Right from the start our first visit to Wren was great. We only went for a look round to see what was available. We ended up booking a survey, then a consultation with Kurt from the Newport branch. He was excellent, not pushy and we ordered our kitchen that day. We had one or two small problems but these were sorted out easily and professionally. A date was agreed for delivery and everything was perfect. We are so pleased with our Wren kitchen and can't rate them high enough for quality and professionalism. Thank you Newport Wren we will definitely recommend you to all family and friends.

Absolutely love my new Kitchen. The whole experience was fantastic from the welcome when you walked into the showroom at Norwich. Dan was a man in his element when it came to design as I told him what we required and he told us what we could have to maximise the entire space in our new kitchen and it was right on budget and he was showing me things I didn't think was possible and a credit to him for his truly amazing designing. Then there was James the fitter and he was a perfectionist as everyday he come in and he would explain what was happening on the day and kept you in the loop on everything he was doing and would even ask you if you were happy and anything you wanted to tweak while installation was in progress.
So in summary an excellent service and would highly recommend the team at the Norwich branch.

We ordered our kitchen from Wren and we love it. The range available at Wren has been great, a lot more choice than anywhere else. We wanted a kitchen that looks great, and also one that is practical and doesn't show fingerprints easily, and we managed to get a stunning kitchen! The Wren app has also been great, allowing us to view appointments, check important information before the appointments, review the order components and price, track delivery, order replacements easily, etc. Very impressed!

My experience with Wren was very positive and I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new kitchen to go to Wren. The Ayr showroom where I met with and selected a kitchen, the staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, respectful and helpful in every way. I had few revisions to my kitchen plan and the staff were very understanding in sitting with me to do the changes. The virtual kitchen allows you to see what your kitchen is going to look like, I loved this. The workman that are employed are all very professional and carry out the job in the time permitted. Only qualified professionals work with Wren. I had joiner, electrician, plumber, and plasterer - they were all excellent at there job leaving the area clean and tidy after each working day. The team of workers also keep you up to date on daily basis to ensure your happiness. I was delighted with my kit hd and would definitely recommend Wren and the team of workers they employ.
