I was really worried whether I will be able to change them or not but, I got relieved when the sales guy told me that they will dispatch the new lights immediately. I am a regular customer of Xtralights and always order lights from them. Last month I bought a LED kit from them. As usual I had no problem with it and received it after few days. This time I found that the package was already open and when I checked the kit it has some things missing in it. I didn't hand it in and returned it. After that I called them for a replacement and luckily the guy told me that they have got one last piece left and he will soon send a salesperson to deliver it. He also assured me that this will not happen again. I got my kit alright this time.
Xtralights has the worst customer service I have ever came across. I received a defective headlight from them. It took over a month to get a return label to return it. It took 16 days after they received the defective headlight to say they will ship a new one. I am still waiting to see if they actually ship one, I have been told no less than three times they were shipping one.
I have had an order cancelled for over a month now due to a back order and on numerous calls to check on receiving a refund I receive the same excuse. The customer service agent who claims to be the boss Ruby is the nastiest person I have delt with in customer service period. I haven't received a refund from my cancelled purchased and have to look forward to a phone call with the devil once a week. STAY AWAY from this company by all means.
I ordered a set of LED headlights from Xtralights.com which were never delivered. They said they shipped the product on 3 separate occasions but could never produce a tracking number and refused to issue a refund. This is a fraudulent website so please do NOT purchase anything off Xtralights.com!
Ad said 'plug and play'. I ordered led headlight assembly for Mazda 6. It came in 2 different shipments. NO notice by email that either was shipped. The ad did not say it was a kit that had to be assembled. The electrical connections did not match. The housing had 1 wire and the LED light a had a 2 wire connector,. The LED stuck out of the housing so it could not be enclosed to keep out dust/moisture etc. One of the headlights adjusters was not connected, Seeing that was impossible to work properly or even close to how advertised I sent them back. It took weeks to get credit, after many calls but they charged me a 20% restock fee. ONE was broke and it couldn't work like they indicated so I'm out the money.
NO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
Purchased-99-04 Ford Mustang Dual Halo Projector Headlights - Black (pair) + 55W Super HID Xenon Lights Kit Package, HID bulbs didn't fit socket properly, lights shined trees couldn't see road, no instructions or indication modifications were required, contacted xtralight and got no response, had to figure out problem and modify. Emailed them to tell them they sell a miss matched combination and they never responded. I will never buy from them a 4th time. Will never recommend them... I will buy from American Muscle, they care about their customers.

The lady on the call was very polite and apologized for the trouble. She asked me to wait for 24 hours for the headlights. The next afternoon, even before 24 hours, the headlights were at my door, safely packaged. This is what I like about Xtralights. If there are some issues, they resolve them immediately.
I ordered and installed 3 sets of hid lights (high Low and fog) in July of 2014 for a 2012 f-150 with aftermarket headlights... 1 set h-7's 1 set of h 1's and 1 set of 9140 bulbs all with 35 watt power supplies Since then I have replaced 4 ballasts that have died and now 5 bulbs all since may of last year. I called their service department today and they tell me that the parts are no longer under warranty and that the manufacture of the bulbs suggests a 1 to 2 year life span on the bulbs and to get 2 new bulbs I have to pay $90.00 for 2 generic bulbs that are all over the internet for $20 to $40 per pair max... There is no know reason to spend xrta money for xralights you can just buy 2 to 3 extra sets of the cheap hids and swap them when they fail and still be ahead of the game. By the way all the lights were professionally installed... Save your money spending more doesn't fix the problems...
I have a 2008 build Hummer and needless to say, it is a great machine. I never had a problem with it. But a few weeks back, one of the tail lights stopped working all of a sudden. I thought of ordering the taillights from Xtralights as many of my friends have ordered from this site and spoke highly of Xtralights and its products. So I checked out its site and ordered the product. According to the website and company’s policy, the delivery time was 5 business days which was quite quick. I waited for the taillights but even after 5 days, they were not delivered. I was a bit pissed off with all of this and tried calling their customer care service. Again, they failed me. The number was busy all the time. In the end, I thought of mailing them. After one day, I got a response and got a call from Xtralights. The executive apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that I will get the product in 2 days. Well, true to her words, I got my product next day along with a call from the executive to confirm the delivery.The taillights were perfect but Xtralights should improve their delivery system.
