I updated an older 'wood' style gas fireplace to rocks & flames and simply love it! One problem was the rocks kept sliding down the stainless steel insert so my husband installed some angle irons along the way. We did need to buy more rocks than what was recommended after this but now it's beautiful.

Everything was great except the packaging of the logs, they came broken. You replaced the logs at no expense but again the same log was broken. We made due with what we have but do advise your company to do better with the packaging.

Dealing with the sales person was very good. I will say I am disappointed with the quality of the product. The glass door is thick and heavy which is good, but the frame is light duty, The brackets and the engineering are poor quality for the money spent.
