3/16" Mesh Hanging Fireplace Screen - 26" & Fireplace Spark Screen Rod Kit. Priced right. The bar is bendable, which is good if you need to straighten out the ends that are bent at 90 degrees. Chain screen isn't crazy heavy but as thick as I expected, doesn't seem heavy enough to bend the rod as one reviewer mentioned, can probably bend/sag it a bit if you pull down hard on it when opening screen, if your fireplace is maxed out on the width of the rods. Haven't had a fire yet, but I'm sure it will work well as intended. My fireplace was 30" wide so I cut off a good 10" from each rod.
You bought the right product and used it exactly how it was intended to be used. If I had a way to give you 5 stars as well, I would. Great job and thank you for the review.
The gas log looks great, and works well. Unfortunately, it came with a large crack through the middle. I didn't feel like going through a return since the log was just going to sit there anyway. Other than that, I'm happy with the set.

I ordered an outdoor firewood rack from WoodlandDirect after doing my research. The product was delivered safely and quickly. The assembly went smoothly. They even included a few extra fasteners; as a "just in case." After loading my firewood into the rack I took photos to show off to my colleagues at work! That first rack worked and looked so great, I ordered a 2nd one! I wanted to use the space I had, so I did order a smaller rack. But this was delivered and assembled as smoothly as the first. Listen up, you will find cheaper racks out there. But that cheaper rack is cheap for a reason. Go with this one. You will not be disappointed!

The logs look great and shipment was speedy. The problem though is with the shipping. The logs keep breaking or cracking during shipment. I have two sets of logs with seven broken or cracked logs. 4 of the 7 broken logs are the same logs, so I have 2 logs that are broken going into the fireplace. These logs are not cheap so I'd expect to have a complete set that are not broken.

The product and the flame both look good. However, there is 1 log missing, I'm sure it will be supplied to me once I contact them. The thermostat sent isn't compatible, I will be exchanging it for the correct one. The unit is very light in weight, and has to be nailed to the floor for stability. I would prefer a heavier product. I will continue to shop with them, and recommend them because all of the above can be easily solved, which is why I gave them a 4. I have not informed them of my problems yet, but I will.

But the chimney cap was poorly packaged and the the chimney cap shifted in it's pallet and the corner cracked about an inch
Damaged or missing items reported within 4 days are replaced no questions asked. We find shipping damage as unacceptable as our customers do. Thank you for the feedback.
