I chose embroidery, they gave me screenprint. They put it on the opposite side I selected. The same for all the hoodies, and all the shirts. Very disappointed. I will not use them again. I do not recommend
I ordered some shirts and after a few days I received an email from the BRT courier saying that the goods had arrived in their warehouse and that I had to collect them within a few days. The problem is that I am from Taranto and the warehouse is in Naples. I contacted customer service and received numerous emails asking for a refund. I lost money and shirts. Avoid this

Order W******* made on 23/03/25 is still "processing", while the declared processing time is up to 6 working days. The only provided support option is email, but no one answers your requests. Given latest opinions, Wordans looks like a scam to me. Hope I will get a response, items or money back. I wish I read the feedback before I placed an order.

Placed the order based on getting to my destination on a certain date. Was not sent with expedition and came late which was paid for faster delivery. Caused issues. When contacted answer was sorry can't help you.
Then after wearing the product the red dye came out of the vests when wearing ruining the white shirts the guys were wearing under. After three washes it's still doing it.

Bought a product from Wordans with a free pickup in their offices in Barcelona.
Offered myself on the date and timeframe communicated to me.
Employee tells me at the door, I need to come back another time because the signature person is having a pause... Get sent back on the street as there is no opportunity to wait and get the door slammed without a better solution.
Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked.
It is a shame how low the quality of the service is, seeing the apartment office and attitude of the guy at the door, this looks like a scammy company with 0 service post-sale.
