From entering the showroom to completion was painless.used my own fitter who did a great job very pleased with the finish kitchen
Shame, it all started well but we ended up with 100s of pounds of things that we did not need and although items were unopened, Wren were not willing to take the items back - feel very let down and diddled
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The showroom had all the kitchens display to make the choosing process easier. The designer was knowledgeable and drew up exactly what we wanted with detailed plans and the chance to view on Wrens virtual reality. Everything ran smoothly with updates on progress throughout. New kitchen is great.
I was very impressed by Wren. Fron start to finish they were very professional. The systems they used to design my kitchen, made it the most functional out of their competitors. The price was competitive. All questions were asked i didnt feel like anything was ever a problem. A couple of the cupboards were damaged but i was stright through on the contact centre, new ones ordered and next day delivery. The fitter was brilliant, his quality of work was oustanding. If i ever have a new kitchen again i will definitely use Wren.

We initially planned to use another company to provide and fit our kitchen. However, after meeting Mark - a member of the sales team - we were impressed by three things: his open and honest approach to the cost of the kitchen, his advice regarding the layout and his general caring demeanour. This was in contrast to the other non-specialist provider who offered little in the way of advice for such a big purchase and a lack of expertise in the design.
From start to finish the entire team at Wren called and emailed at regular intervals to check on the progress of the installation and offer me the chance to give feedback and concerns. It was the type of customer service that left us glad to have chosen Wren and glad we spent our money with them. The kitchen looks exactly as originally presented in the CAD images and well worth the money.
We had great customer service the whole way through and Wrens made sure that the issues we had with our kitchen appliances were replaced as quickly as possible.

From ordering through to installation Wren offered assistance and support throughout. Would definitely recommend and using the wren app makes everything even easier to keep on top of.

I used Wren for a rental property kitchen and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Someone will measure up your kitchen including windows, doors, radiators, electrical plugs, taps etc and put the measurements into a design app. You are allocated a designer who will work with you on a 2D and 3D computer lay out, placing the units, cooker, sink and cupboards to fit your kitchen layout. You choose your style and colour of units, your work tops and handles etc. You have an option to choose their ovens and sinks or you can keep your own. As the design comes together you are free to change your mind or try out different combinations. The showroom has a large range of kitchens, worktops, handles and kitchen appliances for you to be inspired and to suit your budget. Furthermore the units come ready assembled making it easier and cheaper to be installed. Wren offer a 3-5 year payment plan so you can spread the cost. I am so pleased I went with Wren, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the showroom visit and the excellent service from Abigail - who was so patient and helpful - our experience with Wren was excellent.
During fitting there was a couple of glitches - customer care handled those promptly and efficiently.

Kitchen is super high quality - our designer did everything he could to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Not once did he try to upsell anything or make us think that we were just a sale to him. Great communication throughout - especially when one of our appliances was damaged! 1 hour after the fitter raised the issue to Wren they had sourced an alternative and I had a confirmation email with the new delivery date.
Worry free. Everything was done with speed and efficiency. Old kitchen was taken away, and new kitchen was finished the fitters left the place like you would know they had been there

We had a full kitchen refit, Wren showrooms were very good to see the quality and choice and ideas on design. We had good customer service throughout with constant updates on progress. Would definitely recommend.

Seamless process from initial design in store with very knowledgeable and diligent designer to delivery on time. Aftercare was very good with any technical questions from the installer being answered quickly. Overall very happy with my new kitchen
