Xfinity admits to Scams to Customers. Refuses to accept Payments from Customers on the phone. Then they Cut off Elderly and Disabled people Service who can't travel to a Store to pay the Bill. Is Xfinity allowing Employees or someone else Information about account Numbers and taking Payment and Not applying This Payment to Customers Accounts.? Corporate Fraud? Identity Theft? Time to ask the Federal Government to see and Investigate If Xfinity Is guilty of Violating The Rico Act.

This guy's from where I live they offer me a promo if we change that account to my name we get a good discount we accept OK later on they was charging two accounts two payments and I call to costumer service OK they say somebody else was charging that money on the same name [xfinity] I go to my bank and they stop paying to xfinity fake...later on they cancel my service because they don't receive that payment and they send me to collection and I own to xfinity 1100 really bad experience

Lost a loyal customer

Despite being a loyal customer of Xfinity for close to 20 years, when we moved out of state and were forced to cancel our Comcast/Xfinity the customer service was severely lacking. We cancelled our internet on July 19th and paid our final bill, or what we thought was our final bill. We paid in person and turned in all of our equipment to Comcast/Xfinity to make sure it was all taken care before we moved out of state. The first week of October we received notices that our account was going to collections. We were confused as we had paid our account in full, however, Xfinity told us that we still owed $150 for the remainder of July, a month where we had no television or internet service and no equipment to use it even if we did have service. I will never be an Xfinity/Comcast customer again. I'm tired of rates being raised, horrible customer service and no sense of loyalty even though we were loyal to them for years and years. Your loss, Xfinity!

Nothing but a bunch of thieves, disrespectful, doesn't care about customers unless they can screw them over. Have nothing to say about them or the people that work there. Rather go without then give them another penny since they stole from me. Once a thief always a thief and they will never get any better. They will reopen your account for anyone and continue to screw you with no ky. Thanks a$$holes

Horrible experience with Xfinity.

The least that interests this company are its customers. Not recommended. Since September we have been waiting to receive a phone for an offer in force at that time, we pay taxes and they are currently deducting what was agreed to from my husband, however we have not received the equipment. Today we received the news that the phone was lost in transit through FedEx and the company is still making us wait and does not give us guarantees that we will be able to obtain our equipment, even though we are paying for it and waiting for the terms they have been required of us. We have spoken with the store manager, who does not give us an immediate solution, when they did immediately charge us taxes and deduct our monthly payment. We also requested that we be assisted by the company's Order Department and their representative did not want to assist us, an attitude that we consider rude and unethical, when you depend on your clients and their well-being and compliance. It is truly impressive that situations like this occur in this country. Special mention for the representatives who have assisted us online, who have been extremely respectful and kind. In short, you don't lose a single dollar, let the naive clients who trust you with their money and time and your terrible management lose and suffer, a single word can describe them...

Never can get anyone on the phone- they make you do everything in the app such as canceling an account and still get billed months later. Piss poor company- would rather go back to stone ages than use their services again

I started service at my new house, used about 3 weeks, they disconnected me, so I went to the store to find out why, and long story short, they said they had to shut me off, cause the owner of my previous address left an unpaid bill.so either I paid his bill or I don't get service! They put a block on my address for service. So screw them! I got better and cheaper service from their competition..

Fast start, slow finish

We set up our Xfinity internet service one year ago and were initially pleased with the speed being delivered. Speeds consistently matched the plan. Over time, speeds declined and one year later it is not uncommon for us to have speeds of less than 5 Megs. Unfortunately there is no customer service available to address this problem. We have done everything possible to address the issue on our side but Xfinity is not reachable to address what might be happening on their side. We were once happy customers but now are very dissapointed,

Garbage service

Xfinity in SW Florida is complete garbage. The speeds we were supposed to get were always way under what we actually got. We were out of Internet for multiple weeks and never got compensated for that time. I had to pay a fee to get my service cancelled by an outside company which took about 50 minutes and $100. Then got an additional bill for $45 from Xfinity. Since I had auto pay they jacked my monthly bill up about $50 and I didn't notice. When I went to cancel the offered me a third of what I was paying after I already got another internet provider. Xfinity like to rip people off and I do not recommend their service to anyone. Take your false advertising and stick it up your rear!

We moved 2 months ago and were told that our xfinity internet would transfer. They sent out a tech, only for him to tell us we needed to bury a new line and it would take 2 weeks. I work from home but I upgraded my hotspot account to make it. Two weeks passed and nothing. Several phone calls and online chats later, they sent another tech who said he had no clue why the line hadn't been buried but he'd start the process over. We received a bill for $180 when we hadn't had service at all. Finally after 2.5 months I was able to talk to a person on the phone who canceled all orders and hopefully credited our account. I've never experienced such horrible service and a complete lack of communication.

Talked to agent on 9/14/2023 and she told me that a $90 charge would be canceled and I had a $0 balance. Xfinity turns around and bills me again for the $90. Called again and talked to Rudolph on 10/16/2023 and he tell me that they have no record of the call and I will have to pay the $90. Don't use Xfinity! And it take about hour just to get agent on the phone.

Xfinity is a Scam

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Xfinity is a scam! Never use them. Go to Verizon. I have canceled xfinity mobile in July and am still getting billed in October. They have not refunded any of my payments or the phone I sent back, even though I have documentation stating it was received at their facility in July. I have called and wasted hours of my life on the phone with customer service and every time they have told me they will cancel the account and provide a refund. Yet I'm still getting billed and no refund has been given for the last 3 months of services that we're fraudulently billed! They are a company with fraudulent billing practices. I have talked to at least 4 other people who have recently had the same issue. Do not give them your business unless you want to be scammed.

Buggest scam company ever every bill was iver charged by 30-50$ and i would have to call every bill cycle. I canceled them because they were robbing me every bill. When i cancled they said they were sending a tech to pick it up guess what they never came so they could charge me 100$ i would recommend you steer far from this company everyone i know got overcharged also every bill cycle bill was 50.70 look at phitos

I am disabled and received a defective phone. I was told by Kent at Xfinity Essentials that a one year warranty was sufficient. Comcast played around with me for months. This phone is essential for my life. They already have stolen from me in the past so I tried to be careful, but they are very good liars, scam artists and when all else fails- they blame their customers. They would prefer a death to correcting a defective phone they sent someone on strict disability budget and tell me after a period of March to Sept. To buy another phone. You, the customer signs up for service and Comcast thinks you owe them all of your time while they lie to you. They need to be put out of business.

I have a defective phone. Comcast will not replace this phone even though the complaints department determined that it needs replacement. I have a one year warranty. I don't need insurance on top because there was no theft, damage, etc.
Comcast cannot tell the same story twice to save their life.
The sad part is I am quite disabled and NEED a good quality working phone.
Therefore, Xfinity Comcast has stolen my money and put my health/ life in harm's way. Why? I guess because deceit is their only game they know.
Steer clear and I may be bringing on quite the lawsuit.
They are downright dangerous.

10 minutes of same automated questions trying to force me into the automated system, then barely-English speaking customer support from. The live person, answers my question with questions, gave out wrong information, actually had a customer service rep "singing" in my ear as I was trying to locate information on my mobile app that would clarify what she could not even find on my account in front of her.

Pitiful. Just pitiful! And YEARS and YEARS of 1-star out of 5-star reviews! How do you remain in business and continue as the monopoly that you are?! No small business could ever get away with this.

Yet you think it is perfectly justifiable to raise my internet charges over 20% this month. Well, go to Hell! Internet service? Ya not happening Xfinity! TV channels are horrid! You cost an arm and leg for anyone and your internet has been down 5 times in two weeks! No it is NOT high speed it is turtle slow. Time for this mega monopoly to go far away!
