From the minute we walked in to the show room we were well looked after. Max took his time explaining things to us and was very patient even tho we kept on changing our minds with many things. The delivery team was equally good. They were helpful attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Very happy with wren all and all
Honestly save yourself the bother buy elsewhere. You get a different agent and story every time you communicate and they take so long to respond it just drags on. I will probably end up doing a section 75 charge back as dealing with Wren is just too stressful.
If you are considering buying a Wren kitchen select the 1 and 2 star reviews and read. If your purchase, delivery and fitting go well you still have a poor quality product which will delaminate within 3 - 5 years. All the 4 and 5 star reviews are for newly fitted kitchens - their reviews will change when the finish of their doors starts to peel away in a few years.

Initially very pleased with my shaker kitchen. However 5 years on it is delaminating, the inner edges of all cupboards has blown. Wren have admitted the range was faulty and discontinued. They started off helpful, requesting 3 quotes for the cost of swapping the frontals in order to contribute but after 2 months of emails back and forth they will only contribute £400 towards the costs - which are coming in at over £700 and they are now saying the replacement doors are thinner than the originals. Therefore they will be set back in the trims and look ridiculous, my current kitchen is flush and neat looking. I have paid once for my kitchen to be fitted and I should not have to pay again due to their poor quality products. And any replacement should be the same size as the current frontals. Their warranty is useless as is their customer service. Buy elsewhere.

After my original review and a letter outlining Wrens obligations under the Consumer Right Act 2015 Wren called and were helpful. Apparently I had been misinformed and they could make replacement frontals the same size as my original doors and they would cover the fitting cost. However when the replacements arrived they were of poor quality and / or damaged. The laminate was cracked on every corner of the 2 doors I unpacked and there were dents, black marks and weird dimple effects in the laminate. Wren would like me to open, photograph and itemise the faults. I do not work for Wren and they are responsible for quality control checks on their products not me. They have been invited round to inspect the frontals for themselves. They are now also denying that the original kitchen was faulty despite admitting previously that it was and has been discontinued.

Please do not put your family through this horrible experience, just about managed to get them to change my damaged worktop, waited a week for delivery only to be sent the wrong worktop. Called customer services and their response was unacceptable, didn't even try to help, I received 3 different accounts. Only good thing about them is the sales process when their taking your money. I am definitely making a complaint to the furniture ombudsman
Since Wren have replied to my view I gave had even more issues. They are delivering to me tomorrow but the customer services manager could not be bothered to ring the delivery team and add on a additional tek wall strip. Absolutely no empathy or regard towards the customer. This is the most hassle service I have ever received. I would recommend everyone to stay well away from Wren, please do not put your families through this stress.
I have asked for call recordings however i have to wait for a month for these. I am consulting a solicitor regarding this terrible ordeal with Wren. Words cannot describe how this has effected my family and the stress it has caused.
The after care service is by far the worst I have ever encountered.
Very good experience the fitter was excellent nothing was too much trouble and the quality of units and finish really good.

Wren's kitchen design service was fantastic, especially the virtual reality headset allowing you to look at the life sized kitchen design. The delivery went ahead with no issues & I'm happy with my new kitchen

Fantastic experience with sae at the fort Kinaird branch. Sae was fantastic and helpful from the moment we entered the shop, walked us around the entire shop, listens to our experience and ideas. Sae was always very helpful from the 3 appointments we had each time with her. Sae was also very accommodating to our schedule and made the experience very enjoyable and very relaxing. Sae is a fantastic credit to the team at fort Kinaird.

Wren is a nightmare.
So far 2 incompetent installers
3 months ago they started the job, still not complete, still waiting for kitchen to be finished.

Not enough information on some details. The videos were difficult to get on internet. The packing and product was excellent. There was always help available. There was no real installation instruction. Had to wing it but on the whole it's beautiful. We are still not finished. If I had to do it again it would be much easier having gone through it before. The cabinet installation is like doing a puzzle. It was a fun project to do together with my husband. A real accomplishment for me. I feel great and am and will always sing Wren kitchens praises

From the moment we met Neil he made the journey through designing the kitchen and organising the delivery etc simple and made us feel at ease. He spent a lengthy time ensuring we were happy with the design and made alterations along the way without any complaint or irritation. The kitchen arrived in good condition and we only returned 2 panels with minor faults - this process was straightforward. We were without worktops over Christmas but the Quartz team ensured we had temporary sink and worktops and were very thoughtful in ensuring we would be ok. We are delighted with our beautiful high quality kitchen:-)

Felt at ease throughout the process of arriving in store, pricing and delivery of the kitchen. Pricewise they were cheaper than the competition (which I was very surprised with) whilst producing what I believe is a better quality product
We had a couple of hiccups but they were quickly resolved by the depot and also the central customer services (missing items and damages), replacements sent out without hesitation and quickly.
One thing I would note is that any extra over items cannot be returned (as I was lead to believe) so be careful that any items are not over ordered
Overall a good service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them

We have been really happy with our experience with Wren. Our designer was very helpful and had good ideas. The order was processed efficiently and delivered on time. There were a couple of minor delays but Wren responded quickly and were easy to deal with. We had been a bit worried at some of the reviews online but we were delighted with the kitchen and the service we received.

There delivery was right on time and if any replacement parts were needed they would be sent in two days so they arrived while my fitters and they liked working with wren kitchen units

Very good attentive service and quality kitchen. Would have given 5 star rating but Wren didn't want to help over the disgraceful AEG promotion debacle, when all you needed to do was ask your local AEG rep to sort it out!

From initial consultation and being welcomed in store to the pre fitting and measurements being done the whole process was smooth and professional. Delivery on schedule and the fitter was amazing. When we had questions Wren came back within hours and the responses were well coordinated and relevant. Would definitely recommend!

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
