We built our house and had been without fireplace logs for a year. We finally broke down and purchased Real Fyre logs from Woodland direct. The logs arrived first, so we had to wait another day before the gas unit arrived to assemble. We think the UPS driver didn't realize that we had 2 packages that day. Assembly was easy and we had it up and running in about an hour.

I installed my vac u stack chimney. My fire burns longer. I have no more wind blowing down my chimney and stinking my house up.

Sales person was extremely knowledgeable encouraging and supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ordered an electric log set and it is beautiful

We had to purchase a new insert for our fireplace this year and it has been wonderful for those cold nights outside. It heats up the room quickly and helps keep our electric costs down. I would definitely recommend!

Two of the Logs were cracked, but holding together. Waiting for replacements. Would like to have a diagram for exact placement for all of them, which was not included in the accompanying literature. Still learning to use the temperature control - could use a little more advice.

Ordering this was easy and I paid a reasonable price. I was kept informed about delivery, and the vacuum arrived in perfect shape

I purchased a vacu stack for my chimney based on a recommendation from a guy that installed my heater. I didn't know anything about the product so the one I ordered ended not being the correct one for my stove pipe. I needed air cooled. There were some issues getting my installer out to put it on for me. When he arrived he said I needed the air cooled model. I reached out to Woodland and asked if I could return this cheaper model and purchase the more expensive model vacu stack. I was told I was 2 weeks past the return date and no refund would be issued but they could place the order for the correct one. Not happy about how this was handled so I ordered the correct unit from a different supplier. I would not recommend Woodland Direct.

After the initial call, I had to follow up two more times with a phone call to get my order and find out the status. I also submitted a form inquiry from the link in an email I received initially, but had received no response.

This is my first gas log set. I called with a ton of questions. The guy at woodland was extremely helpful, walked me through every choice. We move in the new house 12/15, can't wait to install it!

I recently purchased a bellow from Woodland Direct. They took my money and shipped it as they said they would. I received it in a respectable amount of time. The End.

Salesman was helpful because I needed more help than most. L OL. 70-year-old lady who wanted a gas fireplace for a long time and had to do my homework. A plumber friend put in the unit and I'm very happy with it. I was surprised there wasn't any lava rock. I had to get that on my own.

We haven't installed the fireplace yet because it's going into a remodel home but look forward to seeing it as the finished product.

Still have not received the storm collar for my chimney. Received a shipment thursday that was supposed to be my replacement parts and instead I received another fireplace that is damaged chimney conection and still no storm collar

The salesmen was great and took the extra time after checking measurements with me to advise I could get a larger unit and it worked out great! Thanks so much and would recommend you to anyone in need of your products.

The information online described the options well; i was able to make an informed decision regarding how large, what style and pricerange i needed. Delivery was accurate, most importantly "all the holes lines up" when assembling. I like how the pieces were designed with hole patterns that made it obvious what direction and orientation each piece should have when assembling. Just starting to use it so have no comments about durability.

The mantle we ordered was just perfect for our project. The product came right on time & we had no problems at all with the product or service.

Called the number on the website for questions I had before ordering, Ronny was so helpful and answered all my questions so that I was ready to order and he completed the order by phone very efficiently.

I had no idea what I wanted and called directly. My customer service representative was extremely kind! He sold me the perfect. My family is so happy.
