Been using their excellent plugins for a couple of years (Smush, Hummingbird etc) and using their hosting for nearly a year. Never had any reason to complain - the support is immediate, v professional and always helpful, even if the questions at times have nothing to do with their services! I have been using WPMU DEV for almost a year now and the support I have received has been fantastic. I create Wordpress sites for clients but sometimes there are just things I cannot solve. The online support is practically instant and they will stay with you until you are happy! I have learned so much in these support sessions as well as made good and constant use of their Wordpress plugins. Shall definitely be renewing this month!

I'm moving my multi sites to wpmudev hosting. Every host is setup slightly different so I know I'm going to be chatting with support. The automatic script did 99% of the work. After that process completed there were little adjustments to be made. A support person was available quickly in the chat and any issue got resolved within minutes.
So far the migration has been relatively easy and the new servers are much faster than my former host.

I'm kind of new to WPMUDEV, I started using their plugins and was impressed with their service on a pretty cheap product, so I've upgraded to their hosting and so far I'm VERY impressed. I have had to speak with a few people and everyone I have talked to is stellar. Williams Valerio helped me today and has been amazing. They know their stuff and go over and beyond to make sure you get taken care of. I can't suggest them enough.
