When ordering the burner I was told that because the only ones available had the gas access on the right, I would need additional tubing to reach our gas access on the left. When the burner arrived it was actually a left sided gas access. So we didn't need the extra part. It was only about $40.00 but nevertheless, it was an expense for something not needed. I sent email about it, but got no response. THe fire we had before for 12 years was actually burned much nicer. This one makes a lot of soot.

We had issues with the equipment, however after a full year of trying to figure out what was wrong we finally figured it out with the Help of Chris. He has been very responsive and helpful and not given up.

I did my research and I found Woodland direct to be the best for the brand that I was shopping for. They had very quick turnaround time and very helpful sales people. Had an issue that the remote and the receiver are not working and still waiting on 48 hours for a service call to help me with that, not sure when they will call. Right now great front end but not so great backend service.

Was told it would take ten days to make the hearth. Took much longer, probably close to a month. No updates were given. Had to call customer service to track the progress. Then they shipped the hearth to the wrong address. Luckily the delivery driver called me before he attempted delivery in the wrong state. They did fix the delivery when I told them it was wrong.
