I ordered a Halloween costume, I paid extra for shipping. I got the costume broken, it was very cheaply made. I talked to the company and got belittled. I will never buy from this company again for the reason they have a bad return policy and bad customer service.
I've made two separate purchase through this site and love it! They shipped both purchases out the same day I ordered them (even though I chose the cheapest/longest shipping option). The clothes were well made and the size chart was actually correct (the size charts on some other sites aren't always the most accurate).
I received my order today and I am very happy with my merchandise. The shipping was fast! I placed my order on the first and received it today, on the fourth. The merchandise is exactly as it was shown on the website and I get 10% off on my next order! I love it! I will definitely order from yandy.com in the future.
I ordered a halloween costume. It arrived quicker than anticipated, but the sizing was WAY off. So, I thought I'd just exchange it for the next size. I had to apply for a return authorization code... ship it back which cost me $10.25, and now I'll have a credit of almost $50. I was worried about the costume being on sale when I reorder it. No, now I'll have to pay for shipping because my order doesn't equal $70. I would have just returned everything, but of course the other items I purchased fall into the category of non-returnables. The website states that they will pay for shipping for an exchange, but it neglects to say that it doesn't include Halloween costumes. This site is bogus, and I'll never order from them again. What a rip-off!
I have desired the Anchors Away costume in a size small for weeks and it finally became available so I went for it! Ordered it shortly after midnight on September 27th annnnnnnnnd I just finished trying it on :) today is Monday September 30th. Fast delivery. No hassle and my costume fits perfectly! Also if the costume suggests that you get a panty with it, do it. I almost didn't and was just gonna wear a thong under the skirt but I came to find out the skirt is see through and private things show when I bend over. So ladies please get boy short panties if your costume has a skirt!
I ordered $200+ worth of lingerie from yandy.com and it all (but one piece) fit perfectly! The shipping was amazingly quick (3 business days) for someone living in Alaska. Usually shipping takes 7-10 business days. The way the items were packaged was horrible though. Everything was crammed into a big plastic envelope and when it arrived, every thing was wrinkled and the bow on one piece was crushed. I am 5 foot and weigh 115 pounds so I was nervous about buying the "one size fits all" but they fit like a glove. Warning to anyone who does not wear a small "one size fits all" is a size small. I have B34 breasts and if they were any bigger, they would not have fit into the piece. I received a free thong with my order. I thought the panties would be cheap from the other reviews I read but they are actually of very good quality and very cute (pink and purple with a bow).
Pretty much my favorite lingerie store of all time ( yes even though it's online). Everything always fits perfectly and is delivered on time.
I ordered off of amazon, and wanted to cancel my order and buy more products on the yandy.com website. They were so helpful and prompt when e-mailing and on the live chat they have on their website. I am so pleased. Now, I just have to wait for my order to come in. Looking to order from here in the future.
I bought a Viking deluxe costume and a few miscellaneous costume accessories from Yandy. True to what some of the other reviewers have said, the costumes do fit small and I was happy to have ordered a medium. I'm 5'6 and my measurements are 33-25-37. I usually wear a size 3/4 on the bottom and 2/3 on top. The medium size was a little big in the top but fit well around the waist and the skirt is perfect. I'm happy with the quality and look of the fake fur and the costume really does look like in the online photos. The only accessory I don't like is a pirate hat that looks very rectangular and has creases in it from being folded in the box. Everything else is great and I would definitely order costumes from this site again.
I saw this website through Facebook advertisement. I was a bit skeptical. But everything was wonderful! It's affordable, fast delivering, adorable clothes, and customer service was great! I love yandy and would recommend it to anyone. Their dresses do fit somewhat tight. I usually wear mediums-larges depending on the clothing. I ordered x-large and when I received the dresses they looked a little big, but fit me great. Like I said before, i love yandy would recommend it to anyone and will definitely continue to shop here! I love it.
I found this site by accident and I am so glad I did. I was worried about the quality of merchandise because the prices were so low. I bought quite a few clearance items. Everything I bought (with the exception of one thing) was very good quality and I love all of it! Much better than Fredericks in my opinion! Super cute stuff!

This site has cute and sexy costumes and lingerie that are very reasonably priced. They have constant added sales and discounts. I got a couple outfits, and I was very happy with them.
I found this website cause I was looking for something in particular and liked what I saw. I was checking out reviews and some were really good and other were really bad. I decided to place a small order so I wouldn't waste money if the items suck.
Customer service is really terrible, I have to agree with everyone else. It's liked they pulled random people off the street to be reps for the day. After the end of the conversation I said "thank you" and they said "no prob' " T_T
Even though customer service sucked their quality and shipping doesn't, which makes up for it. Shipping was extremely fast! The package is very discrete. The quality of the items are great! They looked huge at first, then I tried it on and it's perfect. True to size actually. I would definitely shop from there again. I bought panties if that helps.
Maybe they have hired new reps, but they were wonderful to me. I received my package quickly. Everything fit exactly as described, one item was a bit tight, but I am an in between size (34C, 26,34... but I have a big booty), so I hate going up in size as it will swim on me. The only problem I had were the stockings that came with my one outfit arrived with a runner in them. I emailed customer service to see what could be done to remedy the problem. I received an email in less than an hour that a replacement would be sent out. I received the replacement the next day! This was my first order with Yandy and I will definitely be back! Their costume quality isn't amazing, but if you get them on sale they are definitely worth the cost (Party City is no better and costs way more!).
Their exchange policy made me really frustrated because I couldn't exchange something for a different size. They have a rule where sale items are excluded from returns or exchanges, which makes no sense. And this item wasn't even super cheap, it was close to 30 dollars. I just made my first and last purchase.
I've ordered from this website with no problem multiple times. Just normal, place your order, item arrives on time, etc. This time, a halloween costume I ordered was out of stock. They e-mailed AND called me. I returned the call, explained I could most likely use a smaller size in the costume (as I was on the fence upon the initial ordering anyways) and they not only sent me that costume, but shipped it out overnight. (This was not at my request, it was because, they said, their inventory system was not up to date when I ordered and that was unacceptable, so they insisted on upgrading me somehow.) I'm really impressed. I will definitely make a marked effort to order from them going forward.
Horrible customer service. Among the worse ever. And although it's posted, it shows it was built by someone who has no business background.
14 day return policy is enforced like a cop. So the item takes time to arrive. And so after 10 days of receiving it, it was determined the item was not what I needed. I wanted to return it. Unopened.
I was told the return time has elapsed. And I told them you could charge me a restocking fee and give me store credit. I was denied.
So they would have lost no money. I would have returned as a customer. And they denied that?
Terrible.
So they lost me as a customer. And I am writing this review. And I am telling as many people as possible about my experience.
I am not sure how much I would spend there in the next year. I loved the site, so maybe $300. And because of their return policy, they miss out.
And imagine if only 10 people believe what I do? That's $3000. And if they keep doing this, they are just losing money by the day.
I normally shop in stores, but sometimes I like to stay inside and do the shopping online. I stumbled across Yandy.com, and used it several times. I was later stationed Overseas and decided to order something else for an acquaintance. The order kept saying "declined", but I always have sufficient funding in the checking account. I used the "online chat" option and was greeted by a clearly disgruntled employee. She had told me that since I have an overseas I. P. address, she will not approve my order. I have ordered from them several times before, but I can't stay in one place - I'm military. I tried to ask what is the problem, but she replied with "Sorry, Bye".
They have lost a customer here. I will not utilize their site ever again.
I ordered two lingerie sets and two pairs of stockings from yandy.com. Everything was exactly as pictured, the sizes were as described, and I got a free pair of panties. :) The best part was that the items, which I ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday! I'm in the process of setting up another order with them. I love this site!

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Other feel it should be of much better quality. I would suggest contacting our Live Chat customer service representatives to discuss what you are looking at.
