This company has the rudest customer service representatives! You will pay to return a worthless product. Do not order from them! Please go to Amazon or Zappos because this is a scam and you will be treated badly! The company kept insisting that I was asking to be refunded more than I paid. That was not the case. I asked to be refunded exactly what I paid, which includes the cost of shipping back a poor quality product. Reputable online companies refund the cost of return shipping. The "manager" Shannon interrupted and spoke over me several times. She was incredibly rude and insisted the if I posted a negative review she would have someone go online and argue with me. I'm certain any positive reviews of this company were posted by employees. All the negative reviews speak to the true nature of this scam of a company. If they spent near as much time trying to be good to customers, they would not have to go online and argue. They're just making themselves look worse. Again, order from Amazon or Zappos, not Yandy!
I would just like to say, Yandy is awesome. At first, I was little scared to order off an online website, but after I I received my order, I can definitely say. I am MORE THAN HAPPY. My bikini fit perfectly, delivery was fast, and everything was so neat! I immediately ordered another, THANK YOU YANDY!

Worse company ever! Products are built for small children. My wife is 5-3 and 115 lbs but buying products in a size med would fit my 9 year old daughter. When we tried returning items they gave major attidude and refused. We did get a partial credit but they black listed us and refused to do business again. I wish i could work in a company that treated customers like Sh**. Despite blacklisting would never consider buying here again. Think long and hard before you come to this bottom feeding company!

I placed an order and even though I had not even removed the items from packaging I was not allowed to exchange them for a bigger size. Very disappointed that they were not able to work with me.
They advertise one thing but send u another. I ordered a cute baby blue bikini, and a dark blue bikini that looks nothing like the picture arrived... like what? Also last year I ordered a cheetah costume and once again the colors were much darker thank the picture and I was so disappointed. Also the material is very cheap too, I don't get how they can advertise a complete different item on their website but they a send you somethig completely different! Another item which were suppose to be Rave shorts... well they were basically bikini bottoms! STOP LYING ABOUT YOUR ITEMS FFS!
I purchased a digital gift card as a birthday present for someone thinking it would be a simple way to send a nice gift. What I got in return was a four day battle with the people who run "customer service". The problem arose from their idiotic idea of being "discreet" when leaving a message if they need to verify an order. This came in the form of a message left in my voicemail saying "This is so, and so with THE ORDER please call us at --- -----" I've gotten more convincing calls from telemarketers so I dismissed it as some attempt to gain access to my information. When I finally got in contact with someone via email I was met with nothing but finger pointing, and excuses from some of the snottiest, and rudest "customer service" reps I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. The ongoing email exchange went on for FOUR DAYS before I finally got the e-card delivered. Even after all was said, and done I got one last email from someone who took it upon themselves to try and get one last digital jab at me. It was honestly one of the most pathetic excuses for a business I've come across. Do yourself a favor, and go to one of the many other websites that hawk the same products they do.
I ordered from Canada Ontario. My shipping duty and taxes were $115! That is ridiculous! And their prices are in US dollars! I ended up paying so much more! And shipping taxes and duties were RIDICULOUS! I will def not be recommending this to anyone or coming back to shop. When i bought stuff from spurts.com it only cost $33 which is doable! I am very very disappointed and feel cheated out of hard earned money!
As a first time user, my experience with Yandy.com was nothing but smooth. My boyfriend had been urging me to purchase a corset and so I first turned to this website after reading mostly positive reviews on this and other websites. However, I was concerned about discretion as I live on a college campus and I receive my packages from a public pick-up window. I included this in my order details under the 'comment' option and I promptly received an e-mail assuring me that there would be no issues. I received my package in a speedy TWO DAYS time and am very pleased with my order. The corset is a bit snug but that has nothing to do with the phenomenal time it was delivered in and the reassuring customer service. I also got very lucky with an adorable, turquoise pantie which came free with the order. I will be ordering from them again and encourage others to do so as well!
If you are concerned about discretion and privacy, DO NOT do business with Yandy. They shipped my items in a plastic shipping bag. When I received the package it had a slit in it which allowed any postal employee or anyone else who had access to it to see what I had ordered. Some of the products were cheaply made and were a different size than was marked on them. Some of the products were excellent so I give them 2 stars although I think the privacy issue is almost unforgiveable.
Shipment of 170 dollars had an 80 dollar brokerage fee, they use awful shipping. This is terribly high since i am located in Canada. If you are an international buyer stay away! Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.
Do NOT do business with these people. They have no idea what they are doing. They can NOT be trusted.
There were so many mixed reviews, but I wanted to give it a shot. I made a last minute decision to purchase one of the holiday ensembles; I only paid for regular shipping, but even then, I got it before Christmas. (Then again, I live in Phoenix, the same city as the store is located, so I think I just got lucky.) Everything arrived in good condition. The quality is not the best, but considering how reasonable it is (and being realistic, how often it will get used and stay on at that...) I was quite pleased with what I recieved. I will say the generic "one size fits most" will probably not work for women who wear larger than a size 10. Also, the bra was quite small, which worked well for me since I'm small busted; for larger busts, I imagine there would be a ton of spillage. I would definitely order from Yandy.com and recommend them to friends.
Paid for priority shipping and still recived items late. Terrible quality, cheaply made, sizing is all thrown off. Bra strap broke first time I put it on. No wonder their crap is so cheap. I got a free lace panty w my order, that was pretty awesome but will NEVER order from yandy.com again!
Paid extra for 2-3 priority shipping... Day 3 package isn't here or even close to my town! So glad we get the option to give our money to a company that can't get peoples stuff to them as promised! And it wasn't even going that far phoenix to Washington state... Really scared to find out the quality and see if the stuff is true to size! More in likely won't waste my money on that site again!
Amazing experience, ordered on a friday with express shipping because i waited too long adn needed my order by the next week. I live in canada and the tracking was easy and the livecaht was more then helpful and super wonderful to deal with. My order came in 4 days and couldnt be happier with the product I will alwasy order from tehm, absolutley trust them. Thankyou so much for making my first online purchase the best
Great prices and shipped right away. But when I tried on what I had bought there was a huge hole in the front of it. Kind of upsetting since it was for a special occasion. Probably will stick to the other website I order from. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for better quality.
Terrific customer service! Basically what happened was the post office where I live lost my $70 package from Yandy. They said it was delivered, but I never received it. I called them for 3 days straight trying to find the package and in the end they said they couldn't help me because the tracking number said it was delivered. I called Yandy to explain the situation and they sent me a brand new package with NEXT DAY SHIPPING. I will be shopping here again.
Horrible return policy! I ordered a costume on medium size according to their size and it runs small--- when I called the person was rude and just wanted to give me store credit which I refused due to I don't want to buy anything from them anymore. Stay away from this rip off store. Waist of time!
Purchased the "Exclusive Miss Jessica Gown" when I received the sizing was off and the slit looked horrible way to wide I got size M/L my measurements are bust 36d-24-38 should have fit right according to their sizing chart. Called their customer service which took 10min probably other dissatisfied customers and complaint the costume was falsely advertised on the website and that i wanted my money back, spoke to a rude person that said the person on the website is a model that's 5/8... Blah blah, I then spoke to Shannon "manager" that said well there's pinning and photo shop that happen while on photo shoot to make it look like that, you should have looked at the video. Well never again will I buy from this website! Awful merchandise and awful customer service, stay away!
I ordered Halloween costumes from this website with a guaranteed ship date of one week before Halloween. The order didn't come in on the date that it was supposed to. When I called to ask for a refund for the $45 that I spent to ship these, they told me that they do not guarantee any ship dates. When I explained that this is what was said on the website, I was called a liar by Nichole, the store manager. She refused to refund our money and was VERY rude. I would never order from this site again!

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. Sizing would be the most important factor. I would use our sizing guide http://www.yandy.com/sizing-guide. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Other feel it should be of much better quality. I would suggest contacting our Live Chat customer service representatives to discuss what you are looking at.

Katherine was refunded in full including her shipping charges. She was offered a give card since we could not refund more than she spend. She declined. We have addressed this issue several times. However she reposts the same issue repeatedly. We have apologized. She was again refunded in full.
