Add to that, their STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using my membership I can get a chat conversation 24/7 to ask any kind of question related to my website development. They help explain how to use their many terrific plugins and even hop right into my page (When I give them permission) to check things out and give me stellar advice - not only on their plugins but on any question I might have.

They will even do some research for you to help answer any questions you might have.

I have been working with WPMUDEV for almost three years now. It started with using some of their premium plugins and now I've moved all my hosting to them (25+ sites and growing). Their support is outstanding. There have been, maybe, three or four times when a problem wasn't solved on the first go-around. The team is definitely growing (I used to get pretty much the same group of techs whenever I connected), but everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a huuuuge fan!

I'm using their paid plugins plan and their support team was able to help get a client site up to an A rating on GTMetrix using their plugins Smush and Hummingbird and they they go the extra mile to help with complex problems, depending on which rep you get. Hummingbird plugin can also break your site easily so be careful when configuring and make sure you have backups. Many of their products work best on their own hosting, when trying Snapshots or Hummingbird on sites on other hosts, I ran into a lot of issues they could not fix. That said, their hosting speeds are great for the price and they allow multisite installs on base plan and have extra expertise there.

I don't even know where to start with WPMUDEV.

1. The products are awesome, all plugins are designed to save me time, increase the website performance/security/and ease of use. They work exactly the way they are designed and are fully customizable and the support staff is always there to help

2. The $30 in free hosting credits a month are great, the servers are very high-performance, fast and very easy to manage for both me and the customers allowing us to give them access without the fear of them breaking something.

3. Last, but perhaps the most important is the support staff. They are AWESOME. Prathamesh & Subash helped me out big time on a custom request for Forminator. It was something that I didn't know that was possible but both of them dug in and made it work! Could not be happier.

As a large charity we started using WPMUDev's plugins as a means of better managing our sites that are hosted on premises. We continue to host our own sites but WPMUDev's ecosystem of plugins and their support has been outstanding and are essential to the proper maintenance of our web assets.

We don't use them as a hosting provider but they make us feel like we are. Tools like defender, snapshot and hummingbird are keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

I started with the plugin set service, then mooved to their hosting service. In both scenarios, any time I need help, even on a hurry I get fast, reliable and great and personal support. They go far away than other hosting providers, helping with questions which actually are closed with a "we cannot help you on this, good look googling"
