The website was easy to use and maneuver through. We made our purchase online. Prior to them a team member had reached out to me by email to see if I had any questions or needed clarification or guidance on anything, which I did end up needing. The team member was very helpful and informative. They even took the time to look at our layout and helped us figure out what venting we would need. When I had a follow up question later on after my purchase, they were very quick to respond and find out my answers. Everything arrived in great condition! I would most definitely purchase from this company again.

The logs arrived timely. However I was very dissatisfied with the extremely small amount of embers that came with the log set. I notified my sales representative Kurt of the fact upon arrival. However, he stated th ere was nothing that could be done.
You aren't the first person to question the amount of embers that come with a log set. It takes a little time, but when you pull it apart and spread it evenly, there is plenty enough to add a warm realistic glow to the ember bed. Thank you for your valuable feedback and choosing Woodland Direct.
The product is well packaged. The delivery service was excellent. Delivery guy was very supportive of where I needed to drop the pallet. I am yet to open the packaging but looks well - packaged.

Will not be very effective at 40 degrees ambient temperature. Works like it should physically, blows out hot air. There probably is an optimal wood burn heat output and blower volume, but that likely take some experimentation.

The stove pkging. Wasn't too well thought. The palet was too small for a standard palet Jack. IT's weight 500 lbs made it difficult to move because only one fork of the palet Jack could be used,
