I received the wrong order, but Woodland Direct quickly corrected the issue. Very easy to work with.

While there is a door to push the ashes through, there's no easy way to capture them. I will be contacting customer support regarding this concern.

This is my second purchase of this wood rack and I plan to purchase 2 more.
Quality is 5 star, metal, powder coating, hardware is all there, super easy to assemble.
I live in a very harsh environment (for a wood rack) with heavy winds, direct sunlight and over 15 feet of snow on the cover each year. My first rack is over 5 years old and looks brand new, the cover is under the runoff from the roof and gutters and is still going strong (faded, but still keeping the wood dry and the seams are still strong, no stretching from the wind or snow load).
Simply, I have found no better wood rack than this one. Thank you Woodland!

We received our order in the time frame we were told. The firewood holders are of very high quality and expert marksmanship. We could not be more pleased with both items we ordered and received.

I should have called but usually I am altering on site your items that go along with that. I did not notice. I picked a brush and handles that did not fit together. The employees there are super nice and very helpful and helped with the re ordered

Customer service was very helpful confirming measurements, door arrived in timely manner, and was well packaged, install directions were clear and easy to follow. Door fit perfectly and looks beautiful. It is very well made.

We don't have any complaints about service. The screen had a little crease in it when we unpacked it but it doesn't show up enough that we felt a need to return it.

I am not sure why they should be able to charge what they want when Woodland helps you from beginning to the end and promises they will help you in the future if needed. I was getting communication knowing my rep was not at work. That's service most people would never expect.
