For some reason, one package was not shipped as described on the packing list. I called and got an immediate response. Seconds later, an email was received where upon I clicked on the link, submitted photos from my phone, and got the issue dealt with. The next day, the missing part arrived via FedEx overnight. Impressed!

The chimney cap came quickly. The cap was very nice looking. It fit the flu size. The only issue was the dimensions. The dimensions are not given on the WEB site so ordering is rather blind. Yes, the flu size is listed but the other dimensions are not. This has lead to some work around but over all the chimney cap is what was ordered.

These are the best wood holders. I have a large one but purchased a smaller one to put by the back door to grab and restock the holder inside next to the fireplace. Easy to assemble and I like the cover which they have upgraded since my old first holder.

Arribved much quicker than promised when we appreciated. But the forescreen did not stand at 90 degrees to the floor. After some online help from your team, we have bent the legs to make it stand up straight. Seems to be better now, thanks
Typically a hearth extension in front of a firebox is slightly pitched. In some jurisdictions, this is required by code. For this reason, free standing screens almost always appear to be crooked. I prefer to be left alone. If you need confirmation that the order was received, fine. If you want a star rating, fine. To ask for anything more is okay, but to demand it is not. The first time I responded, I closed the window after giving you the star rating, only to find another request, which is not acceptable. Your star rating went from 5 to 3 over this, and will go to 1 if I get another.
