up the wrong road. When he returned at speed I was able to flag him down and take the delivery before he could disappear.
Argos should really give this so called delivery company the BOOT. And if YODEL want to get in touch, please do. Pathetic.
Seriously no exaggeration the worst service ever experienced in my 45 years on planet, delivery date due Friday up to now over a full day of my time wasted both waiting for package not to arrive and also the many many online chats and phone call to Yodels 'advisors' not to mention the expense of a special 30 mile round trip in complete vain, everytime get promised delivery tomorrow and it never comes, ask to speak to a manager best they can do is ask them to call you back which they never do, despite all the problems and complaints the latest reasoning given was no drivers were going in the area, pretty much central Chesterfield... really! Is this even a delivery company? You'd think given all the complaints they'd make damn sure a driver was going out that way but they have no care to customers, my advice would be if ordering anything that states uses Yodel stay well clear and businesses use someone different or you'll open yourself for bad reviews on the basis of the shoddy courier you choose to use. Update it's now Tuesday and best I can hope is it may turn up tomorrow.
Answer: If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
