Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. I'm not going to let them hear the end of it to be honest.

I had an issue with setting up a webhook and it was getting blocked. Marcel walked me through settings in my plugin (even though they aren't the developer) and on the site hosting plan. He gave me screenshots and details for what I needed to do myself and was able to login and do some checks and updates for me as well.
WPMUDEV support saves the day!

I haven't had any problems with the hosting yet, and I've been with WMPU Dev for more than 2 years. The only problems that have happened have been because of 3rd party plugins and files, and because of my own doing, haha. And the support have managed to fix all of them for me in no time. I definitely recommend them!

They always go absolutely over and above to help, and they are experts. Which sadly you don't always get with web support!

I've been with a number of different hosts and I have never had such excellent support. Tonight, someone named Rakib totally saved the day by helping me deconflict something with the WAF that was screwing up the page builder. I had no clue what was going on but in just a few minutes, Rakib had me back up and building the website.

Not being a very technical website owner I have come to rely on the support offered by WPMU, every time I have contacted them they have resolved all issues and given great explanations as well. So I am learning from them all the time. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I couldn't add code wherever I wanted in my theme, and the places I added were not nice. But with the help of Luis Cardenas we were able to add code exactly where I wanted it and it turned out very, very nice. Even in mobile view it did a much better job than I thought.

Just spent an enormous amount of time with me correcting an issue that went beyond the pale of normal duties and is a shining representative in reaffirming why I think you are the best hosting and online 24-7 company on Earth. Having been with you as an Agency for five years you save my bacon whenever a crisis appears or just walk us through a problem and not walk away until that issue is resolved.

Today Chris help me with some thing that I was stuck with and unable to do myself, without his help my website wouldn't be nearly doing as well as it is now I really appreciate all the support that I get from these guys!
