It was my first time ordering online for clothing and I was really nervous at first since it was a week before Valentines day and I wanted something nice for my boyfriend. So I ordered two chemises, some stockings, PJ's and a thong along with the free panty. It arrived two days after I ordered which was extremely impressive for me since I paid for standard shipping. Everything was nice quality and I'm in love with my chemise's and PJ's since it is surprisingly comfortable. This coupled with there cheap - fair prices is just amazing and I've already place my second order expecting it to arrive sometime next week. I love this site, would defiantly recommend.
Their bras are dirt cheap and they look nice in the pictures but they're so cheaply made they hurt to wear and they don't fit right and they feel like they'll fall apart after a few wears. Not worth the money at all, buy a good bra from somewhere else even though the low prices on these are tempting.
Very disappointed. Returned two items and they were refused because of a couple of dog hairs. Really, just shake the items and dog hair would be gone. Also the quality of the items are very cheap. Definitely not a site that I would order from again.
Shipping was very fast, I ordered on a Friday and received my items on a Monday. However, I was disappointed when I opened my bra and panties. The bras had hardly any padding for support although they were "maximum cleavage". One of them is sewn that it makes my breasts appear pointy. It was not flattering at all. The other one did fit well although it had very little padding. Both of the panties were the same size, but one fits well and the other one fit two sizes too small. I even checked the size chart. I don't understand why one size large fits but another size large does not. I did buy all of these items on sale, so the price was great but I cannot return anything. I don't think I'll buy from Yandy again because the odd shape of the bra and the varying sizes of the panties. :/
I love Yandy. I have ordered many many items from them over the last two years, lingerie, clothing, tights etc. I even participated in the $13 a month thing they do for a while. I have drawers full of beautiful lingerie and it's all from them. The items are always high quality, reasonably priced and they come in the mail rather fast. I never have any problems with payments or customer service and everything I have ever ordered has fit perfectly. They are amazing.

Im kind of nervous about this site but I love a lot of things on this site... Just waiting for my package to arrive... I'll be reviewing again once I get my package... Hope I get what I wanted from it an if not won't order again but if I love it like the way I see it on the site most definitely ordering again
I have ordered several times from Yandy and I have always been blown away by their quick turnaround. I ordered at 7:00 am this morning and by noon the merchandise was shipped. The prices are great too!
So far I am VERY disappointed with this site. I tried using my debit card but it got declined 5 times even though I have money in my bank account. It then charged a $. 10 fee for each time I did try to use my card. Then I tried to use my credit card and it wouldn't honor it even though it's a VISA card! I tried calling costumer service MULTIPLE times but all I got was a busy tone! Not a happy costumer whatsoever!
I ordered 5 for $20 underwear in small, 2 bras one a 34B and one 'small' and a one size fits all faux leather teddy. I received all of my items and the free panties that come with the order within the middle of the time frame Yandy estimated for shipping. This was my first time ordering online and I was nervous but I can't seem to find lingerie I like in person and if I do find it it's super expensive. Yandy' selection was impressive, I wish I could have got more. I'll definitely order from them again. Yandy' s pricing was cheap - reasonable on every item and their sales are great. I received everything in separate babies within a lined plastic bag. This did much better than a box would have when it was out in the snow. I'm super happy with everything I got, it was in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the website.
The only recommendations I would make for service is showing the Canadian pricing instead of American for users in Canada. The one size fits all item I ordered is a little loose when adjusted to the smallest setting but definitely wearable. I'm 5'8 and 125lbs if that helps anyone. I've also left a note about sizing in tips.
Overall, if you're nervous about ordering off of Yandy; don't be. You're getting exactly what you see and the whole credit card breach was years ago from what I can see and is definitely over now.
I ordered a "body wrap" which is supposed to wrap around your legs. With shipping my purchase cost about $13. What arrived? A single piece of string which is clearly a string from a bikini they had lying around and wanted to remarket. Not even TWO strings for my TWO legs, just one single piece of string. I contacted Yandy.com advising how displeased I was and received a short, curt email from Paige with no plan of resolution for my displeasure which basically summed up as "you lose".
BUYER BEWARE.
DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD! Placed order with new credit card I have not used anywhere else before or since. Month after I received the product I reviewed my cc statement. There were many online charges that only could have been stolen, misused or hacked from Yandy. Beware.
Everything came within a week and was exactly what I ordered
I was very pleased with my first order/experience with yandy. My order came within 4 business days. The product was exactly what I ordered and my husband loved it! Really great to find plus size lingerie that is true to its sizing. Very excited to order more!
Horrible customer service. Return policy is a joke. If you do return it past the 15 days they will give you an in store credit. I returned items via priority over 3 wks ago and they have no record of receiving it. I'm not sure I really believe them! Either way I just lost $200. I've never had this happen and I shop and do returns constantly. Do not no business with them!
I would never order from them again... I unfortunately got called away on business and my package arrived and they only give you 15 days to return an item from PURCHASE... YES PURCHASE... who does that... they took $20.00 off my return and never mentioned it when I was talking to customer service about the return... they did take back but basically put me on the black list for the return... They are dealing with a bride with too much on her plate... I will NEVER order from them again and advise others not to. The 1 star is to good for them.
I had been wanting to buy from their site for over a year and when I finally could, it was the easiest online purchase I had ever experienced. The packaged arrived quickly on Monday, I ordered on a Tuesday, in discrete packaging.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order twice with Yandy, once in October and again during the end of November. My first experience with Yandy was fantastic and I couldn't wait to order again. Well that wasn't the case this time around. I placed my order for a costume because it was on sale and when added to my cart I noticed that I could receive Club Yandy for free. I received it last month as well but cancelled soon afterwards. Well I was charged full price ($13.95) for the advertised free month. After dealing with 3 customer services reps plus a manager, I got absolutely no where and when I mentioned I'd argue it with my bank to have the charge removed, the rep laughed on the phone with me and told me she was "going to say no more and bite her tongue". I found that extremely rude! NEVER ever again will I shop with Yandy!
Ordered dress for my daughter's Ball. When it hadnt arrived within a reasonable time, i contacted them. They told me to wait for 10-17 days. Then after twenty days, and no dress, contacted them again. This time they asked me for my address. I live in New Zealand, but they told me the dress had gone to Nicaragua. When I asked what it was doing in Nicaragua, they said it was the address I had given. I have ordered numerous goods and services online over many years, and never once did they end up in Nicaragua. Devastated daughter, out of pocket Dad, but lesson learnt. Don't deal with these guys, not worth it. Will do my best to make sure other's dont have same bad experience
To sum up my experience in one word: WOW! Today is Thursday, Nov 20,2014. I just placed my order on Monday, Nov. 17,2014 and I got my order today! Much earlier than I expected! Prices are so affordable and the merchandise is pretty high quality! And, let me tell you, it is such a relief to have a place that bigger women can order stuff that actually fits when they label it as "plus-sized"! Bigger women want to feel sexy, too, and with Yandy... I do! I'm sexy and I know it ;) Thanks Yandy!

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Hi Jamie I am sorry to hear you are having trouble checking out. The $. 10 charge is automatically voided. It is done to verify your account. I could not tell you why your bank is declining your credit card 5 times but there would have been an error message provided to you when it was declined. You could always contact customer service for additional assistance. Please keep in mind most major credit cards work, some pre paid Visa and Mastercard cards do not work. Again I would suggest contacting us so we can assist. The most common issue is that your entering a billing address that does not match what your bank has on file. We hope to hear from you.
