0 star. WORST CHOICE in my whole life.
Just don't put your money into trash can!

Their sales man called me couple times and I've checked with him whether I can cancel anything or not, he said yes. That's the only reason I did this ads. But they only save the phone call which I said "I agree" with the 1 year contract. So they are still taking money from my account every month, there is NOT EVEN ONE CLIENT From Yellow Pages from last 6 months! I SWEAR!

I signed up for the 6 months program and got no real quality leads and had no return on the investment. When I tried to cancel the service before the end of the contract, they told me it had already been renewed automatically for another 6 months even though I called before the end of the contract. They did not send a renewal confirmation email or any communication. When I insisted on canceling the service, they still charged me for an extra 3 months.
This is a useless and unethical service.
NEVER SIGN UP FOR ANY SERVICE BY YELLOW PAGES. They are only in business for the last 20 years by scamming clients.

I run an independent consulting firm and used Yellow Pages for marketing online in my area. The online portal almost never worked and customer service was unresponsive to complaints. When I called to cancel, which should be a fairly straightforward request, the agent seemed confused and then put me on hold for over 30 minutes. They either hung up or waited until the call dropped and didn't bother to call me back, and then continued to charge me for their services.

This company unable to provide most basic services, most critically the correct
location of my business resulting in real loss of income during holidays.

Disconnect notice given by eMail, verbal request to agent and attempted
Phone calls to 'disconnect request number'. Records of 3 attempts, 20 min.
Wait, no answer.

Called customer service, the man laughed when I explained
That no one answered, and said I didn't wait long enough.
Ultimately refused to accept disconnect requests, saying I was 'one day past deadline'.

This company attempted to withdraw $91 one month after disconnect request, and again
$191 from autowithdrawal setup past disconnect date;
Their own employees withdrew the claim after seeing emails/calls requesting termination;
My bank refunded their illegal withdrawal 2 times.

Today, 7 months later, their 'legal department' called claiming debt over $1000, purported not to
Know the details of the story, wanting me to spend another limitlness futile amount of time
Reconstructing the whole thing. No.
My business now closed 6 months ago.

Arrogant, rude, unprofessional and another corporate outrageousness.
Know another person who signed up, same torture.

Why are there not boundaries and regulations prohibiting this kind of harrassment;
I am over 75 years, my floral business closed due pandemic shortage of staff and product;
Why is this company allowed to harass in this manner -- their rating tells it all.

Make it STOP.

This company is a $#*! show I've called about 10 different number and they all go to the same guy voicemail, I haven't got any response, when I signed up they told me I can make changes anytime that's a lie this is the worst company ever wish I reed these reviews before signing up. These people sound like such good people when your first signing up. There a bunch of crooks do not use them. The government need to look into this company. At this point I'm gonna have to get a lawyer to deal with them. Times have been hard and I haven't even received one call or message from my ad with yp.

Seven years ago I filed bankruptcy. One thing that was included was yellow pages. The back in March the scammed me into agreeing to pay 599$. Now they are saying it's from March of 2022 to get out of the Chapter 7. Such a scam. I just hung up on them. Never got a bill. They are such a scam. Oh and they did nothing that helped my business that is no more.

Demand letter through his lawyer asking Yellow Pages to cancel his verbal contract and reimburse him for payments made.

They are swindler and scammer. They steal your money. I don't recommend them. Never trust them. Never never never.

Will tell you what you want to hear to sign you up. Afterwards it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have call 5 different phone numbers and no one will pick up the phone. Emails do not get replied too. They did not even put my correct phone number in the yellowpage ad. I total waste of money and time. I have changed my CC # and made a file with the BBB. This company needs to be shutdown by the government.

They just care about money which is literally why they are losing almost double the revenue yearly. The head of this company is losing it's mind because of awful management who have no clue what they are talking about, I have never witnessed a company this tragic before literally the titanic of the business world bottom of the ocean is its end. If you want to meet weak individuals riddled with insecurities yellow pages is for you. DO NOT PUT YOUR COMPANY AT RISK LOOK AT THE REPORTS THEY ARE LOSING ALMOST DOUBLE EVERY YEAR because of incompetence. From 1B to 200 it would be wise to short the stock of Yellow pages.

I've been put through to over 35 different people in an attempt to cancel our services and after being on hold countless different times for a combined, at least, 5 hours, I still haven't been able to get connected with the correct person.
This is such a joke and I can't believe this is how they run their business...

PATHETIC! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

I signed a 6 month contract to get advertising done for my business. Its been 5 months and none of their advertising has worked. I have called many times and told them this. They always say they will do something else to get customers to engage. I feel like all the reports they show are fake. So far I haven't had any customers whatsoever from their advertising. I wasted too much money on them where i could have used this money towards something that actually worked. I tried to cancel my contract but they said it wasn't possible. So i waited out 6 months and made sure they dont re new my contract at the end of the term. I have about a month left and still NOTHING has worked! Horrible!

Hire a lawyer along with signing up with their bull$#*! contracts because you are going to need one. ZERO communication with so called account managers. They consistently call even after canceling contracts. You have NO WAY to remove payment info or speak to a manager even though you pay them ridiculous fees. Nobody speaks a word of fluent English. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY from this bull$#*! company.

When I called them for an advertisement service, I was told that they are using voice record to signing the contract with me... I was so busy and not that focused on what they were saying. I just asked that they should send the formal contract to me for review after the call, and after that call, the worst thing happened, they started charging me right away! I called them to provide me the formal contract again and again, and finally I saw the contract, it says only yellowpages could terminate the contract, I have no right to do so! It was so ridiculous! I then called them so many times telling them formally that I have never agreed to start the cooperation with them, I have neither given them any access to my website or any other business account of my company, and they could still keep telling me they are helping me to do the ads on every channels they could, I searched and found there is an ads saying my company is selling the goods I have never sold... that's the professional services they are providing! The funniest thing, the sales guy only could be reached when I write email to him for an appoint, when I call him he had never picked up, and he even told me because I am a small business, I could not get the service of calling him to get my answers right away... I do not deserve his "professional" services!
DO NOT do any business with them, keep away from this scary Yellowpages.ca! Or you would be in trouble! Keep losing money to where you do not know, and no result at all from their so-called services!

We purchased a business and absolved our contract with Yellow Pages, as we as current owners did not want to continue. We paid the amount outstanding and they still continue to bill us $5,000 a month and they do absolutely nothing for us! Do not enter a contract with them or purchase a company that has a contract with them. It's been a nightmare and their customer service is horrific!

This company is not what it used to be, and i don't know how many people run it now, but I can tell for sure that they are not honest people. I signed a contract with them for a year only but they kept charging my credit card. Even though I made them send me an email before I sign saying that it was one year contract only. After illegitimately charging me for a few months I asked them -many times- for a refund, and every time they came up with a reason for not refunding, and now they are saying it will take a few months to get the refund to the card! Obviously, they want me to forget about it. So dishonest. Stay away from these guys.

I and others have written reviews to warn people of serious issues. One a hospital( shouldice) removed. As a person who has a business they allow fake, lies and... Poorly done

Our family business has been with yellow pages for well over 50 years. They have a revolving door of sales reps and absolutely no accountability for their service and products. I did not review my contracts and will spend my advertising collars elsewhere.

Dealt with this company for many years. They contracted my company in on advertising without my consent. After I successfully cancelled my business through the company with pushy sales people trying to re-establish my business and verified it was cancelled, they still tried to come to me saying I owed money. Please do not deal with this company. Or if you do, be prepared to have to deal with problems.

I'm scared to give them my credit card as they may take money from me again as they did prior.

Honestly just save yourself the headache and don't use any service they offer. They will charge you ridiculous fees and not cancel your contract even when you request it officially. They bully small companies in to paying, are subject to lawsuits all over the place. Just don't use the service you will regret it. One of the worst companies you will ever deal with. Again don't use their services
