The worst service when I cancelled my flight ticket I didn't even 1rupee as refund and they have taken all amount in cancellation.
Requested to refund atleast 50-70% amount.
Yatra.com is the worst service.
Please don't book from this site.

Worst customer care no phone customer care to reach even if you have issues with flight they will not respond please do use this site to book your flight

Booked a flight from hyd to ahmedabad via yatra. Flight got cancelled by airline. Yatra customer support not says go through airlines for a refund. Why anyone in the world want to book a ticket through yatra, pay additonal fee and then do all the legwork to get a refund from airlines?. Worst website, do not waste your time and money!

I have booked a bus ticket from Lucknow to Haridwar which I now want to cancel and it is clearly mentioned in my e-ticket cancellation policy that if I cancel my ticket prior to 24 hours of departure of the bus then my whole amount will be refunded. There is no customer care number of them ony one email id their reply was no money will be refunded in case of cancellation. Booking Reference Number - **************. I just want to say how many time you can earn by befooling your customers

Waste yatra bookings and service. I have booked hyd to mumbai 2 tickets on 17.07.2021. I made payment through credit card. I went pickup piont before one hour. But no bus was there. I called sahara travels. O sale bhi yatra se bhi bekar Hai. Bus karab Hai. Cancelled hogaya. No before information from yatra or sahara travels. Kali lootne ke like paida huye saaley. No customer care number for yatra. Mail bahut baar bijaaya no reply. Next day reply our person will contact u soon. Marne ke baad treatment karte saaley. Don't trust online transactions. Go nearest travels take physical payment receipts. Paise gaye kaam nahi hua. Very bad yatra.

Don't book your flight from this website. Yatra.com is a gang of scammers. During the booking there was a message "Refundable" I thought I will get at least 80-90% refund. But when I cancelled my trip I got only Rs. 1400 out of Rs. *******.
My Travel date was 10th March I cancelled 4th March.

I booked a business class via Yatra from HYD - ATL and return. As every one of us are aware the airlines had cancelled there flights for a while due to COVID. After Flight services were recommenced, we checked with American Airlines and were directed to Yatra for any modifications/cancellations. But any Yatra phone number you may try, you get a message saying "INCOMING TO THE NUMBER IS BARRED". Also NO RESPONSE to the mails.

I am pretty shocked that after so many bad reviews they are NOT improving their services

I had done a booking on Yatra, booking ref number - ************** for isuite Hotel wakad, for 2 Nights. When I reached the hotel the Hotel was locked, on inquiring with the neighboring bldg people, I was was informed it has been closed since 1 month.

I called on the number given for the hotel, after multiple calls someone answered and said it is the wrong number. Yatra's Customer support was not functional.so I was stranded on the road without an accommodation.

I dropped Yatra an email asking for Refund, I was told someone from their team will call me. It has been 6 days now, no one from Yatra has bothered to Call Me or reply to the numerous emails I have sent them.

How can you be charged for a Hotel that has been closed for more than a month. Please be careful while booking from Yatra, these guys are FRAUDS and do not care about the customer once they receive the Money. #yatra#Yatra Fraud.

Very bad service, I book my SpiceJet air journey by yatra.com, by mistake my travel date is wrong so I will be tried to change travel date but no any response on mail or customer care. Then I will be cancel my ticket yatra.com but yatra.com didn't refunded the payment to us and no Customer care number is working I mailed them too many times but no reply from yatra.com, I suggest all to Customer avoid yatra.com.
Worst customer support ever. You will never find a direct phone number to talk to them and they will never respond to your queries via email.

Hi We have booked a Flight from Bangalore To Jaipur for 19th April 2020.
Yatra reference no. **************. But due to Covid issues they cancelled the flight and replied I can reschedule my flight without any fare difference. Now when i asked them to reschedule my travel they cancelled the flight and not replying any query asked by me. There is no contact number of these cheaters.
I would request you to never book anything with Yatra.com they will theft your money and run away.

I had booked return tickets to Bangalore from Mumbai and fly date were 11th and 19th May 2020. Due to COVID and lockdown, flights got cancelled. Hence requested yatra.com to refund my entire booking amount, which they denied. Also they do not reply on mails, whenever I tweet them I get reply else there is no reply. Also I tried explaining them several times my reason for asking refund. I am been accompanied by 2 Senior Citizen and my 1 year old kid. No one knows when this problem of COVID will come to end. Even if lockdown ends, I cannot decide when to fly as I do not want to take any sort of risk.
Yatra.com wants me (Customer) to follow up with Airline to release my money. Also inpite of mentioning my concerns on mail correctly, your team talks round the bush. That itself shows very clearly that you guys are sitting just to eat out hard earned money and least bothered about your customer. What an amazing After service you provide, wherein customer only needs to follow up 100's and 1000's of time for their refund with Airline, we need to mail yatra.com again and again to get single reply (at the end as i mentioned they will talk round the bush, there will be no answer to your query).

Why don't government of India shut such companies filled with cheaters and looters.

I have booked the ticket via Yatra... And due to current medical outbreaks I sent a mail to Yatra way before my departure time. They didn't reponded within time and they charge my ticket as No-show... Even airindia was allowing to change the date...

It's a 3rd class customer care service from Yatra and I wasted my money and time both.

I strongly suggest plz don't you or book from Yatra. You can book direct from airline website...
