Got our new kitchen from the Eastbourne branch. And had the best experience, only went to look and ended up getting a whole new kitchen. The staff were really helpful in the store as well as the after care team on the phone. Couldn't fault them. We're so happy with the end result...thanks wren

Very good fitter and a good quality kitchen that has been fitted to a high standard. I would have given 5 stars, but after 3 months the fridge freezer has stopped working and I've been so far without a working one for 3 weeks! Apart from that I've been very happy.

Sale and planning was great. However my issue is with the quality of the product itself.
Granted it's the entry level but I should not have to see rust spots and a warped worktop after only 3 weeks of use. Sadly the Wren Kitchen warranty doesn't cover sink or worktops so I guess I have to wait to afford a replacement from another supplier

Wren from start to finish are an amazing company. The service is 5 star from design to purchase to fitting and completion they were excellent. Any problems were sorted straight away. 100% I would recommend them.

It was a great experience starting from our first consultation way back last January 2022 to the final meeting and kitchen complete in December 2022 just in time for Xmas. Wren listened to our ideas and what we wanted and managed to design our ideal kitchen suited to our lifestyle despite having a very peculiar layout with several nooks and crannies to deal with. Their customer service is top notch keeping us well informed by frequent emails and text messages. Their after sales service was also excellent quickly delivering a couple of extra items when requested.

From meeting the planner it was a new kitchen from go he took us through every product we wanted and how they were made different to others kitchen providers he was exceptional his knowledge of all products we bought were spot on and true and my new kitchen is amazing thank you *******@newport

Went to wren expecting a hard sales pitch but was pleasantly surprised. I'm a hands on person but the advice given was way better than I would of gone with. We have had our kitchen fitted now for five months and it's changed our living habits. We now use the kitchen as our home hub. It's not a lavish kitchen but the quality is fantastic for the budget we had. At no time did we feel pushed to spend more at the design appointment and I think we would have had the exact experience if we bought a £5000 kitchen or a£50.000 one.

The whole experience from start to finish was well planned and professional.
My only one issue was the main driver, he was a little grumpy and not as careful with the boxes as I would have liked.
The after servic was also excellent.

I always find the staff more than willing to help when needed. On an occasions with a damaged or missing item a replacement was sent out without issue. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of doing any kitchen renovations in their home. As I feel they will receive a friendly and helpful service at a reasonably priced cost

Was misold got told kitchen will be completed within 5-10 days but it ended up taking 42 days too fit kitchen, was left days on end without any water or electricity, Had endless problems with extractor fan missing, wrong colour of panels... had ro wait fir items to be redelivered. Sent me wrong microwave, The wren approved kitchen fitter was awful messed around with my water pipe, which i had to spend extra £1600 to repair. Extra damage to my floor and ceilings which was not repaired just covered up with panelling. Wren approved fitter was rude and ignorant fitted me on in mainly weekends the worst i went 10days without anyone turning up, the design team do not check on you once sale has gone through not once. Stay away salesmen will say anything for sale go to howdens instead my brother had lovely kitchen fitted from them
