One word, Jacobo. This guy needs a cape and his own office, sweet company car and personal parking space. In a phrase? Give this guy a raise! He really took to the problem my website is dealing with like an ambulance tech might take to a bleeding wound! Although the site needs some outside assistance from the host, Jacobo got under the hood quickly and tracked down the source of the bleed and got us point back in the right direction. He also saved me from canceling service last second as I'd just signed up and was frustrated until being told that an emailed service ticket might take up to 24 hours and that I needed to chat to get action faster. So bonus compliments to Jacobo for keeping me a customer and am really impressed with their service!
I just switched from GoDaddy hosting, so I needed a ton of help with migration and a few tweaks. I spoke to 6 different agents over the course of two days and every one of them was super knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (I'm not a techie, I'm slow, and have no idea what I'm doing. So I appreciate how helpful they all were) And really, with the exception of one chat, there was NO wait time at all!

Just left a chat with Chris of WPMU DEV. He was quick to respond, quick to react and helped me enormously with the problem I was facing. There was no sense of wanting to resolve the problem as quick as possible so that he could move on to the next call / problem. I'm extremely satisfied with the products and services offered by this team and would highly recommend anyone thinking about it just to try. Rahim was a godsend from start to finish, putting up with me is a task in itself. I was struggling with site migration as it failed when I tried the automatic method. Luis helped me with troubleshooting an internal issue. He walked me through the process on the backend of my site and explained why solutions were working. I had a problem with my website. My previous host first answer was always that I had to find a developer to resolve a problem. You do not have this problem with WPMUDEV, they help you resolve your problems if you are not an IT expert yourself.
I host 10 sites in WPMUDEV and use their plugins in all my clients sites. Support is super fast and friendly - a thing I truly appreciate as they help me to save my time, and therefore my clients money (which keeps them happy). I recommend strongly joining the WPMUDEV!
