We took advantage of one Wrens famous sales (Boxing Day) and had a chat with our designer Kai at the Southampton branch. We were not sure what we wanted to start with, but Kai takled us through the whole process. After someone had come to measure our existing space we had a great designing appointment with Kai where he listened to our preferences and designed a wonderful kitchen. Once we had agreed on when we wanted this all to start it was super easy. The kitchen fitters that were allocated started contacting us to arrange times and dates, and other trades etc and before we knew it the time was upon us.
There werea couple of little issues in terms of the the flooring being slightly short but Wrens immediately ordered another pack. Anything i asked was answered i felt supported all the way through and the aftercare is also pretty great. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Our wren kitchen has been a disaster from installation problems to the ongoing quality. To date upwards of 20 doors, drawer fronts and side panels have had to be replaced all for same fault, laminate peeling off. Seems particular problem with inserts on the shaker style. Wrens not interested in having faulty parts returned for inspection nor have we had the courtesy of anyone in authority visit to see the debacle for themselves. I am sure the whole kitchen will be replaced in the end. What a hassle this has all been. Wish never heard of wrens. Even after sales has not been without problems. Don't think wren knows what makes good customer care.

Great service from all the team at Wren kitchens. The design process in store was was so simple and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Vast selection of colours and finishing were available. Delivery team were very friendly and great at communicating their arrival time. We fitted the kitchen ourselves, it was straight forward with all the instructions easily accessible.

Wren designed my kitchen putting forward some great ideas that i would not have thought of. I was kept well updated on progress of my order and delivery date, detailed plans for install are sent to you a few days before. I had no issues with the units, nothing missing or damaged. The delivery drivers were very helpful and the guys that fitted the quartz worktops did a very good job.
As i said i fitted the kitchen myself except for the quartz tops,so i cannot comment on Wrens kitchen fitters, but my overall experience was really good.
We were impressed with Wren from our very first visit. The Ashton showroom is big and bright with a wide variety of choices. Wren are one of the only companies that did an oak style shaker kitchen so they were winning from the offset. Our design appointments went extremely well and the members of staff were kind (offering drinks and snacks), they knew the software inside out and made our dream kitchen a reality. The delivery was efficient and quick and the aftercare (particularly through the app) is brilliant. Extra parts can be ordered if needed and replacements can be ordered without a fuss. I would recommend Wren to anyone as we had such a pleasant experience purchasing from them.
Everything went well from the moment that we sat down for the first time with our designer to the moment we said goodbye and thanks to our kitchen fitter. Very happy with what we have and fun cooking in a great space.
The design experience with wren was brilliant and our designer did a great job with our kitchen. Delivery was fast and efficient the only down side was there was a few mistakes when it arrived and had to reorder some bits.
Excellent from design to installation. Delivery was stressful as lorry broke down and courier delivered my kitchen components and did not allow me time to check it off

From start to finish we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rosie our designer was so helpful, patient and friendly. She designed a beautiful kitchen for us and listened to everything wanted. When we had a few worries a couple of days later she put our minds to rest. This all resulted into the kitchen of our dreams.
We are over the moon with our new kitchen. Our fitter (Chris) did an amazing job from start to finish- a true perfectionist. We were also very impressed with our service from Wren and our designer, Robert, also did a fantastic job for us.
