We recently purchased a wood stove. I've been reading the reviews for approximately a year now. I knew I was going to order a rack but I was undecided on what size would be best for us. I had read that the 8ft rack would hold a 1/2 cord of wood. Perfect! It was easy to assemble and it looks great!

On October 24th I ordered gas logs thru Lynden a sales person. I received a few days later. I had my handyman open the box and assemble. I did not like the stainless steel look. I called my salesman told him I was extremely unhappy. He sent me return labels I boxed up and went to UPS that day. Now I get a message saying my refund had been denied. I went ballistic. I paid $2600 and they refunded 342.00. Lyndon my sales person want take my calls or answer my e-nails. There is no customer service person to talk to I returned the same day I assembled and they are trying to keep over $2000 of my money. No one will talk to me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

We allow for returns for any reason within 30 days. Our team is happy to help if that is needed, but we cannot accept used appliances.
We needed to replace an existing electric fireplace heater with a new one and the size was very important to minimize or avoid changes to the marble surrounding the device.The tech who took our call was very helpful in providing assistance and recommendations and it worked out real well and the unit fit with minimal trimming around the existing woodwork and works great

Very pleased with customer service in helping us choose thebst produt for our needs. Delivery was ok, but due to long driveway, 18 wheeler could not get close. We had advised delivery service that a van or box truck was needed, but they failed to heed. Driver was irritted, butmanaged to make delivery. Product was what we wante and installation went well. I appreciate the fact I can order my choice of fireplace insert online, pay easily and have it shipped directly to my place of residence in a matter of a few days. The unit did arrive on a pallet, and though it was wrapped carefully, some of the refractory panels inside were scraped due to movement in the shipping. It is no big deal. I also liked the fact that Woodland Direct was offering a 10% off coupon toward the purchase of my specific model, which made it much easier for me to narrow my choice to Woodland Direct, who has a good reputation on selling quality products.

This is dual side fireplace screens. They rarely make anything that would fit even approximately. This is a custom sized screen that finishes out our room, perfectly one of the most amazing things is that it showed up two weeks ahead of schedule.popular
