Great Customer Service very helpful in providing detailed instructions on how to measure for new doors.

Item description was clear on webpage and quality of metal firewood rack matched. Multitude of size options and powder coat finishes on firewood racks allowed me to select what worked best for me. Delivery within a week of ordering.

Mantle was carefully packaged, and it was the color I was hoping for That being said, the cleat system is not ideal for fireplaces that have rough stone. I ended up having to chisel rock to make mantel level on top and sides. It might be a good option to have specific mounting options. Lack of hardware is understood, but, if, one doesn't have the skills to break stones and use a level, you, MIGHT, want, as Woodland Direct, advises, hire a professional. Happy with end result, but it take a hammer drill, much leveling, and, even more cleaning. Still, happy with final result!

I needed a specific gas component for altitude installation on fireplace and Caleb handled getting it ordered from manufacturer. I would have never gotten it right without Woodlands help

Very easy assembly and good quality. It also looks really nice. I purchased the full cover for it and I think it will do a really good job of protected the wood from the elements. Highly recommend.

Woodland was no help when I first called. I had to find the manufacturer myself and speak to them. Then had to call Woodland back with all the info. Woodland didn't follow up, horrible with response time. Constant e-mails from me. I don't think Woodland could have told them they don't give a damn any more than they did.

We like out hearth extender and it is exactly what we were looking for, however we had no idea it would about six weeks to deliver. Had we known that we probablt would have gone elsewhere with our order.

When I called and inquired about purchasing the log set the representative was very helpful in explaining the functions and the operation of the log set. He also told me the pro and cons of purchasing this particular log set. When they arrived the log set was packed very well and undamaged and they were easy to assemble and install. We like the log set and the operation of the burner but they put out an odor that we are having to get used to. Hopefully the odor will go away over time.

From ordering to delivery and assembly, everything was easy. And the product is first class.
