Best Customer Server EVER!

A few years ago I purchased the propane log set with remote. This log set had the pilot light on all the time. I wanted to upgrade to the newer all electronic no pilot light. I thought I would have to buy a complete new system. After talking with the tech I was able to purchase a new hearth with the the electronic pilot and remote system. Less the logs. Thanks a gain for great customer service.

Cast iron fire grate.

I have ordered 3 times from Woodland Direct and each time it has gone very smoothly and the products have been of a very high quality. My only concern is that their packaging could be more robust. In 2 out of the 3 orders one or more legs of the grate came through the packaging.

We bought a fireplace

We purchased a gas fireplace from Woodland 3.5 years ago and it has been a problem. The batteries in the remote constantly need to be replaced, and the whole unit stopped working recently. After calling customer service we were told it needed a new remote and a receiver for over $400/ When these items arrived it still did not work, and my husband had to buy some other part from you for another almost $300, and he will see if this does the trick to get the fireplace working. And this is the third day he has had to take off of work in the attempt to fix this poorly made item. So you can't really blame me for not being happy with Woodland Direct!

Rather than ask customers to contact manufacturers, we have a team of trained technicians who can help troubleshoot as well as help provide essential information to the manufacturer to make the claims process easier for our customers. We highly recommend that trained gas professionals service and diagnose issues like you are encountering. We are happy to get on the phone with your installer if needed. As well, appliances are made to be serviced and we can help you or your service professional with the purchase of replacement components not covered under warranty.

Quality issue

The ordering and customer service experience were very good but we could not believe that our custom fireplace screen that cost almost $900.00 was made with screws that started to rust within a week of receiving the product.
