The freight company was required to notify us for delivery. They did not. We were gone to Hawaii the day they DROPPED it on our front step. Two of the three boxes were smashed. I had to hire a guy to come move them. Unsat.

I looked at gas logs online for about three months. I decided on the style and brand I wanted, but was confused about some of the other features and options. I called Woodland direct and spoke with very nice people who helped me understand all the issues where I was unclear. I was able to make a very informed decision about the log set I would purchase. I am so happy with the final product. One small item did arrive broken but Woodirect was fantastic about replacing it.

This 8' wood rack that we purchased is great! It was delivered quickly and was easily put together. The included cover is perfect for protecting the top of the wood from weather. We fully intend to replace all of the racks we currently have with these Woodland Direct wood racks.
The standard cover does a great job of keeping the top few rows of wood dry. Wet wood is no fun and significantly reduces the amount of heat a fireplace or wood burning appliance can produce.
