The location in question was permanently closed but not listed as closed by yellowpages.ca After going there and finding it closed I tried to update with yp.ca so other people won't waste their time like I did, and after trying twice, both attempts were met with the error message "oops, something went wrong". Ya, something did go wrong, you aren't up to date and are un-updated-able. Brutal.
Got my Website and google account setup, no use for whole year feel like throwing my money, after 1 year on contract they denied to give me my domain information but finally got them after a fight, WORST THING THEY DID WAS DELECTING MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT WITH ALMOST 15 REVIEW IN IT. Google cannot find them anymore, What a story, crooks. Dont know what they are doing.
All people from the company are hard to deal with. They tricked me into, when I wanted to cancelled they always have a reason to make me cannot cancel until I scream and paid big money. I hope I checked their reviews before I signed up. And I hope other people will carefully consider what happened with all their customers said. But at the end of all this, what I found is that THEY DO NOT CARE!

Whatever their platforms for reaching customers are claimed to be, they're not working. Long time business customer however it's a money waster.
You barely get any clicks or leads to your page. When you try to cancel they tell you you're in a 12 month contract and that's with waiting on the line for 2 hrs to speak with someone. Over the span of 1 year I've got only a total of 50 clicks to my page…madness! They claim their page generate over 15 thousand customers monthly…bull$#*!
Have been trying to call YellowPage's to go over my account. I have been on hold for 3 days, for a total of 6 hours. Pathetic customer service. I wanted to cut back on some of the ads. But with the experience I have had in the past 3 days trying to get ahold of them, I am just going to cancel the whole thing.
They do not provide any service after you sign up as a customer. If you want to terminate your account it will take you months till you reach a customer service member. I have been a victim of their service and they keep saying Customer Service will call me back. The billing won't stop even though you want it to stop. Very tricky service. Do not recommend.
Anyone else being harassed by yellow pages? This business will not let you cancel you listing, then threatens legal action. We all need to get together and launch a class action suit against these scammers. Anyone else interested?

I took a contract for 1 year, very expensive. Did not get even one client from this! Impossible to get in touch with anyone and when you try to cancel...I have spent more time trying to cancel the contract than they did for the service! Thank god I emailed my cancellation because otherwise they would force me to pay another entire year! And they don't tell you up front that you have to cancel 3 months in advance or you are stuck with another year! Absolutely awful service and a complete waist of time and money! I am a realtor...learn from my mistake please!
Calling Customer Service they pretend they cant hear me when I am talking about high price charges after cancelling. Secondly been with them for a little over a year and Zero Results. Your better off going with an oversea marketing advertising company. I have to call numerous time to get one issue resolved.
My billing is wrong and my ads are wrong. Try contacting these turkeys. Poor customer service... And they keep billing away.
I am 100% pleased with the job done by Troy and Dustin. Troy replied to my message immediately, said they were available and came to my house that day. I am so pleased with their knowledge of plants and their work ethic. They worked beyond what I thought was fair for the price quoted. They are perfectionists and I have already booked them for further garden work. I finally have found a garden team I can rely on.

Was sold a multichannel marketing service. Spent hours writing texts for the google ads with their rep on the phone. Was told it would be online by February 1rst. Can't find the ads. When I finally see one of the Ads, it's all random generic text and leads to the wrong page. Trying to reach customer service has been a nightmare. All their phone lines are "not available" and my rep stopped replying to my emails.
When I finally got to speak to someone, the guy on the phone was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to a manager.
I run a small nonprofit, I needed help with marketing and I feel like I was scammed by Yellow pages and their shady tactics.
Dont even think about advertising in YP, you will have no leads at all, and when you will try to cancel the service, if somebody even answer you, you will realize you are attached to a 12 month contract, then you have two options to waste more money, to pay the rest of the contract in one single payment, or to keep paying monthly. Run away from these people. What a mistake I made!
They lock you into a contract and do not do anything avoid at all cost. Big scam! Avoid at all cost!
Ive been a costumer for over 25 years last year when I spoke to my account manager Keith Ormesher and cancelled the account I was told no problem no charges after August 2022
Yellow keep billing me through Bell
I called Keith and he told me no problem he would take care of it 3 months latter I am still being billed and Keith says he cannot do anything just keep paying if I want to retain my phone number with Bell
I Know they record you when setting up the account as Keith told me so
They have proof that account was cancelled but lie about the whole thing
They are ripping people off do not trust them

Answer: My son in high school was harassed by a telemarketer and said no. He created an IT website in HS for a class. Two months later I got an invoice for $57 month. I told them my son has a Communication Learning Disability, a Medical Disability and is being treated for PTSD. They refused to help. I will go to BBB and ask my lawyer. My son should have hung up but they coerced him and he was too young and naive to know better. Shame on them!
