Its impossible to recv a delivery! My couch was custom made in less time than delivery! Still nothing
They rescheduled 3 times because they just dont show up. You have to schedule a day around their window and they dont come at all. The last moron driver told the company he tried to deliver but nobody was home. We were home the whole time and have cameras to show he never came. You can't actually speak to anyone at the local hub which has also been a huge pain. Unfortunately we dont get to pick who delivers the product purchased from samsung.com. Complete garbage delivery service. The drivers are complete liars.
XPO is truly the worst company in the world. They have no idea where their shipments are at any given time, no way to communicate with their drivers, and no apparent interest in customer support. Their poor employees live in fear of the supervisors, with one call center worker confiding in me that she feared being fired if she transferred me to a supervisor, as I had requested. Not that the supervisors can actually help, mind you. Their go-to strategy when dealing with customers is frequently to put them on hold for five minutes and then hang up, hoping, I guess, that some other hapless customer support representative will have to pick up the call next time. If I have one wish for our future, it is that Costco finds a better logistics company to work with than this absolute dumpster fire of an operation.
I had 6000 $ worth of stuff shipped all the way across country. Not a mark on boxes. And shock sensors were perfect
I ordered a couch two weeks ago (May 9,2022), it was set to be delivered today (May 23,2022). I log into Amazon and come to find out my order was cancelled over night! Concerned, I call Amazon and they tell me the order was cancelled because the package was lost! HOW DO YOU LOSE A COUCH?!? So now I am waiting for a replacement to be delivered on June 4,2022. That'll be 3 weeks total of waiting for my couch to come in.
I was happy when I saw Fedex wasn't delivering the couch, but y'all definitely overtook them as far as uselessness goes!
This company will cancel your delivery without contacting the customer, they will try and convince the customer they are delivering to that they were the ones who canceled the order when I did not. Then they tried to tell me that it was not in the facility when it was their tracking information I could see where it was. They are the worst ever. I'm not sure they know how to read their own tracking information. They also told me I better contact the company I ordered my product from to reorder it. They are terrible to deal with!
We purchased a Samsung electric range directly from Samsung, who arranged to have it delivered and installed by XPO-Logistics. The range arrived to a warehouse in Des Moines, Iowa, about 1 hour drive from our house. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday April 27th in the afternoon. I received a email in the morning that day stating that the item was out for delivery (image attached). Two hours past the end of delivery time window I received a text message that the delivery would be rescheduled, with no other explanation (Image attached). A call to XPO stated that the truck broke down and the item was being returned to the warehouse, where it will be 're-scanned' and once that was done would be rescheduled for delivery. I was promised a call-back in the next 24-48 hours with the new delivery date. Since then almost two weeks has passed, with multiple phone calls to XPO, multiple promises for call back within 24-48 hours and, and multiple assurances that the case would be 'escalated' to the next level. I have not been called back once, or provided with any information about why it takes two weeks to reschedule a delivery. To insure that we would have a functional kitchen, on the morning that the delivery was scheduled we had the old range removed, the gas line removed, and the electrical service upgraded to accommodate the new range. Since the failed delivery we have now been nearly two weeks without a functional kitchen, with no estimate of when the delivery will be rescheduled, and no evidence that XPO-logistics is competent or that they care at all about customer service.
Horrible delivery service stick to the name brands! Poor customer service just reschedule deliveries on their own and don't notify anyone!. I took the day off and they claim they cannot find my 300 pound bed go figure!
Changed delivery on their own 6 times. As I was out of town and had to arraign to have someone there.
I was given 8:30 -12:30 for delivery No one showed up. Then called xpo and got a recording with same delivery time. Tried the chat line and it was down. Finally called costco about the delivery and they transferred me to an xpo rep who said the warehouse would call. Well that never happen. I call xpo back and Finally get a rep who said the truck had problems. So now I have to wait another 7 days until they deliver in my area. I understand problems happen but they need to inform the customer not make them waste a day and do all the calling to find out what's happened to the delivery
Today was the fourth time in over two months that XPO Logistics canceled delivery of a product to my home. Their service and customer support are horrendous. Do not use them as your last mile shipper in the Indianapolis area or maybe anywhere. Going on the fifth time for an attempted delivery. I've been home all day each of the past four attempts and have received a cancellation notice mid way through the day with a reschedule a week or more later. Their customer support only 'escalates' the issue with no resolution. One of the worst delivery companies I've ever dealt with.
We have tried to get in touch with them about a HD purchase and they are TOTALLY unresponsive. Wait till they try to deliver with no code for the security gate. We have told Home Depot to get another delivery company.
What a nightmare to work with these folks! They changed my delivery date FOUR times. Each time I had no say of the delivery date and all cancellations were last minute. Stay away! You've been warned.
I was scheduled for early morning, but pickup times kept changing. I stayed home for almost the entire day when I had places to be and driver never even stopped. I never received a 30 min ETA text before pickup arrival as promised.
When I called customer service, driver said I wasn't home when I clearly was and made no attempt to contact me. I could even see on the tracking, driver just blew right by me and never even got off the freeway.
I tried to reschedule everyday for over a week, but they always had some lame excuse why they couldn't come or stop like I lived in a gated community which I do not. Or they couldn't find my address which is super easy on google maps. Or I wasn't home or I wouldn't answer a text or call that never came. Or they needed to change pickup times many times.
Thankfully Amazon just refunded me for the couch return and I just donated it to someone in the community who came and got it off my porch quickly. Really dishonest and untrustworthy shipping company. So frustrating. I will never ever use them. Just stay away from XPO Shipping.
XPO doesn't deliver on time, on date, undamaged, their drivers will lie to you, customer service will lie to you & will lie to the customer they are delivering for. Why do companies use XPO? Because they provide cheap delivery. If the company you are buying a product from uses XPO for their delivery, then you know they don't care about their customers. Don't purchase from them. A XPO delivery means a 100% nightmare for you!
I am beyond upset with this company and also Samsung for using this company. Order a refrigerator on November 2,2022. I got a confirmation email saying my fridge will be delivered on December 22,2022. This day I get a call from XPO they said "we don't have drivers" they reached for January 7 l. On January 7 they come and the fridge has a dent in the left door. I send it back and asked Samsung to send me another one. Samsung tells me the soonest they can send another fridge is February 4th. This day comes I get a call from XPO saying the truck broke and they don't have a delivery day until March. I was very upset and they ended up giving me February 21, but the lady said I don't even promise this day. February 21 comes and the truck comes with another dented refrigerator and this time is worst. I call Samsung for replacement and they tell me to buy it somewhere else. The fridge is now much more expensive. I haven't had a fridge for 4 months now because of this company. I am very frustrated at this point and shame on Samsung for using them.
I was worried about my delivery and installation after reading these reviews. However, in my case, everything went smoothly. We were contacted the evening before and received our 4 hour window 8:30-12:30). At 9:30, the driver called to say they were 30 minutes away. Louis and his partner expertly deliver and installed my fridge and range. They removed my non-working old microwave. Unfortunately the new microwave was badly dented so they returned it to the warehouse. The fridge and range were installed in a competent and professional manner by Louis and his working partner. I only have good things to say about my xpo experience.
Ordered a refrigerator from Samsung they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it's so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable! They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don't have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage⦠now another one is sitting at xpo hub and I'm told they have no delivery date available! Not acceptable business practice, I'm sorry I ever ordered from a company that uses xpo logistics
Our local XPO branch is a nightmare. They are impossible to get a hold of, when you get someone on the phone they hang up on you or they tell you that they can't help you because it's the "Last Mile" service and give you two random cell phone numbers that go unanswered. We spent hours on the phone with them and the retailer we purchased from (Living Spaces, I do not recommend) trying to figure out where our sectional was and it took nearly a month (December 28th to Jan 26th) to figure out it was lost and that's all we will ever figure out. No follow up, nothing.
I placed an order with Uline 1/12/22 and called Uline to cancel the order and the customer service rep said it already was shipped but I told her I would not be there for delivery or refusal and she said thats ok XPO will make 3 delivery attempts and then return the product to ULINE (XPO tracking # *******). That never happened and the XPO delivery driver took it upon himself to push the pallets off the back of his truck into the snowbanks at the end of the driveway without a signature on a Friday afternoon. On Monday mourning with the products scattered over the front yard and half of it missing and the other half I called Uline to pick it up for a full refund which never happened either. Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know ā¦
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customersā¦).
