Absolute horrific experience dealing with XPO. I've had my delivery and installation cancelled on me at the last min after i was notified it was already out for delivery. I contact them and they tell me i have to wait over a week for them to drop off my refrigerator i purchased directly from Samsung. Complete nightmare I'm dealing with trying to understand why/how my order was out for delivery then booom all of a sudden i have to wait a week for delivery. Total unacceptable PROOF in photos
This company is not customer oriented at all. I would actually give them a negative rating of minus ten.
They do not take responsibility for shipments.
Cheap $#*! company customer service they lying I had my shipment more than two weeks Every time I called them and I ask for my shipment they told me it's out for delivery then I waited all day and I don't receive nothing then I call next day they give me different excuse and again it's out for delivery it has been four times like that And when they answer the phone they are very rude they even hung up the phone in my face
Worst customer service experience so far I have ever experienced. They were asking some of the parts of the refrigerator were missing and If i was okay getting the partial order delivered, when we said ofcourse NO, they marked the order "Customer refused -Not home, However reported to the manufacturer that order has been deliver, which is nothing but cheating!". I made several calls to followup on redeliver all I get everytime is "someone will get back in 48-72 BUSINESS hours". Their resolution team is just a joke. Pathetic service.
I was supposed to get my FRIDGE yesterday, apparently the driver was afraid of the dark and couldn't deliver between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM on 9/8/2022. (Not sure how this driver is going to handle the shorter days in the fall, and especially WINTER.)
I called in and asked where my fridge was, and they said it wasn't at their HUB and they can't predict the delivery. A few hours later the driver felt like returning it and guess what? I'm going to be without a FRIDGE for ANOTHER WEEK at least. Is this a joke? This isn't a toy, or piece of clothing, it's a PLACE WHERE FOOD IS STORED. I called them and talked to someone, said I only ordered this because it was supposed to arrive by 9/8. I can't just wait another week without a fridge. I should be reimbursed for this, they can't be this inhumane. They didn't care to do ANYTHING about this.
Don't deliver any loads to XPO LOGISTICS
If your a trucker delivery a load to ******* CENTRAL SW ALBUQUERQUE NM *******
They lie about unloading your load. Young management have no respect.
Waited 6 hours for unloading and still waiting...
Last Mile Orders XPO is the worst delivery company we've ever worked with. They need to get it together, get organized and hire quality individuals to perform the job duties as expected.
Driver actually went to the wrong city... same address but wrong city. They said the delivery could not be rescheduled until 9 days later. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone at the distribution hub in Austin. Only non-native English-speaking people available for customer service calls. AWFUL customer service.
I scheduled a pickup and they did a straight no show and this is not the first time. I then called and the lady was extremely unprofessional and try to pretend it was my fault the nerve of her. Then when she realized it was they mistake after 10 minutes of dam near arguing she wanted me to start over and redue the order... So I actually cancelled the order and went with somebody else. Now I will never use them again.
I purchased a washer machine from Lowe's with installation and haul away of old unit. Delivery guy from XPO calls me at a quarter to 7am that they were on their way. They show up to deliver washer. The minute the delivery guy walks into my laundry room he says he cannot install the washer and that he will not. He said the lever behind my machine was broken because there was rust on it. He said he didn't have the authority to just shut off water to whole house in main line. I even said what if I shut off the water-he said no he would not install it as they are not allowed to have the main line shut off. I was so taken aback as I had a washer machine delivered a little over a year ago-that ended up breaking and that delivery service had no issues. He was rude and would not come up with any solutions. I was livid at this point in a full on argument with this guy. He goes out to his truck and sits in front seat on the phone with who knows who. I see the other guy start to pack up the new unit to haul away. I go outside ask him what he is doing. He says there is no one to help. I was yelling at this point - livid. I said to him there is nothing wrong with my plumbing - he kept insisting there was and would not install. He then comes back out of truck and sits on my front porch chair laughing it up with the other guy as if this was his home whileI was in my house trying to call someone for a solution! I told him in no kind way to cancel the order and get off my property. What a piece of work. I called up Lowes and said I would never purchase there again as long as this delivery company is the one making the deliveries. I had a plumber come and look at the lever in back and it's fine! Just a small amount of rust. Seriously! Disgusting! I am so shocked still at this moment over what happened this morning.
I ordered a fridge from Samsung. XPO contacted me about delivering it on a Thursday. So we got prepped and dismantled to old fridge (handles doors, drawers, etc.) for easy removal the day before. But then they contacted me and said it would Friday instead. OK - no big deal. Then they contacted me again on Thursday (later in the day) to inform me it would now be Monday. A little frustrated, but OK. They sent a Monday confirmation saying it would be there between 8am and noon with a 30 minute heads-up.
At about 1:00pm, no word from them. So I got on-line to track my product. It said there was an issue with the carrier and it would not be delivered. So I tried to call - only automated service. So I did their live chat. All the person could tell me was exactly what I had already read on the website delivery tracker - THANKS A TON! But, they did give me a number to potentially speak to a live person.
So, after pushing many buttons, I finally got through to someone. Again, all he could tell me was what I already knew from the website - as if we were both looking at the exact same screen (which I'm sure we were). When I requested any info at all on what happened, where my product was or when I could expect it, he had zero answers - NOTHING! And they call themselves a "logistics" company? So now I started getting a little perturbed and I let him know this was totally unacceptable.
After about 10 minutes on hold, he came back and finally had an answer for me - roughly, "Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from the carrier on the condition of your product." Seriously?!?! They either had no idea where it was and had happened, or they were unwilling to let me know. Totally unacceptable! And they still had no idea when I would end up receiving my fridge.
So, I contacted Samsung and requested a refund. They said they could initiate a new order, but it would still have to be delivered by XPO. So I said no thanks, please just give me my money back - which they did. So, now 4 months after originally ordering our fridge, I have to start all over. Thanks a bunch XPO - you're the greatest!
I fully intend to point out all of the sites that rate XPO terribly to my new contact at Samsung.
Our delivery driver from XPO showed up at the residence without any advance notice and called us confriming he is at the addres of the delivery and told will be leaving since no one was at home. We rushed to our home and reach in about 9 minutes and the driver saw us pulling into our driveway and left immediately; he went for about 300 yards and called that he has left. The driver number is *******256; he was very absuive, rude, and racial. Did anyone else have any experience with the driver whose mobile number is *******256?
I am never going to utilize XPO delivery services again; also will not buy an item with any retailer who will be using XPO as their delivery partners.
There is no help from customer service from XPO who do not have any empathy for the customers needs, does not have an attitude to solve the customers' issues, display very unprofessional approach, rude behavior, and is very dysfunctional that has left me distressed, frustrated, disappointed, insulted with racist remarks. I have been trying to for more than 48 hours to find a solution to my delivery items, and still am not aware is what is happening. The customer service simply transfers the call from one department to another, and the same representative is speaking by doing a voice modulation.
Please do not use XPO Logistics as they do not have good business ethics.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. After two weeks of trying to get a damaged sofa picked up for return to Amazon which XPO Logistics delivered on the wrong day and left outside my home, I am ready to scream. My blood pressure is through the roof at this point.
Never heard of this carrier and now I know why. I scheduled a delivery WEEKS ago in advanced knowing I could be home today. They said my bed and dresser would be delivered between 9a-9p, then I got a four hour window of 5p - 9p. Guess what? It's almost 11 PM, and I still don't have anything! Called customer service three times and all they can say is "sorry for the inconvenience but they're still in route." WHERE!? They've got to be lounging in one spot for hours at this point because this is ridiculous. I've wasted an evening moving into my place waiting for them. Absolutely horrible. IKEA can definitely pick someone better to handle their deliveries.
The overall impression is that the company provides untrustworthy information of the delivery status. The do not properly communicate to Peloton that the unit was not delivery therefore Peloton started the warranty of the unit without receiving the unit. The customer service team did not take accountability of the situation and try to provide falsely information to me.
I paid for an LG washer to be delivered and installed and haul away of the old washer. The service was far from ok, bordering on negligent. I've had an LG washer delivered and installed 9 years ago and it was great! The washer was installed, tested and ready to go. So, this time I expected the same. Well, XPO Logistics was the company that did the delivery and so called installation this time.
What a let down. The first time I used the washer, no water came out. No biggie, I turned the water on. Next, the washer sounded terrible, like metal on metal when washing. Then the washer started vibrating so hard I thought it would explode, I had to stop it. I thought perhaps the washer wasn't level, so after spending an hour getting it level, the violent vibrating persisted. After reading through the manual, I realized the shipping bolts were never removed! So, I removed the bolts and it seems to work much better now. The manual states that this can cause serious and permanent damage. We even had the old washer set out on the driveway for them, so all they had to do was install the washer. Clearly, they didn't even turn it on or test run it. I assumed this would be protocol to ensure proper functioning after installation. I am 5'1-female and I had to wrestle this washing machine out of its spot to level it and remove the shipping bolts and turn on the water. I may have well just installed the thing myself in the first place. In addition, there were dirty hands prints all over the washer and on the walls. Generally, I am easy going and would never mention that part. But with everything else it's appropriate, besides the fact that delivery was 2 days late.
I answered the "was your service satisfactory"message from XPO. I explained the situation and got back a message stating someone would get in touch shortly. That was several days ago. I also filed a complaint with LG. I have heard absolutely nothing from either company.
I had a second delivery from XPO Logistics this afternoon. Each time I received a call from the dispatcher confirming the delivery schedule. Even more importantly, in each case, the driver helped me get the items up my extensive driveway with his pallet jack after realizing my driveway was not navigable for the rig and the items exceeded 200 pounds, and I would not be able to get the items to the garage with a normal hand truck. XPO's customer service was impeccable, and I am grateful for their assistance. I will definitely use them again.
XPO failed to deliver a package for the third time. Customer service and the management could care less. They want you off the phone asap and will do anything to get you off including lying. Worst service company ever. Can't believe Amazon tarnishes their name by relying on this company.
This is the second order we have placed that was supposed to be delivered by XPO. The orders were from two different companies that use this delivery service. The first order was a kitchen stove and it took over two months of delivery attempts including several no shows without any communication from them to finally get it delivered. I had to be the one to keep calling and rescheduling. Not once did they reach out to me. The first time they showed up on the day they said they would, but then realized they didn't have the item on the truck. It was another two months before we finally received the stove. The second order was cabinets from another supplier. The delivery day was Thursday. They called Wednesday night and changed it to Friday. No problem because they gave us some warning. We had a delivery window of 10 am to 2 pm on Friday. They didn't show so around 5 pm I called customer service. I was told that the drivers were running behind and the delivery would arrive between 5:30 and 6:30. Shortly before 8:00 they hadn't arrived so I called again. I was told that it was still out for delivery and that it would arrive before the end of the day. I questioned wether they would deliver that late and I was told that nothing is guaranteed but that it was still listed as "out for delivery." No one showed up or called. Now it is Saturday morning and I have called customer service again. I was told that someone from the delivery team will be reaching out to me. We will see.
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
